I carefully pried off the glass covering the book, then gently took the diary into my hands. I skimmed through the book, “Hey, I don’t think this is a diary! There are lots of battle techniques in here though! They are different from our’s though. One shows you how to defeat a powerful demon! The problem is that this magic is different. The instructions say to have some Essence of Light ready. What is that? It also requires 2 people who both have power over fire. No one in the magic realm has power over fire. I do not either! This page has interesting wordings. Wait, Tyronius wrote that these are prophecies:
A Dragon Rider with all-cause,
Will slay the Maggi with no pause.
A fighter till his dying breath,
He shall save the world from death.
I’m pretty sure this is about me. I guess I’ll save the world! No pressure! I guess...
7 heroes he will unite,
History is what they’ll rewrite.
Many dangers they shall face,
All to save the magical race.
Apparently, this is a prophecy about my descendant!
The mad mage shall have a ring,
To summon the Demon King,
Use the sword with no regret
The hero is playing a dangerous bet,
Destroy the crown and he shall fall,
Use his head to break the wall.
I guess I’ll have to destroy the king’s crown to defeat him! And then I’ll have to lop off a random person’s head to break a wall… maybe I ram the head against the wall to break it?'' I mused, “Wait, the last page reads: I have visited the goddess of light and god of darkness, and they have granted me immortality. I have gone to ask why; why so much destruction and death? They have created a natural formation named Dásos tis Dýnamis for me to meditate. If it is time for me to reawaken to the world, come here and alert me.

“I think we need to go to Dásos tis Dýnamis, but where is that?” I asked.
I am currently searching the ancient memory banks of the dragons, and it appears to me that Dásos tis Dýnamis is next to Dragon’s Paradise, which is known to the humans as Clearwater Town.
“Cool, let’s go there!” Khel enthusiastically suggested, and I pulled out a map that would lead us to Clearwater Town.
“Wait, we need to get out of this cave first,” I remarked. “The monsters are still outside, remember?”
“Right…” Khel realized how bad the situation was.
As we walked over, I rested my elbow on the pedestal.
“Hmmm… how could we kill them all?” I wondered aloud. Suddenly the wall toppled over, smashing all of the monsters that were patiently waiting at the other side of the ravine.
“Well, that works!” I declared.
As we took off on Iris, we silently prayed that Thalássios Drákos would not notice us, but he did. We panicked and Iris flew away as fast as she could, but we could not outrun the Thalássios Drákos. The Thalássios Drákos roared, “You evil humans, how dare you survive Zwolennicy Island! I will teleport you to an anti-magic police station, and they will kill you!” He grabbed all of us and teleported us away.
We teleported into the midst of police officers, and then the Thalássios Drákos, in a disembodied voice, boomed, “These puny humans are mages!”
The police officers dropped their donuts in surprise, then looked at us. They grabbed their handcuffs and ran straight at us. I merely sent a Lightning Discharge to electrocute them.
The moment they were stunned, we ran away. Then I discovered that it was the Clearwater Town police station. “Khel, we are in the perfect place, we are in Clearwater Town, near Dásos tis Dýnamis. Perfect timing!”
“But Mensal, look, do you see a forest anywhere?” Khel mentioned.
“Nope!” I responded.
I searched the entire perimeter of the town, but there was no forest to be seen. Argh, I know there’s a forest here!!!
Suddenly, a forest popped up in front of me. “Khel! Over here! I found the forest! Just think, ‘I know there’s a forest here!’”
After Khel confirmed he was seeing it too, we both walked in, but for some reason, Khel bounced off an invisible wall.
“I guess I have to go in by myself.” I sighed.
