Lee Gu was now 3, He now had his Qi Paths almost all cleared out, with only a few that were extremities left to actually unblock, all of his major Qi Paths were entirely cleared out to perfection, and most of the others were in the process of getting to where he was before in his prior life.
He also had a new name. Max. Well, Maxwell, but everyone called him Max. He was named after his grandfather apparently.
His mom was pretty cool as well. She seemed to work from home, which was an interesting concept to Lee Gu. She used this device called a computer, which he still had yet to learn much more about.
As for his father, when he was less than a year old, he saw his father much more often, but for the time being, it seemed his father was busy with his own work. It wasn't something that Lee Gu thought about that much since, to him, it was relatively unimportant.
Although he did have the shape of a baby, or more of a toddler at this point, he was still an almost 600 year old cultivator in his mind. Thus, although he was somewhat invested in his family, he didn't care all that much since he would be around long after their demise.
He had also learned much more about the language since he was born, now he had a basic understanding of how the language seemed to operate, and could now hold conversation, though with his current form he found it somewhat difficult to actually find anyone to talk to him in a serious manner.
"Max!" His mother was calling for him. Lee Gu walked his way across the room, he was still wobbly on his feet as his body hadn't yet developed fine motor control yet.
He got there after a short time, he already knew what time it was, and he wasn't too thrilled about it. His new parents lived in a world where bathing was very common and socially mandated. This went for him too, even though he was still a mere toddler.
He simply followed his mother and let himself be bathed. It would do no good for him to struggle as it would only make it longer. He looked forward to the days when he would be able to bathe himself.
After Lee Gu was bathed, his mother turned the TV on, which was still an incredible invention in his eyes, and turned it to cartoons of some sort. He didn't really pay attention to it after a few months as he found the programs to be quite boring or just flat out not entertaining. So he had decided to instead cultivate during this time. He had already cleaned out his major Qi Paths so he was currently working on his smaller ones, going from largest to smallest. It was a very time consuming process, however Lee Gu found it to be quite refreshing as he slowly gained some better control over his Qi, and thus expanded how he could use it.
He scanned the area around his home a couple months after he arrived and found it to be leagues better than the place he found himself when he first came to this world. It seemed that people here knew nothing of Qi and thus they had built large structures of glass, metals, and stone, leaving little to no space in the cities. From what he had gathered his family was not rich, per se, but had enough wealth that they had a small yard and a house with 3 bedrooms, although he knew from the few times he had gone out with his family that there were smaller houses, he had also seen huge homes as well.
He had noticed that his family seemed to live on the outskirts of the city though, along with several other families, perhaps this would be a residential district? Either way, he didn't like the other families too much, primarily because his parents often colluded with others to try and set up 'playdates' with them. In truth, these occasions were little more than distractions in his mind as all the children did was drool, cry and complain. He couldn't really blame the children, as they knew no better, nor could he really blame the parents as his situation was something that no one would ever be able to predict. So he had to just put up with being around screaming, drool covered toddlers for a while.

His behavior being rather odd for a child of his physical age was most probably noticed by his parents, but Lee Gu didn't really care too much. He didn't care if he was perceived as odd, since he would probably be able to get away with a little more due to that.
Lee Gu shook these thoughts from his mind and focused on his current task. He had noticed that his ability to focus seemed to be affected by his body, but he had yet to figure out how to fix it, so he simply had decided to wait it out and hope it would go away after a while.
He was already distracted again. He sighed and refocused himself once more. Looking internally Lee Gu decided to clean the Qi Paths around his heart and move up to his head, this would allow his brain to receive better blood flow, and thus allow him to be able to learn and perhaps focus more.
Lee Gu had initially run into a problem when it came to cleaning his Qi Paths, that of what he was supposed to do with the waste he had pulled from his body, he eventually came up with a solution to that problem. He decided to combine it with his expulsions, this had mortified his mother for a couple of years until he had the ability to use the toilet, which was another interesting invention although it had a basic premise. This was still how he rid himself of these impurities.
He slowly moved his Qi up to the blockage of his Qi Path and essentially used his Qi to scratch it, pulling off bits of impurity, which he subsequently had his Qi move to his intestines. It was a very time consuming process, one that would be only sped up if he could obtain more Qi, which unfortunately wasn't currently possible as he needed to expand his Qi Pool, which some would call a dantian. The issue was , in order to expand his Qi Pool, he needed to have paths that could endure the increased pressure, and since so many were blocked up entirely, his Qi would instead slowly bottle up and put immense pressure before building up too much and causing his Qi Pool to literally explode from the pressure. It would likely kill him, if he was lucky it would. The alternatives were to be in a vegetative state or to be unable to cultivate and slowly weaken to an eventual demise, as the Qi Pool housed what many people in his old world referred to as the Ego, or the Soul.
Without a soul a body would essentially be a corpse that wasn't aware that it had already died. The only way that Lee Gu was aware that someone could live like that is if they created an external Qi Pool, often referred to as a Phylactery. It would house the Soul, but you would still rot regardless. eventually if one didn't learn magic, they would just fall to bits and be trapped inside a glorified rock. Regardless, Lee Gu was not looking to live that kind of life.
Feeling a sudden shift in his Qi, he realized that he had punctured a hole through the filth that lay in his Qi Paths. In the next moment he felt the euphoria that came with Qi filling a portion of his body that had once been without Qi. The only way to describe it would be the feeling that one gets when they are slightly too warm and they take a drink and the drink hits the bottom of their stomach and seems to spread through the body. This time it had only taken him around an hour to break into this area of his body.
Lee Gu slowly expanded the narrow path through the grime and widened it enough for him to be able to send Qi through without it feeling forced. It was still uncomfortable, but he could deal with that much. Lee Gu then went and started to push his way towards the next relatively big Qi Path he wanted to clear out. This one was next to his carotid artery, and was about the same size. This one was also entirely blocked. He had already cleaned the major Qi Path to his brain, so he had it connected to the rest of his body, but he still desired to clean the surrounding Qi Paths to make the energy move more easily through his body.
If Qi was blood, and Qi Paths were veins, he was currently suffering from lack of blood flow just about everywhere in his body. Lee Gu was hoping he could soon fix that.
