What? What was that blue box!? Wait, never mind that! I'm being kidnapped?!
A hand clamped over my mouth before I could yell, filling it with a rotten stench. "Don't scream," a deep voice ordered me. "Unless you wanna be hurt."
The person picked me up like I weighed nothing and started moving toward the back of the school.
My breathing quickened as I gasped, flailing around as my limbs grew out of my control. The kidnapper grunted, and strengthened their hold on me.
You are being kidnapped. Try to escape?
Yes. No.
Yes! A thousand times, yes!
While we were walking, a rush of warmth suddenly flood through me, and I could think clearly again.
I wondered what I should do. Should I escape and risk injury or death, or should I stay still? At long last, I came to a decision. I opened my mouth and bit the kidnapper's hand. They squealed, and I kicked their knee.
The person instantly dropped me and I started running back to Mr. Esem's classroom. A loud CRUNCH! rang across the hallway and I glanced back. The kidnapper was revealed to be a man, and he carried part of the wall in his hand!
He hurled it toward me and I dove to the left. It hit the ground with a thunderous SMASH! I covered my head as debris rained over me.
"This your last chance!" the man said as he ripped another piece of the building. "Surrender peacefully now or suffer! Your choice!" He held the chunk over his head.
I weighed the two options. If I surrendered, I wouldn't get injured right away. I think. But I would probably be hurt later, or even killed. At least if I ran, I would have a chance. But before I could run away, the man threw the plaster. I tried to dodge, but I tripped. I got knocked to the ground, and the piece of the wall landed. On my legs.
"AHH!" My leg twisted and turned. The muscles and tendons ripped and teared. A moment later, I got lifted into the air.
But as the man turned around, I made out a familiar voice.
"Drop him, now!"
I strained to remember where I heard the voice before. The man turned around. I gasped. It was Louis! She held a stick in her hand with a glowing circle attached, and her hand shook. She wore a brave expression on her face, though.
"Silly girl," the man said in a slow voice. "Do you honestly think you can defeat me?"
With lightning speed, he snapped his wrist. Another bright stick fell from his sleeve, aimed at Louis.
I gazed in horror. She leapt aside to avoid the jet of light issued out of the stick. It hit the wall, which began to bubble and quickly melt.
Louis pointed her stick and began to move faster and faster. She was a blur, heading straight toward us. I thought the man was going to be a goner for sure. However, simply he stepped to the side and Louis sped right past us. She hit the wall behind us, and appeared dazed. I hoped she was okay.
The man laughed, his voice echoing through the hall. "You think you can defeat me? I am Rocherst, the strongest man alive!"
I spotted Louis gasp when the name was spoken. All the color drained from her face, and she looked as if she seen a ghost.
Out of the corner of my eyes, a bright flash blinded me. As Rocherst turned around, James roared and charged right toward him. Caught by surprise, James managed to on top of him, pummeling him.
"Run, Luke!"
I slowly got up, but the moment I took a step, I stumbled and fell. I tried to get up but every time, my legs burned with agony. I spotted James and Rocherst fighting and James was losing horribly. Rocherst hit him in the stomach and he doubled over. Rocherst picked him up and threw him down the hall like a rag doll.

"JAMES!" I shouted at the top of my lungs.
Rocherst briefly glanced at me, but he turned back to James who tried to get up. All the panic, worry, and pain overwhelmed me. My vision turned red. Everything kept on rolling into a ball.
Warning. Power levels at 90%. Discharge, imminent. [Frozen Sphere]
With a yell, I let it all out.
A blast of energy came out and hit everything and everybody, freezing them. I stared around, and realized the only one still moving was me. I tested my leg, and it bent perfectly fine with no pain what so ever. I stood up easily, and ran over to James. He didn't look mortally injured. He only bore cuts and bruises, along with a broken leg. I touched his shattered bone, hoping to wish him a quick recovery. My hand started to glow a deep orange. [Transcendent Healing].
I gasped and pulled my hands away in surprise. I shook my hands frantically to try to put out the orange gleam.
I stared at my hand in disbelief. How could this be possible? Not only my hand glowed, but I managed to freeze time! I shook my head. I needed to think this through, but not now. Not when a murderous maniac stood a few feet away from me!
I reluctantly put my hand back on James's broken bone. It appeared straighter than before and the cuts and bruises had mostly mended. The swelling had gone down, and shifted from a bright red to a darker color. I bit my lips, and concentrated on wishing his bones healed. My hands started to glow again. [Transcendent Healing]. I waited until his bones became set and his leg looked straight to take my hands off.
I stepped back and glanced at my now normal hands in amazement.
Since I had nothing more to do until the time spell thing wore off, I walked around the school. I hoped to find someone who could help me. I headed straight for the cafeteria, where everybody should be, but when I entered the room, everyone stood still.
"Oh no," I said, groaning. Everybody got frozen, not only the people back in the hall.
"Adrien?"
I almost jumped out of my skin. I spun around in a blur and found Isabella staring at me with her mouth open and eyes gaping.
"What?" I asked.
"You..... blue...... glow," she said, now looking as pale as a ghost as she pointed at me.
I glanced down and gasped again. I glowed almost as brightly as the cafeteria lights. The light emanated is icy teal, and the chillness made me think this is what it felt like to be stuck in a freezer.
Suddenly, I realized something weirder. Isabella was the only one not frozen! Something slammed into my head and I staggered as another blue box appeared.
Target: Isabella Jackson. Wish to analyze?
I took a deep breath. What the hell was this thing? And why did it say analyze?! That sounded so wrong!
"Okay. First things first. Why did you come here so late? Lunch started......," I stared at my watch "...23 minutes ago!"
"I... uh....," she managed to squeak out. I groaned. I hadn't been this freaked out, right?
My sister still stood there with her mouth open. I inwardly sighed and said "Come follow me," intending to show Isabella where the man and the fight had occured.
I started moving toward the hall and after a few seconds, Isabella followed me.
But halfway down the hallway I stopped. Was the safest course of action to bring myself and my sister near Rocherst? What if the time spell wore off, and he attacked us or my friends?
I didn't think they handle more of Rocherst and protect me without getting badly hurt or perhaps killed. No, the best course of action is to go sprint to my house and lock the doors. But I should at least help my friends.
I began to tell Isabella to go home when I felt a pop in my ear. I stumbled back, disoriented. A loud noise coming from the cafeteria made me freeze.
It was......shouting!
I stood still, trying to understand what happened when the most important question finally made its way to my head. If the people in the cafeteria got unfrozen, did that mean my friends and Rocherst were too?
I got the answer half a second later. An ear-splitting scream rang from the infamous hallway, bouncing off the walls. I gasped and ran, not caring if I would get hurt. I burst through the doors, and nearly fell over.
Rocherst had James hanging upside down with one hand. With the other, he took Louis's wrist.
I dashed toward them, only to be knocked off my feet by an invisible barrier.
Rocherst turned to stare at me. He grinned and began walking toward me.
"Why is the creepy dude coming toward us?"
I jumped at the squeaky whisper in my ear. I spun around and spotted Isabella.
"Isabella! Why are you here? You should be halfway to our house by now!"
Isabella started to open her mouth to say something, but she closed them. Instead, she pointed behind me.
I froze. I already knew who she was pointing at. I considered running, but no. I couldn't leave my friends and Isabella. No, I needed to do the noble thing and face Rocherst. Maybe he would let the others go.
With all these thoughts swarming around, I slowly turned around to find Rocherst standing a foot away from me.
