The lizard wandered through the dungeon, avoiding all the dangerous rooms, somehow knowing which ones had enemies and which were empty, and was simply munching on all the bugs that it found, and briefly stopped to check its stat screen.

It seemingly nodded and went back to eating bugs, and jumped away as a huge leg slammed down in front of it. The huge spider hissed at the lizard, who had jumped onto the wall. The lizard quickly used its skill.

Now to most creatures, seeing an aggressive creature that was TEN LEVELS higher than them would run for their lives, and probably die. But not this lizard. There was only one thought that was going through it's head:
Big Crunchy
It pounced, and got swatted like a bug into the wall, the spider hissing more. The lizard got up, and it somehow looked... angry? It climbed up the walls, and hopped on the spider's head, the one place where the overgrown arachnid couldn't reach it. It then proceeded to bite down on the spider's head, crunching on it, and after a bit of the spider flailing and struggling, it plopped down and stopped moving.

A glow surrounded the lizard, and when it faded, it was now larger, similar in size to a pet iguana, and its scales now had an ashy color, with its eye having an orange color, and a slit pupil. It sighed again, and suddenly, words came out of its mouth; “This is just great.” The lizard (or, drake now) looked shocked, and realized that it spoke. It looked a bit excited. And its next words were what would lead it down the path of becoming extremely powerful; “I wonder if there’s any more crunchies?”
Elsewhere, a wizard was frantically trying to convince a weary guild leader that they needed to search the nearby E-Rank dungeon. “I’m telling you, there’s something that doesn’t belong in there!” “Sir, for the tenth time, if there was anything wrong with the dungeon, I would have been told about it.” “Something killed my spider construct!” “And? You’re the one who sent it to the dungeon.” “The highest level monster in that dungeon is level ten, and my spider was level fifteen!” “May that be, I need conclusive eviden-” The guild leader was interrupted by a guild member slamming open the door. “Sir! Sir!” “Not now, I’m in the middle of something.” “You don’t understand! The sign for the dungeon changed!” “What, vandalism?” “No, it's updated!” The guild leader froze, as well as the wizard who was arguing with him before. Dungeons had magically created signs on them, displaying three things: the dungeon's rank, the number of floors it had, and the strongest monster in that dungeon. “What updated?!” “The strongest monster sir! It now reads [Drake - Lvl. 10]” The guild leader shuddered, and turned to the wizard. “Nevermind, I’ll get you a search party immediately. They’ll be ready in the morning.” The guild leader got up and walked off, thinking. “A drake, dear gods. We need to get rid of that thing ASAP, or it might kill us all.”
