"She's going to die," Yuki whispered with a hint of concern in her voice.
A pained expression crossed Nekra’s face as she stared at the monitor, "She'll be fine." Nekra lies.
"But she's dying," Yuki reiterated, her voice trembling with worry.
‘She really wanted a maid, am I not good enough?’ Nekra wonders not at all worried about the dying vampiress.
Nekra shifted her gaze from the screen, where the brave vampiress was locked in a gruesome battle with hordes of goblins, back to Yuki, "So, how do we save her, Nya?" The vampire had multiple cuts and wounds with several spears stuck in her.
A deep frown creased Yuki's forehead as she confessed, "I haven't thought of that. This plan wasn't well thought out. I have no idea what to do."
Relief lingered in Nekra's crimson eyes as she suggested, "Can we pull her into the apartment?"
Yuki shook her head, her white fox ears drooping, "No, only monsters from the dungeon can come in here."
Nekra's ears flattened against her silver hair as she contemplated their situation, "Nya? Does that mean we can't save her?"
Yuki hesitated for a moment before answering, "I don't think so."
Nekra was internally relieved… Yuki was hers. She would never share her fox with another lesser being.
A hint of mischief danced in Nekra's eyes as she tried to cheer up Yuki, "You know, if you really want a maid, I could wear a maid outfit sometimes."
Yuki's gaze drifted into a distant daydream, and a mischievous grin crossed Nekra's lips. Suddenly, blood began to trickle from Yuki's nose, her face flushing a bright red. "Nya? Yuki?"
With a start, Yuki snapped back to reality, her nosebleed causing her to blush deeper, "Huh? Yes, N-nekra?"

"Are you okay? Your nose is bleeding, and your face seems red," Nekra asked, her voice genuinely concerned.
Yuki tried to hide her embarrassment, "Yuki is fine... I'm fine. Would you really wear a maid dress for me?"
Nekra nodded eagerly, hoping to help Yuki with whatever it was she desired. She knew that Yuki's culinary skills were top tier, and she could enjoy more of those delicious homemade dishes.
Meanwhile, the situation in the dungeon unfolded on the screen. Every adventure had fallen to the ground, their lifeless forms sprawled out in the dimly lit cave. A high-ranking vampiress, despite her efforts, had met the same cruel fate, lying impaled by over fifty goblin spears.
Nekra considered their next steps, her tone businesslike, "So, Yuki, do we leave the bodies to be discovered, or should we absorb them for more DP?"
Yuki mulled it over before suggesting, "Let's take about half the goblins' bodies and leave the rest for a rescue or search party to find."
"So what now?" Nekra inquired, her curiosity burning with the promise of new possibilities.
"We should check our DP balance," Yuki replied.
With a quick glance at the DP counter on their dungeon core control interface, Nekra noted, "DP: 200,643."
"That's quite a lot, Nya. Maybe we could buy golem magic, and I can use my knowledge skill to combine robotics with it," Nekra proposed.
Yuki questioned her about the mechanics of her knowledge skill, to which Nekra elaborated, "I get general knowledge of any world I could go to in the future. Then, if I focus on a subject, I gain detailed knowledge on that subject. However, it often gives me a terrible headache."
Yuki raised a concern, "Isn't that broken? Could you potentially go to any world you want?"
Nekra nodded with an excited gleam in her eyes, "Mmhmm."
Yuki continued her inquiry, "Why golems?"
"Nya? Golems seem similar to robots, but they run on magic. I'm thinking that, combined with a magic stone, they can operate outside of the dungeon. So, if I combine robotics with them, I could create the ultimate soldiers."
Yuki, however, sensed there was more to it and probed further, "What's the real reason?"
Nekra couldn't contain her enthusiasm, "I want to make a mecha!"
"A mecha?" Yuki questioned with a hint of surprise.
Nekra nodded with an unbridled sense of wonder, "Let me show you, Nya!" She grabbed the computer mouse, eagerly clicking open the anime folder. "Nya? It's here, yes!" Nekra exclaimed excitedly as the anime "Knights and Magic" began to play.
Yuki settled in to watch, while Nekra eagerly explained the concept, "So, those giant knights are mecha?"
"Mmm-hmm," Nekra affirmed.
Yuki couldn't help but be curious about Nekra's motive, "That could be fun, but what do you need it for?"
With a hint of mischief, Nekra replied, "Because... it's awesome, isn't it, Nya?"
"Yes, yes it is. How much is golem magic anyway?" Yuki inquired.
With a sigh, Nekra checked the shop, "Shop: Golem magic - 50,000 DP."
Yuki remarked, "That's quite a lot."
Nekra shrugged and teased her partner, "So is my dress, and you wanted it."
Yuki acknowledged Nekra's point, "True. What else can golems do?"
Nekra pondered for a moment before answering, "Well, if I become skilled enough with the magic, we could rely solely on golems to defend the dungeon."
