Rev Turner Shrader better known as Rev Bones is not your typical exorcist or mage. As the personal assistant to Yeshua bin Yusuf (better known as Jesus), Bones’ day-to-day life is a chaotic blend of the mundane and the supernatural. With his trusty pocket Bible (which contains an infinite number of pages and a handy "Tongues" section for translation), his magical Penjammin vape (which transforms into a classic wooden pipe whenever time gets tricky), and his ever-present sense of sarcasm, Bones handles the absurdities of his job with a mix of reluctance and wit. Living in an RV that’s enchanted to feel like a Dubai penthouse on the inside, Bones is always on the move, traveling across time and space, from modern-day Louisiana to Renaissance Paris, tracking down supernatural threats—often with little more than a McDonald’s cheeseburger and his beat-up duct-taped Vans to help him. Each story follows Bones as he juggles the everyday demands of his celestial boss with the dangerous, often ridiculous tasks he’s assigned, all while trying to grab a snack along the way. The series blends lighthearted humor with dark, supernatural elements, as Bones faces off against demons, vampires, and otherworldly creatures, using his wits and the scraps of magic he can cobble together.
