Every living being has some sort of emotion. From the yearning desire to further the tribe, or the broken heart of a lover lost. It is a concept that unifies us through all of our differences. However, such concepts carry their own power, and in enough amounts, will birth demons. These beings feed off their respective emotion. Some, are beings of bottomless rage. Others are beings of gluttony, that feast to try to fill the void with in them. Some are birthed by the emotions of a god, while others are created by the thoughts, and desires of a relatively powerful individual. However, not all demons are as mindless as they seem.   This story follows a special demon. One that displays a burning curiosity, and an intelligence unmatched by most of it's kind. Paired with that intelligence is something that all but the most powerful of it's kind has. Freedom. Unbound from the depths of the infernal plane, the demon will get to experience the world untarnished by the bias that most of it's race carry. With this freedom, what kind of life will this demon have? Disclaimer: The MC is a demon. This will be a dark novel, and slow burn. Be prepared for anything. But as dark as it may be at times.
