A young boy washes up in a filthy coastal city, where only the rich drink clean water. when he wakes up he has no memories. an old scavenger (imagine a dumpster diver only in water) the old man takes care of the boy he names Adam. Adam was something you never find in the city, a true innocent until one day everything went wrong. I have a vague outline for the first arc, but ideas are welcome . hint... hint...
