A young boy woke up in the middle of a forest not knowing what future is ahead of him. His silvery white hair was covered in mud and dirt. His long eyelashes fluttered as his mauve eyes was exposed to light. He was the epitome of beauty that it will make any beautiful women pale in comparison to him.

Boys POV

'Where am I?'

I looked around, still groggy from fainting I saw trees surrounded me from every direction. It was green everywhere.

'How did I get here?, Where's father... And mother?' As I was asking this questions in my head all my memories slowly flooded in.

'Now I remember...' I gave a deep sigh as I realized... ' I guess I can't go back home now.....Can I?...'

I desperately tried to stand up while trying to stop my tears from falling as I looked at the ring on my finger and held the pendant on my neck.

" Mother... Father... I will live on, that's why please be alive and wait for me to find you again." All the tears that I desperately tried to stop over flowed from my eyes... I cried for awhile not knowing how to stop.

After awhile I finally stopped crying and resolved myself to live on no matter what. I tried to stand up but all the strength that I thought I have wasn’t there. I fell into the mud further covering myself with mud. I failed to stand up many times till I finally succeeded.

The 7 years old boy started to walk and his silhouette was wobbling to whatever direction his feet took him. Although he was clothed in commoner's clothing, his gait and demeanor failed to hide his upbringing.

Without knowing which direction he took, he found a small cabin from afar. Step by step he took it with difficulty but as he got closer and closer as he took his little steps, the light in his eyes seemed to burn brighter. As he arrived in front of the small cabin his small body fell and he fainted.

“Reid, Reid my child you must get out of this castle…(mother crying) it's enough for us that even just you survive. Even if we don't, as long as you are alive our kingdom will have a chance to revive.”(Queen)

“Mother..Father let me fight with you (the boy cried) I don’t want to leave all of you here, Mother….. I don’t want to be alone…”(Reid)

“You must leave child, you are not strong enough to fight with us and you have the responsibility to live… Not just for us but for all the people in this kingdom who believes that one day you will revive our kingdom… You must not let their sacrifices be in vain”(King)

The King picked Reid up and carried him to a room deep within the palace walls. His mother followed both of them while the loyal people of the kingdom fought to deter the enemies from following them.

“Mother! Father! Let me stay….. Please let me stay” (Reid)

With tears on their eyes, the King and Queen placed him to a magical formation as they restricted his movements. The formation slowly lit up as the the couple poured in their mana. When the formation was ready, with great difficulty they smiled with all their heart as they knew that there was chance the their one and only little boy will survive.

“Reid, this formation is to teleport you out of this palace but we can only hope that it drops you to a safe location” (King)

“You must survive my child, and remember that me and your father love you with all our hearts. You gave light as well as hope not only in our lives but also the people of this kingdom. You are our little treasure and you must live.”(Queen)

The King took off his ring and put it on Reid's finger.

“ My child this is the most important family heirloom and is passed down from our ancestors from one king to another. And now I pass it down to you as you succeed me as the next king of this kingdom. I hope it will protect you and be useful to your life after this.” The King hugged Reid as tears rolled down his face.

The queen took off the necklace hanging from her neck and placed it around Reid’s neck.

“ My dear child this is the heirloom from my family. I'm the only one left from my family bloodline aside from you. Now I pass it down to you as you succeed me as the head of the family. This is passed down from our ancestors from one head to another and now I hope that it will give you power and stronger will to protect you for you journey to come.” The Queen quietly sobbed as she hugged Reid and kissed his forehead.

“ Now child you must go and live on” (King and Queen)

The formation activated and the surroundings blurred. And as I flew away, I saw the kingdom covered with explosion after explosion and finally the palace…..

I looked around and saw that I was dropped off at a field beside a forest. Then I looked to the direction of my kingdom…. ‘I can’t even see it anymore’ Then a flash of light arrived before me. Two people came out from that light.

“Father? Mother?”(Reid)

“Sorry Kid but there's only us hi hi hi hi, you see our king knew those palace people will send you away so we were ready to follow you….. Too bad kid hi hi hi and you went so far too ” (enemy)

I started to run as fast as I can into the forest, I depleted my mana as I tried to stop their attacks. I ran…. Ran as fast as I can till I couldn’t sense them anymore. My vision started to blur and I knew I wouldn't be able to run any longer, then it all turned black.
