Despite his harsh tone, everyone can say that he is very happy. His chin is pointing to the sky and his lips are curved upwards-- it was almost poking his eyes. It made his majestic looking face look quite comical.

Swordfire Deity is very pleased with himself. What he is saying is half-truth, half rubbish. Any one of these Deities can annihilate his whole clan if they try to pin him down and he can't do anything about it. However, if they do so, they will be burdened by karmic sin.
After ascending to Godhood, a Deity can create and govern his own space, separated from the physical world, however, they cannot selfishly go and make big movements that will anger the heavens or participate in in the issues of mortals, or else karmic flames will burn them and they will be subjected to eternal suffering.
