Chapter 10: Mitchiel’s unwavering Spirit
Mitchiel realized why the Minotaur did not heal his mantra. They can’t. Or to be exact, the amount of people capable of fixing a broken mantra are very difficult to find, and even then, it is an expense worthy of Emperors.
The Minotaur Clan does not have that sort of currency available. Very few clans have that kind of money.

The Imperial Government does have a wizard and some martial artist doctors capable of such feat, but they only work for the Supreme Four that govern the Xinbu Kingdom.
Any knowledge of the Supreme Four’s medicine, martial arts, and magic are kept on a need to know basis. Very few people knew anything more about them.
The only information known about them is that, once upon a time, there used to be Five Supreme Wizards but that was 400 years ago. And they all knew Martial Arts, but something happened, that caused the death of one of the Supremes.
Ever since then, they became secretive and used their influence to control all information throughout the Empire. Even the name of the fallen Supreme was redacted from history, the only thing known about him was that, he was the most powerful of the Supremes.
The Four other Supremes bowed before that man. They were powerless against his light magic and no martial arts they could use could touch even a strand of his hair.
And he was handsome, very handsome and his sexiness was overflowing.
He had a large harem of beautiful women.
The Four Supremes acted as that man’s servants and advisors, that man trusted them above all others.
That man was said to be able to heal any wound no matter how severe…and he was said to have unlocked the three highest ranked light magic spells the world had ever seen…

“So, that’s what happened?” thought Mitchiel as he studied the textbooks found in the basement of the mansion. “It has been four hundred years since my death. During my twenty years in the abyss of darkness, four hundred years have pass in the real world. The time difference is severe”
“But more than that” thought Mitchiel. “They redacted almost all information about who I was, even my holy name itself was erased!!”
“To erase my presence in that manner, no matter what sort of circumstances may have happened since my death, that is still too much! I will require severe compensation” thought Mitchiel.
“Once I return to my rightful throne, I will make those four suffer for what they did, and once I find who took my life, that person will have a very miserable existence” thought Mitchiel, with a single drop of tear falling from his right eye as he imagines he will have to take the life of someone probably close to himself. “After making that person’s existence miserable, I will take that person’s life”
“A life for a life sort of thing” thought Mitchiel darkly. “I sure hope my four servants were not in the conspiracy of my death”
“Because if they were, then I will kill them too” thought Mitchiel. “Although I dislike killing, I might grant my once servants a painless death if they were in the conspiracy. But whoever directly killed me, that person shall not be granted such a blessing”
“That person will have to suffer severely and painfully. I will make the person who took my life feel sorry they even existed in the first place” thought Mitchiel darkly. “I hope that person is prepared for his or her sin”
“I am a very forgiving person, but there are some things I personally value the most in this world. That is my life” thought Mitchiel.
“Four hundred years ago, I told everyone that if anyone were to kill me, I would come for them, no matter where they hide, no matter how many years passed, no matter how many skills they learn, I am immortal, I have eternity to find them” thought Mitchiel. “I love to forgive but even I have my limit, since when I die, I must always start at the beginning”
“I learned when I unlocked the three highest-ranked light magic spells that when you die and utilize the Rebirth & Resurrection spell, you will have to start at the beginning” thought Mitchiel. “Even though I remember what sort of training and what the requirements were, to reach my previous level of power, I must start at level one”

“Each and every time I use the Rebirth & Resurrection spell in the abyss” thought Mitchiel. “I will come back to life as a weakling and be force to train myself to reach my supreme power all the way from the beginning”
“It took me decades to reach my supreme light power, and I started training when I was three years old” thought Mitchiel. “This current body of mine is already 24, such a shame that I didn’t enter a child’s body. My potential would have been higher as well”

Having gained the historic knowledge he sought, he went back to his training regimen. The first group of things the Holy Emperor was training were his arms and legs. He needed to make them sturdy and strong.
He was also working on his balance.
It was because of his balance that the Holy Emperor did not win against Tymol. Had the emperor learn how to move using his current weight, he would have done an astounding job of dodging and would not have allowed that final move of Tymol’s to work.
“I must say” thought the emperor as he stood lifting one leg outstretch and keeping his balance up. “The martial Arts I saw that bully using was really interesting. It looked like a poor imitation of the martial arts of 400 years ago”
“If any of the other Supremes were to see this” thought the emperor in a good mood. “They would laugh for months. Eagle, tiger, cheetah, and lightning, I believe? Only those? I remember I was laughing inside my head way too much when I saw the bully used that. In my previous life, it would have been clouds, hawks, dragons, apes, flying mantis, and rain. Those were the popular ones”
I will do 400 push-ups, 400 sit-ups, 400 squats everyday as well as a 40 km run for the next two months.
With that, I will be more than ready to face any martial artists in the YAMAC, as long as no one realizes that I am unable to attack my opponents but merely dodge and do gymnastic style takedowns on my opponents. It should be interesting.

A man that used to rule the entire Xinbu Kingdom in his own right.
A man so powerful his influence reached even across the world.
A man so powerful, so wise, and so prideful, will have to start from the bottom to work his way to the top like he once did before.
Only difference this time, he no longer has the support of his parents, the ancient scriptures and training regimen written by the then ancient martial artists. He no longer has his masters at his side that taught him the basics.
This man will have to start training from the basics, decide what training regimen he have to use, all from his memory. He is forced to remember each and every requirement of the now super rare light magic from his memory alone.
Any information he could use to truly get stronger to defeat his once friends and servants has all been lost, redacted and forgotten.
Surely, anyone would give up but not the Emperor.
He will not give up until his name has been properly restored. He will not give up until the world hear his holy name once again!
He will not give up until he is returned to his rightful position of honor.
He will not give up until all the obstacles that stand before him have been remove.
His only motivation remaining is revenge, and the sweet taste of his former power and strength.
Having to start at square one to reach his once pinnacle height of power, the emperor prepares himself for the YAMAC with a vengeance.
