7:10 am before death

Let me introduce myself to those of you who are wondering who's this insane guy talking to himself in front of the mirror. Well let me explain myself, I woke up earlier than usual got dresses in my black uniform and fixed my red tie. Not that there was anything wrong with that I'm just your average 16 year high schooler that likes to take his time. By the way name's Leo Heart. Yea I know stupid last name by the way, my older half sister refuses to use our father's last name(my birth father.) I hate to admit it but she has a point I mean my blond haired and green eyed sister with the bouncy chest. 

"There you go again Leo. Spacing out at your mirror." - Emily

"Sorry Sis I was just thinking." - Leo 

"Most people don't glare at the mirror since they woke up to dress and I been trying to call you at the door of your room here since 6:50 am." - Emily

"Sorry, sis I was always wondering why did you take mother's last name instead of ours." - Leo

"You mean Long. It's from my old father's my mother still cares about it so she was ok with me not changing it. She did say I was as stubborn as my old man. Plus I'm only a half European bloodline and my father was Chinese." -  Emily

"......." -Leo

"Now don't go silent on me, I made breakfast." - Emily

"Once I come home we're going to celebrate your birthday sis." - Leo

"That'll have to wait now eat your breakfast slowly. No one is going to steal it." - Emily

But sister your eyes aren't smiling even though your giving me that sincere angelic smile. I know that my school calls you the goddess angel teacher. I shouldn't have reminded you of your birthday today. You look like you'd prey on me for a present. I finished eating and ran for dear life to the front door. Just so you know my sister is a beauty and she's not too prideful. She's actually nice and honest but she has issues when it comes to certain things. One example is she loves cute stuff.... sorry getting off topic here. Thing is all hell let lose once she lost her teddy bear in her room. (Shivers) 

7:23 am 

I'm on my usual route to school I can't say I didn't look around. It was more of I was listening to my headphones with my eyes closed. Next thing you know my body was twisted at a weird angle and I couldn't feel anything from my chest down. I could here someone screaming. My vision was fading fast. Guess sister won't be getting my present I hid in my room anytime soon.

That's strange I can hear a baby crying but I can't see.

I can't understand them at all, is this the hospital. I mean there's someone's baby crying and a lot of strange language. That's strange were my hands supposed to be this small. My eyes opened up and both my eyes widen at the beautiful silver haired beauty that looked like a goddess had come down to the earth. That's when I realized I was the baby in her arms. She seemed to be smiling at me both what sent my alarms off were her two horns on her head. Her hand looked like some white scales too. I started crying because I thought she was going to eat me. 

Mother's POV

My daughter was just born and she wouldn't stop crying even as I held her. I mean we demons aren't that scary, sure we look different from humans. But my race is special, also we're nearly extinct. We have horns like a dragon and scales like dragonoids in human form or as human categorized them as Demi-humans. I look at my daughter Rine and smile, in a sense I can feel emotions so her fearing me as a baby got me confused. I curled my tail around her And she laughed as I rocked her. I smirk at the funny new born of mine. 

"Lady Flora, congrats on the safe delivery." - midwife 

"I'm not giving her to her father to use. In politics also she is more my race than his, she is not a Oni. He can struggle himself for the demon lord's attention. Even if Oni are powerful to fight thousands and us devil-demon can kill millions. He made a promise if it's a girl I can do what I want with her. She's learning to be civil, dancing, tactics (so she can survive being outside without being tricked by others.), etiquette, reading, writing, magic, fencing (so she can teach her father a lesson to not mess with her.), history, cooking, and survival." - Flora

'I should also teach her how to handle her father too since all he even does is want attention from the demon lord. He didn't come back when he heard I was giving birth.' - Flora

'I wish good luck to the master since his wife looks mad. Then again he has been neglecting her for some years now.' - midwife

Rine POV

I just felt a chill just now I'm guessing the pretty lady is my mother since I have such a cute tail. 

Our main character has been distracting himself with his tail since his mother has been giving a cold look from thinking about her husband. Rine can't even understand language at the moment and is a newly born baby with a short attention span.
