What happens when unlimited power is granted to those who have none? Does that create a saint, a tyrant, or something else entirely? Seven shards of godhood are hastily gifted to seven excellent mortals, in hopes they could use them to repair their broken world. How the shards are used or misused is better than what came before.  In the end, there will be no pantheon and only one will remain.
