2 years after

I was now five years old. My status continued to increase like a monster. I don't know what to do to hide it and today is the day they check my affinities, I hope they don't check my status. 

Also today, my brother is going to shift into a dragon it's probably going to be red, because his affinities are High Affinity with Fire and Medium Affinity with Earth.

I don't know his skills but he should have some. Since he started to train at five. I'm so excited!

I was now sitting on a chair in the library reading some spells when the door opened. It was brother.

-'' Saphire, come it's time for the ceremony!'' {Brother}

I got up and ran to her brother. Zeroth held my hand and we ran outside. We actually lived in the mountains but the dragons created some kind of village there, and it was enormous it could probably be called a city in the mountains even if we were just about 200 dragons living here.

There was a big arena with many dragons in human form sitting. We had to sit on a higher place where the royal family was. Brother was going to shift right when the ceremony starts so he didn't come with me.

I arrived at the certain place. It was a tiny ''room'' with the view to the centre of the arena. There were 5 beautiful chairs and the names were on it. Mother Father and the old pervert said hi. I searched for my chair and I couldn't believe what I saw.

Why? Why him? Can't I sit on brothers place? Ughh!

I sat on my chair and tried to stay away from the old man. Of course he had to give me a hug of course he was going to try something more.

-'' Get off!!'' {Saphire}

I gave him a kick. He fell off the chair, coughed a bit like nothing happened and got up again sitting on his chair.

-'' Don't be like that sweety.'' {Old man}

I glared at him. 

 Before he could say something there were noises of trumpets.

-'' Welcome! To the 709th Ceremony of Shifters and Affinities! Today like always is a special day, but this year our future King is going to shift, and our little princess is going to test her abilities! Let's give a big applause to our Rulers!{ Announcer}

Everyone started to clap and scream. I was just thinking. how could he call me little? I now I am a kid, but Little Princess? Hate it.

The first ones to appear were the kids that this year were going to shift. After almost every kid it was brother's time.

He walked to the centre of the arena and stood there while the announcer gave him a bow and explained how he could shift. There were actually 2 dragon forms. The 1st one was like dragon-human, you gained the dragon's claws ,feet , horns and the wings. The 2nd was the full dragon.

I felt brother gather his mana around him concentrating. His skin started to grow red scales. I knew it, red dragon.

Next his hands and feet transformed and then he grew wings. Of course this process hurt like a bitch, and it was normal to scream, like brother was right now. I can't explain the process but his body started to grew dragons parts until he was a full Red Dragon.

 A fire Dragon.

Types of Dragons:

Fire Dragon - Blow fire. Ignite his body like a phoenix.

Ice Dragon - Blow icy snowflakes and create heavy snow storms

Water Dragon - Blow water like the firetrucks. Could make it rain.

Wind Dragon - Create tornados.

Earth Dragon - Could create heavy and big rocks.

Lightning Dragon - Blow Electricity and create heavy storms.

Dark Dragon - They are Rare and various people get kicked out for being one. They're abilities are like others dragons but they can perform forbidden spells while on dragon form.

Some dragon here could seem weak, but they are actually all really powerful. Father was a Wind Dragon and mother was a fire dragon. I would probably have a high affinity with one of those elements.

Everyone started to cheer again and brother transformed in a human again. Of course he fainted right after, it was a really difficult process. But I was actually curious about something.

-'' Old perve- *cough* man, what type of dragon are you?''

He looked at me surprised I was talking to him.

-'' Well get ready, because your grandpa here is a Lightning Dragon, one of the strongest dragons in the world!'' {Old man}

-'' Hm...'' {Saphire}

I actually wanted to ask him to transform, because lighting dragon seem so cool! But I just can't, with that face...

-'' Now, please the people taking the Affinity test gather in gate 4 or 5!'' {Announcer}

I hopped out of the chair and my family wished me luck. I walked to the gate 5 since gate 4 was already full.

I was actually nervous because even if i was a kid, I was never good with one, now I had to get along with someone. I couldn't stay forever alone.

I entered the room. There were around 20 kids here not counting with me. They all turned towards me surprised. They bowed.

I move my hands around trying to say they could lift themselves up.

-'' It's alright, please don't bow, we're all here for the same purpose.'' {Saphire}

They all sighed and smiled a bit and started to talk among themselves again. I saw a a girl about my age with brown hair and blue eyes on the corner alone. Oh man, I'm going to talk with her.

I walked towards her and stopped in front of her.

-'' Hi, I'm Saphire. What's your name?'' {Saphire}

At the sound of my voice she looked at me and bowed. Sigh, so difficult being a royalty.

-''Don't need to bow, please. Just tell me your name.'' {Saphire}

-'' M-My na-m-e i-is Ali...'' {Ali}

If I wasn't a dragon I wouldn't hear what she said.

-'' Well Ali, let's be friends!'' {Saphire}

-'' B-but yo-ou are a princess!'' {Ali}

-'' That doesn't matter! Please be my first friend, and you don't need to be so shy.'' {Saphire}

She only nodded. I opened my arms. She looked at me with a questioning look.

-'' Come, we're friends. Let's hug.'' {Saphire}

Very shyly she hugged me and I could feel other people looking at us. We let go of each other and people started to get called.

While waiting for our time Ali stopped being so shy and we were already like beast friends. 

Ali was called and she received Medium Wind Affinity and Low Water affinity.

It was finally my turn. And I was nervous. I had to make my family proud! Let's do this!
