The Theorexian power system is a inflexible power system ( low tier 7 ) which will allow one to

-reach at max mountain destruction

The reason for this is because the world laws of the Theorexian universe are not flexible and are not fully developed as it still has not gone through fantasy-reality nexus

1) lesser rebuilding stage

- here one has to use  wartisa (a type of lower essence) to rebuild their skeleton, muscles, skin into more efficient structure 

-this is mostly done after vast studies to prevent deformities ( this is not usually done in higher tier universes as the laws of realities will guide you, institutionally ) 

-here one can live for 150 years and will stop looking older than when they finished this stage

-building level destruction

2) major rebuilding stage 

-here one has to use wartisa to reform all organs and tissue into one more efficient   

-this is done institutionally as one becomes a different species(in body not soul )

here one lives for 250 years and can control their body to look however they want

NOTE : power system is not very interesting and very generic type in lower tier universes. i think it may improve in several thousand universal cycles. ps did you know that the theorexians used to be a multiversal race until they angered a primordial dragon who forced them into their home universe and destroyed the majority of their universe until it eventually degraded into a lower tier 7 universe
