The remaining survivors line up on the dock of this island. The beaten up ship lies on the beach beside the dock, as the survivors that can walk make their way out, while others who can't move on their own but still have soul energy are carried out by spirits summoned by Ezekiel, a rescue squad od sorts. Riley instantly takes notice of how battered and beaten everyone seems to be besides 3 people. 3 People that seem to be related, almost like identical triplets with a few distinct differences. They all have the same clean cut face, perfectly symmetrical with the same brownish black hair color. The tiniest one seems to be no bigger than 4 '8, with red eyes and a white skin tone, the boy is clearly the youngest, looking no older than 10 with short scruffy hair. The middle boy is light skinned, around 5 '6, with a buzzard mohawk and a hunchback, he seems to be the OLDEST of the group from his physical features. Finally, the man who stands and seems to be like their ringleader, he seems to be around the age of Zerx and Azra, so 19 - 21, with dark skin and dreadlocks. He has yellow eyes, and he's muscular with a more serious demeanor and stance, standing at 6 '1.
“The hell….? How did they make it out of the ship without as much as a scrape on their bodies?” Besides those 3, there's only 3 other people out of all 54 survivors that caught his attention. 1 girl, 1 boy, and an older man. The girl seems to be shaking, groveling on her knees on the dock, and vomiting while carrying someone. She has a messy choppy bob cut, with blue hair and blue eyes. The lightskin girl continues to grieve on the ground while the rescue squad gets everyone out of the ship. The boy seems to be emotionless standing beside her, he has splats of blood on his face, a medium mullet and a mole on his chin. The older man seems to be around 50 years old, hunched back, short gray hair, eyes closed wielding a katana covered in zombie blood.
The 3 people seem to have all been put in 1 group together despite being so dramatically different in what seems to be personality and just age all together, With the girl seeming no older than 15 and the guy seeming around 22. Dulse seems to recognize these people, despite his injuries he attempts to walk towards them. As the serious looking boy turns to Dulse as he sees him, his emotionless face turns to disgust as he turns and looks away from him. “Rex…” Dulse says, calling out to the man. Rex scoffs “I have nothing to say to you.” “B- But Rex- I-” “Nope. No explanation will justify it, leave me alone.” Dulse seems to get visibly upset and looks down. “Please….” “Nah. None of that, Leave me alone.” Riley stumbles over, still injured from his scuffles on the cruise ship. “Dulse, Leave the dude alone. You can’t force people to talk to you.”
“But he won’t let me-” “Why do you feel entitled” Rex cuts off Dulse “You think after everything YOU did, You think I have to listen to a word you have to say? Yeah none of that.” Rex looks down at the girl that seems to be groveling over the body in her hands, “Chole. Stand up already, its getting old.” The man goes back to his stoic expression, seemingly ignoring anything else Dulse might have to say. The older man with the katana begins to say “Rex is just in a bad mood youngin…. Just come talk to him later.” “Why would you tell him to talk to me later, Shidou. Don’t piss me off.” “Yeah Yeah…” Shidou yawns, eyes still closed as she rubs the blood off of his katana.
“What a strange lineup…” Riley can’t help but think, dragging Dulse away by his collar. “R- Riley you don't get it! I need to-” “The dude doesn’t wanna talk. Whatever he did, the dude might not wanna forgive you and that's ok. Accept his decision and move on.” Dulse looks down at his hands while being dragged away by Riley, thinking about his words for a few seconds. “Damn I need to get my eye fixed up, It's hard living with one eye.” Right as Riley keeps thinking, it seems like everyone has been taken out of the Cruise ship. 5 people are taken away on stretchers, including Zerx which Riley notices in his peripheral vision.
As the stretches go past the group, into the actual island, Riley can’t help the feeling that he recognizes a bit of this island. It begins to slowly click, but before he can ponder on it, finally Azra, Nora, and Adora make their way onto the island. Along with Jaiden, Ezekiel, and Dohjo, but the queen doesn’t seem to be anywhere. “Alright, There's currently 50 of you, 4 on stretchers heading to get treatment. But it's clear almost all of you need a lot of treatment.” Dohjo says, looking up at the beaming moon. “We did say this year would be the longest exam, But…. honestly we killed too many people in the first round.” He says, now looking at Jaiden and Ezekiel who turn away, not having much to say. “So, This round will be the last round of the magic knight exams. If we kept going with this initial plan, all of you would be dead by round 4.”
Dohjo then snaps his fingers which signals for Ezekiel to begin his portion. “Some of you have exceptional promise, you’ll make your way to rank 0 in no time, Especially with how unique this batch of new recruits seems to be. If you survived that first round you’ve proven you have the vigor to be a magic knight.” Jaiden then begins his portion “So with that being said, you will all have to live on this Island for around 3 days. You won't be tasked with any challenges for the first 2 days, giving you time to fix up your weapons, recover and rehabilitate your mana and soul energy. But on the final day, you’ll all have a deadly challenge that you must take part in. This will definitely kill at least half of you. Leaving us with 22 people or less that will be recruited to be magic knights.” Azra scoffs at hearing this, and she decides to speak up “Why… Do these challenges kill so many people? Isn’t it cruel that a nation's forces so hellbent on protection kill almost all their participants..?”
“You have to be literally insane to sign up to be a magic knight. Nobody in our forces that survived has a lick of sanity. Signing up for this stuff is like a death wish. I will say, this year we went overboard, but typically hundreds of people die in these exams yearly, it's one of the top causes of death in Khourburg.” Ezekiel responds, dismissing Azra’s statement. “That's… very corrupt to me.” She mutters, which Ezekiel hears but decides to ignore, allowing Jaiden to continue. “You’ll live in a cabin with 3 other people, which will be randomly selected based on where you’re standing. By day 3, your challenge will require you to pair up with somebody that wasn’t on your initial squad, to reach the goal point and secure the victory over the other teams. We’ll explain more of that on the 3rd day on this island.”
Riley decides to speak up, asking a general question because the locationship familiarity is beginning to feel uneasy. As if he's having the strangest case of deja vu. “What's the name of this island…?” Jaiden and Ezekiel decide to be petty, and refuse to respond. While Dohjo sighs, deciding to be the mature one and speaks up, “Dundred Island.”

Words echo through Zerx’s mind, a book that his and Azra’s grandma used to always retell them. The book that made them think about themselves and the world around them.
From the moment we take our first breath, the cycle towards death begins. What do you believe rests in the afterlife? A god, devil, absolute darkness, reincarnation, different realities? There's many theories and ideas for what people think rest in the great beyond. Death is a concept most people can't comprehend, not existing is something the human brain just cannot fathom. Just think, how would it be to not exist? What would it be like to die and just experience nothingness for an eternity? A realm where nothing exists and you’ll never feel anything ever again. Doesn’t it feel weird to process? Isn’t it strange to try to imagine?
The road to the afterlife in this world is long and narrow, allowing the person traveling through the pitch black darkness to the glowing light, to remember and reflect, eventually leading to the Hollow pathway, the single spot with light where the person is trapped inside, this is where they’ll be dragged up or down depending on if they’re a good person or not. On his road toward the afterlife, Zerx imagines the moments he cherishes most, the birth of his little sister, his childhood with her and his grandma, and even some of the moments with him and Riley. “Wasn’t so bad…” He thinks to himself, as his spirit walks towards the light. As the boy walks into the Hollow pathway, a light beams above him and below, and right before he's moved, Zerx trips over his own 2 feet. Tumbling backwards and crashes through the dark floor. At that split second, Zerx shoots up.
Zerx quickly jumps up in his bed and looks at his surroundings. He's in a white hospital shirt, with bandages covering his arms, and he feels his legs wrapped in this same material. The surrounding room seems to be a wooden cabin, with 3 other beds next to him that are empty. In this cabin, there's also a few chairs resting on the wooden plant walks near the door, and on one of those chairs, is where Azra seemed to have been resting. But, right as Zerx awakened, it seems like she woke up too. Zerx scoffs but smiles, “Almost forgot…” “ZERX!!” Azra screams, as she jumps and wraps her arms around her brother. “Az…” Zerx embraces her back, as the 2 siblings sit hugging for a couple of minutes.
“I’m glad you’re ok, Azra, Seriously.” “Yeah…. The first round of the exam was way harder than we guessed it would be.” “Eh, That's what we get.” Zerx scoffs and looks down at his arms, wrapped in bandages “We were overconfident, the training we were doing was light compared to this.” Azra looks at her brother, listening to his words intently and very genuinely. “But, That's life. People get overconfident and it could very much lead to the death of them. We all die one day, some from overconfidence and some from unfortunate circumstances. But being so close to death… on that road to the afterlife… made me appreciate everything I have in this life now.” Zerx smiles, and looks at his sister. “So don’t die on me, and I won’t die on you, alright?” Azra smiles back and responds “I won't! I’ll get stronger! I promise!” “Great. Grandma would be proud of you.” Zerx drops back onto the bed, and looks up at the wooden ceiling. “What's up with Riley and Dulse? Are they ok?” “Yeah they’re good! We got together, and made a plan with some new friends to make it past the first round!” Zerx gets happy when Azra mentions new friends, but decides to keep that feeling to himself.
“So… Why am I on a bed in a CABIN now?” The cabin illuminates from the outside light, as the sun beams into the otherwise dim room. Azra slaps herself “Oh yeah… about that…” as she begins to reflect and retell the story of how they ended up on this island and the rules of the challenge, telling him the basic rundown of the island, and the days to relax and recover and all that. “So….. I slept through the peaceful days and we had to relax…” Zerx says, seemingly annoyed “Yeah… unfortunately. But I'm really glad you spent that time resting instead!” “Well…. Whose cabin am I in? Dulse and Riley? You?” “Well…. The Cabins were split into boys and girls… and Dulse and Riley already got some partners to fill in for them while you were out cold.”
“Ahh that's some bullshit.” Zerx says, slapping his face with both hands. “So I got paired with some randoms?” “Well…. I checked the list and I’ll say they're definitely interesting characters.” Zerx's face becomes one of concern. Whenever Azra says interesting characters, that's her nice girl way of saying somebody’s a weirdo. “Eh, that sucks, but I’ll survive. Most of the kids at those royal parties Diana used to take us to were all weirdos.” “Yeah… I can’t remember when one of them wasn’t stuck up or just an overall.. Interesting person!” Azra says, trying her best not to insult people. Zerx chuckles and says “Never got along with any of them. Surprised Riley never made friends with them honestly, they seem like his kind of people.” “Rileys not as stuck up as he pretends to be, it's like a little persona.”
“Annoying persona… that's for sure.” Azra nudges his shoulder “Some people just… deal with things differently.” She says, heavily implying something which Zerx picks up on. “Yeah I guess… Those parties still sucked. Never had fun with em or anybody there.” “Alright let's not DRAG it too much Zerx, You have to admit those little party games were fun! With the drawing challenge and stuff? That was a blast”, “Eh I guess, That Keen dude still beat me though. That shit was rigged.” “Keen was a good Artist! Don't be biased just cuz you don’t like him.” “I’ll be biased all I WANT, That cunt draws worse than a blind MONKEY drawing with its TAIL upside down.” Azra laughs, “He was cute, and a good artist.” Before the 2 could continue their conversation, the door swings open.
“ZERRRRRRRRRRRRRXXXXXXX!!!!!”
In comes Dulse, BOUNCING onto Zerx’s bed and jumping up and down. Zerx playfully jumps up, while softly grabbing Dulse’s arm, and tossing him onto the bed beside him. The boy goes flying as he crashes into the fluffy sheets. Dulse grabs the pillow off the bed he lands on and tosses it at Zerx, He ducks and grabs the bottom of the pillow, chucking it back at Dulse. This hits him, and sends him flying off the bed, crashing through the wooden wall and dropping the clock to the floor. “I’ve NEVER lost a pillow fight, Don’t try me little guy” Zerx jumps off the bed, seemingly still a little injured but he's able to move. He rips off his hospital shirt, leaving his bare chest exposed except for a few bandages wrapping around it. “How ya been Dulse?” Dulse crawls back through the hospital wall, and looks at Zerx. “I’m fine.. I’m just glad you’re ok man… It's been so long.” “2 days.” Zerx interjects “2 days too long!” Dulse replies, “It's unfortunate you got roomed with… them and not us.” “Can you guys stop being cryptic and just tell me? Gah damn.”
“Κακό Brothers.” Riley says, following in the door that Dulse left open. “They’re 3 siblings that look drastically different, and come out the boat unscratched. Very strange honestly.” “Nice to see you too, Riley.” Zerx says, seemingly annoyed that he didn’t get a greeting. “I was GETTING to that, Dopty. Glad you’re ok.” “Yeah Yeah, Rai Rai.” The nurse walks into the room, and seeing Zerx standing and the pillows all messed up, she screams “YIP YIP HUZZAH!!!” The old lady jumps for joy as a smile BEAMS across her face. “You’re finally awake!” “.... Who are you…?” Zerx questions, looking at the nurse with an expression of absolute confusion of who this is. “I’m nurse jackie. I’ve been taking care of you for the past 2 days.” “Oh, Well thank you.” “Yeah, Thank me.” The group is taken aback by the old woman's ego, as she continues to say “I'm SICK of you, it's been 2 days and you’ve punched me more than I’ve spoken WORDS.”
“Azra always told me I punched in my sleep, I thought she was jokin’...” “Nope, I was serious. You punched the HELL out of me a couple times”, "My bad nurse…. I’ll try to work on it.!” Zerx bows down to apologize to the woman, “I'm joking baby, It's alright. I'm glad you’re UP and OUT of here though.” Zerx stretches, trying to test out if he's really good enough to get out. “Yeah I'm good, Beating Riley in that pillow fight worked out any kinks I coulda had left over.” Azra smiles, then looks at the clock resting on the floor. “1:00pm! I gotta head out with Chloe for Lunch! See you guys, Talk to you later Zerx!” Azra heads out of the cabin, and makes her way through the general section. There are 3 sections on the island, Boys Section, Girls Section, and the general section. The boys and girls sections contain the cabins, bathrooms, showers, and any other living thing that needs to be separated by gender. The general section has general activities and places where things can get done, Blacksmith zone (To repair weapons), Nursing center (For people to recover and heal up, Which is where Azra just was), Places to eat, a campfire area, places to do different activities on the island, the list goes on. “Chloe!” Azra calls out to a girl with Blue hair and blue eyes.
“Hey Az!” Chloe waves back, as the 2 girls hug each other. “I’ve been waiting for ya, I know you went to check on your brother, So I left the cabin a few minutes ago.” “Yeah, He finally woke up.” “That's good to hear! I invited Nora and Adora, but they declined the offer.” “Eh it’s alright, let's go grab something to eat.” The 2 girls walk off and begin to talk to each other, Azra was roomed with Nora, Adora, and Chloe, So she's taking this time to get to know this new person a bit more before the next round initiates. Nora, sits in her room, digging through her bags looking for something specific, as she looks through her bags, she hears her room door creek open, It’s Adora.

“Yo.” Adora says, walking through the wooden door and taking a look at her room. Most rooms have the same layout, Wooden walls and a wooden floor, 2 windows on both sides with a twin sized mattress resting on the left wall being held up by a wooden bed frame. The rooms are small, a 10’2 width and 8’6 length, with 4 identical bedrooms in each cabin, with a kitchen, and general living space with a bookshelf with a lot of different novels that seem to bend based on whoever lives in each cabin, seemingly a form of magic. “What ya looking for?” Adora says, sitting on Noras bed in casual clothing. She wears a pair of baggy sweatpants, a light brown color, with a loose fitting long sleeve shirt, with a flower pattern.
“Pictures of my brother… I haven’t been able to find them for the past 2 days… Im just looking till I go pick up my new axe in a few minutes..” Nora replies, continuing to dig through her 3 bags. “They have to be in here somewhere….” “Oh… Well, What's up with your brother..?” Adora questions which confuses Nora “What do you mean?” “Well, What's his name? I know a lot about Royal Knights, so maybe I’ll know a thing or 2 about him” “Well… that's the thing..” Nora mentions, which confuses Adora “What? You don't remember his name?” “No… I do.. But he's not a magic knight… He was an assassin.” Adora is interested by Noras sentiment, so she decides to let the girl explain herself.
“My brother.. Was Bash Freeman. One of the most wanted Assassins of all time.. He worked with the Phantom… The Khourburg Dynasty knows basically everything about every assassin besides the Phantom, so I decided to join to see if I could get any information about where my brother might be.” Adora seems to be surprised Nora's brother was such a well known assassin, “Nora Freeman… I’ve heard of her before” Adora thinks to herself, as she decides to ask Nora a question “Is your brother your only drive to become a magic knight..?” Nora thinks for a moment at this question, fidgeting with her thumbs before answering “Y- Yes… I do genuinely want to help people, but the main thing pushing me is finding my brother..” “What makes you think he's not dead? I’ve heard theories about his death…” “B- Because, Me and my brother made a soul pact years ago… It's never been fulfilled, so I can still sense his soul energy… I- I know he's alive. Even if it's just a tiny bit… I know and have hope that my brother is still alive.”
Adora scoffs but smiles “Godspeed Nora, I admire that drive of yours… It's lovely. Never change.” Adora stands up, and right as she's about to walk out the door, she hears Nora stammer “W- What's your drive…? What's the reason you’re in the magic k- knight exams..!?” “That answer will come with time.” Adora remarks very coldy, leaving the room in her typical stoic demeanor. Nora seems to have an annoyed expression, flopping onto the ground. “That girl is so bipolar! She goes from super duper nice to stoic and big meany! I don't get it… I dont get HER!!” She spins around on the ground, thinking to herself for around 10 minutes till she stands up, cleaning off her shorts and white T, as she walks out of the room to follow Adora. “I’ll find those photos later… I gotta get to the bottom of this!”
Nora walks into the living room, finding Adora holding a book about something. As Nora walks over, about to ask her a question, she looks at the book and realizes something. The book is about love. “You read love novels… Adora?” “Yeah. Sometimes.” Adora walks over to the couch and sits with the book in her hands, with Nora following. “I think love is a confusing concept. Its complex, and I don’t know if I’ve ever really experienced it before. Some things give me more of a thrill and lust, but I don’t consider that love.” “Welllll what about your parents? Don’t you love them?” “Wouldn’t know.” Nora is confused but chooses not to ask her to elaborate. “I’m interested in it… What does true love really mean or feel like…?” “Well, I think everybody has someone out there for them to love.” Adora is interested in those words “What…?” “Well… I think out of the millions of people on earth… there's someone out there for you to love. You just have to wait and find that person!” Nora smiles at Adora, before looking at the time. “Ahh! It's 1pm! I have to go get my new axe from the blacksmith center! Adios!” Nora quickly jumps into some shoes and runs out the door before she's late. “Someone out there to love….” Adora smiles and laughs “You’ve caught my interest once again, Nora.”
Our POV now switches to Dulse and Riley, the duo walk back to their cabin on the boys section of the island. The 2 walk in silence, Riley theorizing and thinking about different things about this island, but mainly… Dundred Cavern. The 2 walk into the Cabin, and immediately lies Shidou on the couch. She seems to be polishing his sword and Dulses gauntlet. “Oh… Hello boys.” Shidou says without turning around, eyes still focused on the blade. “Hey Shidou… Where's Rex? I still want to talk to him…” Riley sighs at his request “Third time TODAY.” “Let it go, Dulse.” Riley says in a more annoyed tone “You’ve tried almost everything, let it GO. I don't even know what you did to the dude.” For once, Dulse talks back to Riley “You don't get it. Shut your trap about things you don't KNOW about!” he yells, which throws Riley off, He never expected Dulse to yell at him. “This is borderline harassment. I wouldn’t forgive you EITHER” This seems to piss off Dulse, he dawns an infuriated expression as he asks Shidou. “Where's Rex?!”
“He left around 10 minutes ago, He's looking for Jaiden.” Shidou says, still focusing on polishing his sword. “W- Why would he be looking for him?!” “He's going to tell Jaiden he won't hold up his end of the bargain, so Jaiden will kill him.” Riley seems confused at this sentiment about Jaiden, but Dulse's face dawns one of absolute terror. As if his mind was read, Shidou tosses Dulse his gauntlet. “I’ll let you handle it however is necessary. I believe that's too far… despite what you’ve done.” Dulse puts on his gauntlet, with all 10 rings gleaming, as he rushes out the door to find Rex. “Man what” Riley says, walking over to the kitchen to grab something to drink. “Confused huh Cavendine?” Shidou says to the obviously confused Riley. “Can you please tell me what's going on?” Riley says, grabbing a cup of water as he walks toward Shidou. “Take a seat, allow me to tell you the tale…”
Zerx enters his room, after being led in that direction by Riley and Dulse. He's a bit nervous to meet his roommates, from what he's been described, they’re nothing but a bunch of weirdos. Zerx opens the wooden door, and as the door creaks open he's taken aback by the scene. The 3 brothers all stand directly in front of the door with a straight face, emotionless, like dolls or a dog waiting dormant for its owner to return. “Welcome, Zerx Cavendine.” The main one speaks, the tallest one with darkskin and dreads. “My name is Mazakala (Maz-Ahh-Call-Ahh).” He then points to the short, 4 '8 white skinned one, “This is Arba (Are-bah)” and he points to his final brother, seemingly the oldest and mixed skinned. “Finally, this is Ardabak (Are-Deh-Back). It's a pleasure to meet you and room with you during this final day.” The darkness in the house makes the scene all the more eerie, giving the 3 brothers a more ominous vibe as behind them, it seems all the currents are closed, leaving no light to illuminate the room around them where they stand.
“Yeah…. Great to meet you guys…” Zerx skimpers around them, holding his bag close to him as he simply just wants to get to his room without talking much. He hears ominous whispers from them as he walks by, but Zerx scoffs and simply enters his rooms thinking it's typical shit talk. Not paying them much of any mind. “Those guys are FUCKING weirdos… I'm just gonna survive till the end of the day and do the challenge to get OUT of here… I'm happy I was out for so long.”
Nora walks through the general district from the girls section. The general section is absolutely massive with a bunch of places to go in the form of different tents set up all over. A bunch of different sizes and colors spread throughout the different tents, each housing 1 or 2 people looking for something to do. A clothing area for people looking for a change, a few food spots on this side, a tent maze as something fun to do, it almost felt like an amusement park. Something catches Nora's attention right before she goes to the blacksmith area. “Dulse..?” She thinks to herself, as she sees the tiny boy run down the corner. “Why is he in such a hurry? Something going on?” She questions, as she decides to follow behind him.
Dulse's mind is running rampant, the consequences of his actions are finally coming back to bite him in his ass. Dulse turns around the boys campsite and eventually makes his way to the captain's area. Where Jaiden, Ezekiel and Dohjo seem to be resting. They each get 1 cabin, and the outside look like S tier suites compared to the miniature cabins the contestants were given. “Rex!!!” Dulse calls out, as he sees Rex being held up by his throat while Jaiden clenches his fist. “Y- You..” Rex stammers, as Jaiden squeezes his throat tighter, clearly angry at him. “You.” Jaiden looks over at Dulse, with an infuriated facial expression. His eyes BEAM at Dulse, who takes a few steps back. “You’re useless. You have ONE job and you can’t do ANYTHING right.” He tosses Rex to the ground, and walks over to Dulse, gripping him by his collar, pulling him toward him and making eye contact. “All you had to do, Was keep the Cavendine off my back and you can't do THAT. You failed during the first round of the exams, and now you’re too caught up in your own little past to FOCUS.” Jaiden tosses Dulse into a tree that surrounds the captain's area.
“ONE job Dulse. ONE. and you can’t do THAT right, what kinda bullshit ass spy are you? I should have let you die that day shouldn’t I?” Dulse's eyes begin to well up with tears, they narrow over to Rex who also seems a bit guilty but isn’t saying anything. “You and your little USELESS as friends are worthless. So, I’ll get rid of both of you.” Right as Jaiden is about to charge up a punch, Rex bolts toward him, clearing now feeling guilty about having started all this. We cut our POV back to Riley and Shidou, who sit in the cabin as he explains to Riley the backstory of Dulse and Rex.
Dulse and Rex were born in the slums, Middletown. The south side of Khourburg is very cruel, Dulse was born, and once he was around 7, was forced to pay off the debt of his father to a gang in town. His mother was sick after his birth, no longer being able to help pay it off, so it was up to him. That gang belonged to Rex’s family. Despite this, the 2 boys were quite close friends, as the 2 of them began to get closer, Rex asked his father to clear the debt off of Dulse’s name. But at that time, Fafnir sent out his Magic knight squads to clear out middletown, due to it becoming too dangerous for anyone else’s survival. So they were ordered to spare nobody, and slaughter everybody in middletown. Dulse and Rex were the last 2 young boys left alive, after the executioner decided to let them live. Rex simply wanted to die, after witnessing the death of his friends and family. But Dulse convinced this executioner to let them survive, and in exchange they would become Knights Of Dynasty and personal spies for him. This executioner was Jaiden Da Monta.

If you want, I’ll take you to the location of Jaiden so we can save Rex and Dulse.” “Let's get going, Shidou.” Riley says, smiling after the comment of Jaiden being jealous of him. “Deciding things for people… bad choice Dulse. I understand where you were coming from however….” The 2 head out, now on the way to go save Dulse and Rex from Jaiden.
Nora watches in fear, wanting to help out but not knowing really WHAT to do. Rex bolts toward Dulse and pulls him out of the way of Jaidens punch, Tossing him aside and out of the way. Dulse stands up, slapping his face, realizing the situation he's in. Jaiden walks toward the 2 boys slowly, and Dulse begins to speak “I'm sorry Rex… Please, I am. I kept you alive because I was selfish… I signed you up for this because I wanted to be selfish and didn’t want to be alone… I'm sorry…” Rex punches Dulse in his face, he drops to the floor from the punch. “I still don’t like you, But we both did something selfish. I came here knowing you were gonna come out. (Cuz Shidou can't keep his MOUTH shut) Now since I dragged you here with me, Don’t go and DIE before I do understand?” “R- Right!” Dulse stands beside Rex, as the 2 prepare to fight Jaiden Da Monta.
Jaiden blitzes them, First punching Rex in his stomach before he can move. Rex doesn’t feel any damage from this punch, but Jaidens ability activates in reverse this time. Sometimes, if he hits somebody knew after not dealing his opponent with a vital blow, his ability will stack on its own dealing the damage of his punch twice. Dulse feels double the impact directly to his gut, as he's LAUNCHED over the forest in front of them. Jaiden grabs Rex by his face who's blasting toward him with his wind magic. He chucks him in the same direction that he tossed Dulse, and he jumps, following the 2 over the forest. Nora is in awe, not fully sure of what just happened, “So fast!!! That's the strength of a captain! I should do something… But I don't have a weapon!” Before Nora can think anymore, she hears a voice coming from the campsite. “Yo, You look lost.”
Dulse crashes directly onto one of the bathrooms in the boys section. Crushing the metal porta potty with the weight of his fall. Before the boy even has any more time to focus on the aching pain he was inflicted from crashing into the porta potty, he quickly forces himself up as he sees Rex coming crashing down and Jaiden following behind him. Rex falls onto one of the cabin roofs. He quickly stands, as adrenaline rushes through his veins. Jaiden attempts to land on that same roof but he misses his landing, as he drops directly beside the cabin. But it's clear he's not done, as he stomps onto the ground once, as it feels like an earthquake erupts across the island, Jaiden propels himself upward with ONE stop onto the solid ground ascending like he rose from the depths of hell. With a straight face, he grabs onto the cabin roof and pulls himself up, standing across from Rex.
“REX!” Dulse calls out to his friend, but it falls on deaf ears as Jaiden bolts toward the boy. Rex blasts 2 gusts of wind from his palms to launch himself onto the next roof, as Jaiden misses with his punch. The roof seems to be perfectly intact despite the force of his punch, and immediately Jaiden jumps toward the next roof. As Rex goes roof to roof, dodging attack after attack, Jaiden seemingly gets more pissed as they make it to the 10th and final cabin. Dulse stands on the ground, recovering from the impact onto the porta potty + the first double impact gut shot. Rex backflips off the roof and uses his wind magic to blast himself away while dropping down. His wind blows the levees on the trees beside him as he escapes Jaiden. Jaiden jumps off the cabin, PICKS it up off the floor, and chucks it at Rex.
The commotion has caught the attention of everyone currently still in the male rooms, besides for Zerx, who rests in a deep slumber in his cabin that was just TOSSED at Rex. In fear of someone being in the cabin, Rex spins around and uses his wind to slow down the flying cabin coming towards him. Dulse snaps back into fight mode, and runs toward Jaiden, also seemingly being full of adrenaline now. Jaiden turns, thinking Rex was crushed by the cabin and starts going hand to hand with Dulse. Jaiden easily outclasses Dulse in hand to hand combat, and with 3 jabs to his gut, ONE of Jaidens kicks does a massive impact on his side, and Dulse gets launched forward. Dulse is tossed PAST Riley and Shidou, who seem confused on what just went by them. It takes a second to click, as they see Jaiden bolt past them.
Shidou and Riley rush toward the direction the 2 were just propelled in, attempting to catch up and stop the fight. In the food booth, sit Azra and Chloe both eating a sandwich, with 2 glasses of lemonade. Chloe has some pork chops on her plate while Azra has some baby carrots. The 2 girls seem to be talking and getting along, until Dulse SLAMS onto the table where they were eating. Crashing through the plates, sliding across the table where they sit. The 2 girls see Jaiden sprinting through the air charging at Dulse, and Azra quickly pulls Chloe from the table, as Dulse launches Chloe's pork chops at Jaidens face. 2 of the Porkchops cover his eyes, and as Jaiden crashes on the table, he slips on some lemonade and falls on his ass, allowing Dulse to quickly jump up away from Jaiden.
As Jaiden stands up, he hears someone charging something in the distance. He takes the pork chops off his eyes, and instantly, he's bombarded with a canon of wind. He gets blasted by the wind off the table as he digs his feet into the ground to not blast away. “SONIC CANON!!!” Rex screams launching his sonic wave of Air at Jaiden. This seems to be one of Rex’s special moves, as Jaiden can’t seem to feel a BIT of his mana while being blasted by this attack. “The fuck?” He thinks to himself, and directly behind him, he instantly recognizes what they’re trying to do. He turns, charing soul energy into his hand as he goes for a karate chop on Dulse. Whos behind him, gauntlet in hand, and screaming, as the rings on his gauntlet glow a raging red color. “100 TONS!!!!!!!!” Directly as Jaiden and Dulse are about to connect with their attacks, Jaidens Karate chop is blocked by 2 fingers, while Dulse’s Punch is blocked by the bottom half of a scythe. The blade of the scythe glows a red color, as Rex feels his wind dissipate instantly.
“Yo.” Dohjo says, interrupting the battle at hand with his interjection.
