Ten years have passed since the arrival of the Heroes; with the addition of their strength, the humans have regained few of their lost territories.

The town is bustling with life that no one would believe this place was deserted 12 years prior due to the demon's invasion. The people of Erith Town feels indebted to the Heroes who drove out the invaders, it is thanks to them that everyone could return once again to the that they have bitterly departed.
Today the town has some unexpected visitors; inside a quiet tavern, a group of dozen people is having discussion while enjoying their meals. The group consists of five men and seven women; one of them, in particular, really stands out of the rest. A stern man with stubble in his forties wearing a grey overcoat with two dragons, black and white, facing outwards embroidered in the back; hanging on either his waist is a pair of swords matching the dragons in colours. One could feel the aura both menace and tranquility intertwining emanating from the man.
"Viktor, what will you do about Ceith's Front? That damn demon king is really holding down the fort."
One of the man asks him about their problems surrounding the issue of marching towards Ceith's Front, the main war front situated on the former Ceith Castle Town of Vacqua Kingdom. Viktor, who is also known as the Hero of Regalus Empire, together with his companions are supposed to have an information exchange with another Hero from the Vacqua Kingdom, Markus.
Looking back, ten years had passed since Viktor, his wife, and his two daughters summoned here to ight the forces of demons; joining them are two other families they befriended while they were still in that white space. Even though they had arrived at this world for a decade, none of than had age since. According to Regalus emperor, they are bound by a contract of this world's will, the Stigma of Stagnant. They were strengthened to the level of Heroes through the summoning; but at the same time, their growth were also reduced significantly, time also had stopped for them. They only way to remove the Stigma is to fulfill their purpose of being summoned.
Thinking back, Viktor smile bitterly. After they were summoned and given details about this world; they started basic to advanced training within a month, and were immediately dispatched to the front line. At first, they had some success pushing back the demons, but a strong threat appeared and caught them off guard. One of demon generals decided to take the battlefield, but he underestimated strength of Heroes and got defeated; however, Viktor's side also had suffered some casualties and quickly retreated.

Realizing that their may not be enough for upcoming campaign against the demons, Viktor had suggested continuing their training; the emperor did think that he may have been too imprudent for hastily dispatch them to the battlefield, he offered Viktor's group to delve into dungeons and gained experience fighting magic beasts dwelled inside.
Dungeons are the manifestation of highly accumulated magic power; the densed magic power then creates magic beasts, and these magic beasts are usually hunted for their core. These harvested cores are sold as fuel for most of the magi technology exists to present day; they are the foundation for the livelihood of the human society. For that purpose, a system known as the Adventurer's Guild was established to manage the people who take on this job as Adventurer. Aside from harvesting magic cores from dungeons, adventurers can also accept quests such as escort, bodyguard, investigation, subjugation, and miscellaneous quests.
Many dungeons have been erected throughout history, and some of them are called Great Dungeons for they are nests of magic beasts of myths and legends. In the most recent decades, there currently exists three Great Dungeons; the Labyrinth of Suuri Oguz, the Tower of Nepriae, and the Abyss of Szakaar. Seeing that Viktor and co. wanted to improve themselves, Regalus emperor had requested the Adventurer's Guild for an escort and guarding of Viktor's group to the Tower of Nepriae situated in the south-western part of the empire. For three years, Viktor and co. had struggled through one third of the Tower; but their training was cut short as there were reports of big movement from the demons.
One of the six Demon Kings, Jatin the Destroyer, stormed the battlefield and defeated the Hero of Forseti, Markus. Fortunately, Markus survived the confrontation; nevertheless, he received grave wounds and had to recuperate in the capital of Vacqua. After defeating Markus, the Destroyer did not march forward but retreat to the base of today's Ceith's Front. It was the first time a Demon King made his appearance since the invasion, the queen of Vacqua had to request for the assistance of other countries' Heroes in the subjugation of the Destroyer. However, her plea was met wih failure because there were news of three more Demon Kings had appeared on the front lines.
Situated in the central regions of the continent of Deitus , the Regalus Empire surrounds its border with all four Great Kingdom. Realized that the Regalus Empire was not in imminent danger, Viktor and co. decided to answered the plea of the Queen of Vacqua. During their stay at Vacqua's border, Viktor and his companions had some encounters with the Destoyer, but they did not suffer any heavy losses. Viktor was glad that their effort in training was not in vain. However, their stregnth was not on par with a Demon King.
In the course of seven years until to day, the Empire's Heroes have continued to defended the border of Vacqua from the demon invaders; the Heroes of Vacqua also recovered during the period and Markus also discovered the hidden power within his holy armament, the Forseti Axe. According to Markus, there are many secrets hidden inside the holy armaments; if they can unlock those secrets, they could easily take down the Demon Kings. Today, the two great Heroes, Viktor Norstrom of the Twin Swords and Markus of the Golden Axe, had decided to join forces in order to defeat Jatin the Destroyer.
