Author’s note:
Doing some additional writing since I missed one chapter the week before.
I feel that this is a nice place to stop and start the next arc: The Longest Night.
It's a bit short since it's not a full chapter but an epilogue.
Arc 2 Epilogue- The Longest Night

Tecon: TOLKIEN, GOD DAMN IT! TURN DOWN THAT INFERNO CRAP YOU CALL MUSIC! I CAN HEAR THAT EAR BLEEDING NOISE EVEN IN THE SERVER ROOM!
JRRT: What’s the point of listening to dub steps if I don’t turn it to the max volume.
Tecon: Then don’t listen to it!
JRRT: I got to feel the beat. That’s how I get my creative juices flowing.
Tecon: I swear to god, if you don’t turn it down, I will march into your room and rip out your speaker. I am sure Fin’Vaiel wouldn’t blame me.
JRRT: Fine, fine, you win. Chill.
JRRT: So the thing I asked you a couple of weeks ago. Can it be done?
Tecon: I am pretty sure I can. I just need to run some tests to make sure your idea can work before I implement it onto the live server.
Tecon: Why what are you planning to do?
JRRT: Well, the event I am planning will probably turn the city upside down. I just want to make sure I can reverse the damage. A lot of people will be pissed off if the Dwarven Kingdom is destroyed. At the very least, Fin’Vaiel will give me a hard time for it.
Tecon: Wouldn’t it be better if the event was run in the Elven Empire? There are more players to participate.
JRRT: Well, the theme doesn’t fit if I place it there. Not to mention, there were tons of event done in Elven Empire already. We need to spread them out a bit more. We can't give the elves everything.
Tecon: Well send me what you have so I can give it a test run just to be sure that what I have is compatible.
JRRT: It’s sent. Check your mail.

Tecon: Why name your event “Raccoon”?
Tecon: Oh never mind. I get it.
JRRT: So what do you think?
Tecon: God damn, that’s nasty.
JRRT: I know right?
Tecon: So what do you think the survival rate will be?
JRRT: One
Tecon: One percent?
JRRT: No, I am expecting only one player will survive. I will end the event either when the sun rises or if there is only the last man standing. I am currently betting on the latter will happen right now.
Tecon: You are just venting on the players because of the death of your dragon, aren’t you.
JRRT: NO!
JRRT: Ok, maybe a little bit.
Tecon: LOL, you are so petty and transparent.
Tecon: So what’s the prize for our one lucky survivor?
JRRT: I don’t know yet. Probably one of the “Seven Sins” or “Seven Virtues”? We still haven’t given out “The Whip of Lust” yet. I need to get permission from Fin’Vaiel for that, though.
Tecon: What happens if there is more than one survivor? We can’t give all of them the whip. That would defeat the point of a legendary weapon.
JRRT: Eh, I will figure it out later on. I still don’t know if she is willing to give that out as a prize for this event.
JRRT: So what’s the ETA on your tests?
Tecon: About a week? Give or take? Not longer than two weeks for sure.
JRRT: Alright, let me know when you are done. In the meantime, I need to work on it to make it even harder.
Tecon: Even more challenging? Is that even possible? You should just change your nickname to GRRM.
JRRT: Don’t even joke about that. You know I have beef with that guy.
Tecon: Yes, my literary overlord. You are the supreme master in literature. We bow to you, and you only. Any others are just a false prophets.
JRRT: Damn straight.
JRRT: By the way, keep it a secret to everyone else please. I don’t want anyone else poking their nose into my event.
Tecon: No problemo.
Tecon: GOD DAMN IT! Your music is still too loud! Don’t make me come over there and set your speakers on fire!
