Lying in a hospital bed surrounded by technicians is a thirteen year old boy named Gideon Forsythe. For the last hour, technicians and doctors have been setting up Lost Mind and extended comma equipment. Lost Mind was a project that was made in the beginning of Gideon's research, it allowed the consciousness to be pulled from the mind of comma patients and placed into a Virtual space.
Because of his special condition, Gideon's brain has began to be overloaded with information resulting in seizures, strokes, and microsleeps. In order to counter this, his subconscious mind has been causing organ dysfunction, sight deterioration, and short term memory loss.
Being aware and capable of learning everything, places his mind under such stress that it has no choice but to neglect his body. To put it simply, he won't live till he's fifteen. But because of his brilliant mind, countless doctors have come together and made a solution to remedy this problem.
Placing Gideon under a comma will allow the stress his minds under to decrease, adapting the Lost Mind system to act as a crutch to his every processing mind, and placing the most important functions, such as breathing, under the care of a machine ensures Gideon a longer life. Theoretically.
"Let's say that this works, I will at most live till I'm eighteen." Gideon spoke for the first time in days. "Gideon, you have lived your entire 'short' life working. Maybe it's time for you to relax. Enjoy your Universe." If Gideon could move, there was a 15% chance he would see his old friend/research partner. "Oh, please don't fool yourself into believing that this is for me. You just want my mind in case there is a problem in the future." Gideon's voice held no emotions whatsoever.
"True." The man spoke before bursting into a fit of laughter. All Gideon did was reveal a rare, extremely rare, small smile. If it had been six years ago, they would say that he looked beautiful, but now. His is malnourished body, sunken face, and dull eyes. It just looked sad. "What was the joke again, Tommy?"
In the past, anytime Tommy would make a joke, Gideon would smile for his friend because it was never funny. "Nothing, my young friend. We will see each other again in the New World. Yes?" The man called Tommy walked forward and brushed the hair out of Gideon's face.
Tommy began to cry, for the sunken blue eyes of Gideon did move in his direction. Signalling that Gideon was now blind. "Yes, my old friend." Taking a step back, the doctors closed in on Gideon, Tommy didn't breath as they place countless tube and devices on his friend that was now lost. Gideon would stay lost for another hour before the completion of his Lost Mind Gear.
....
"So it worked." Gideon stood in darkness. "Open Infinite Dreams." His empty voice sounded in the dark to no one in particular. Instantly thousands of stars and planets spun around him. [Create Avatar]. With a flash of light, a clone of him appeared ahead. Malnourished and half dead. "Age 3." Because he built this game he knows all the ins and outs.
The creation of the Avatar is the most important thing to do. What people don't know are the hidden settings he built in the code. First, the age represents the starting point of your story. By choosing three he has complete control over special physiques and bloodlines. "Yin Yang Physique, Immortal Fate Soul, and Myraid Titan Bloodline." The three year old version of himself changed. His skin turned pale as the veins under turned black and goldish white. His heart glowed beneath his skin with multi-colors as his light brown hair turned white. Green eyes turned golden with red around the pupil.
[Choose setting]. "Minor Galaxy. High class World." The Galaxies were split into Minor and Major, one has Gods and the other doesn't. The worlds were split into Higher, True, and Lesser. Higher Worlds contained an advanced cultivation setting, were as the True and Lesser Worlds held a combination of technological and cultivation setting.
[Choose Difficulty: Primordial, God, or Mortal]. "Primordial." Without hesitation he chose Primordial. The level of difficulty not only limits the level cap but also the systems help. By choosing Primordial, Gideon could become a Primordial Being. To counter this, the system won't help him as lower setting would and the if he dies he can't respawn. The reason he chose this is because with only these character settings and enviromental settings can he get the Fate Legacy. The most over powerful Legacy the Universe has to offer.
Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.
[Game starting in 5. 4. 3. 2. 1]. With a flash of light, Gideon found himself laying on a bed. Anyone else would be smiling and laughing as they got up and dance around, for the last time Gideon was allowed to move freely was when he was ten. Status. All Gideon had to do was think and a screen appeared before him.

The constitution encompass all aspect of the body, Soul represents both intelligance and metal strength/protection. If the difficulty was lower, Gideon would be able to see speed and strength separately. While constitution ensure that his strength and speed don't become unbalanced, he will need to find techniques or cultivation methods that will allow him to exceed average.
In High Class Worlds, cultivation starts at three. Before doing anything he will wait for the background information.
Born into the Forsythe Clan in the War Monarch Sect Dynasty, Gideon Forsythe is the heir. The goal of his clan is to rebuild the destroyed Titan Shrine. Gideon is to be the one who is destine returns them to power.
The background information came with the memories of the past three years. Fuck, was all Gideon could say after reading the background information. The main problem with Primordial level Difficulty was you couldn't choose your social status. You could be a peasant or a prince. Titans' are the most powerful race, he hoped that he would get the Forgotten Fate Shrine Legacy with the Protection of the Titan Shrine.
His clan may have God level character but they couldn't move, and worse, his abilities as the Myriad Titan have to be kept hidden, or the other Shrines would descend on him. The worst thing is the Primordial Difficulty did not allow System Quest or Mission. The Missions and Quest would help him get ready for events before they happened. System Menu.

"How long until the Titan Massacre Event?" Gideon didn't hesitant. "Good to hear from you, my young friend. What do you need?"
"Titan Massacre Event."
"I'm fine thanks, I know I just a genius to able get the whole thing to work. Oh you want to know about the Titan Event? It in 50 Years. Why?" Tommy could be annoying. "I'm a Titan and playing on Primordial Level Difficulty."
"Sucks to be you, good luck. See you soon." [Thomas Black has left the Chat]. Tommy wouldn't care because Gideon wouldn't tell him how to custimize every aspect of his character. Plus Gideon know every possible way to get stronger, so Tommy wasn't worried. If it was anyone else in Gideons position they would be frantic trying to quickly get stronger but Gideon laid there, carefully plotting his rise. Should I let the Titans die out? No they are hard to raise. This will be fun. If there was one thing you should know about Gideon was that he always challanged the impossible.
