Ambush on Coalition Soldiers in Khorasan.
By Abdul Salah
Last night, at approximately 10pm in the Ghani governate. A coalition convoy of soldiers from the 17th Joint Multi-national Infantry Regiment stationed at Camp Winston, were on their way back home to their individual countries, was attacked by a group of insurgents on their way to the land border crossing. The official casualty of the attack is at 19. With 14 others badly injured. A local group known as the People’s Army of the High Temple or PAHT has claimed responsibility for the ambush. Saying it was retaliation for the recent coalition air strike on a wedding ceremony. Which killed a estimated 400 people and left another hundred injured with excessive burns on their bodies. According to reports leaked by the Yorkshire Times, the target of the strike was the Governor General of the province. who was supposed to be present at the wedding ceremony, but did not attend afterwards. A PAHT spokesman has told news sources that they are inacting a “a eye for a eye” policy to any more attacks on civilians by the coalition force planes.
