Saisei was bored.
Millions of years passed and the world he created still existed.
Well, that wasn’t a bad thing in itself.
It proved he made the right decisions when he created the world.
The laws of nature were working, the environment could correct itself over time and anything what could destroy it was prevented from the very beginning.
Life was abundant on the world, and no race or creation faced extinction.
Even though that doesn’t mean the world was peaceful.
The kingdoms, strong clans and sometimes even strong individuals would wage war for benefits or riches.
It was interesting to see the world change…for the longest time.
But even the various and everchanging world Sampurna would be boring with the passing of time.
Things would start to repeat itself and he didn’t believe anything could interest him anymore.
Ever since he created the world he didn't meddle with it, as he didn't want to disrupt the balance.
In his perfect world everything had a connection, if for example, many creatures of a race died the remaining ones would become stronger and more fertile.
Even though he didn't directly do anything, the laws allowed to gain holy power by praying, believing and building holy monuments.
He didn't answer prayers though. The prayers could be seen as praises and would increase the holy power you could use according to the strength of your believing.
Even the prayers just worked according to the perfectly calculated laws.
No God other than him could do something like that.
Until now he was proud and often bragged about his world.
Other Gods would create their worlds very fast, randomizing laws and creating things according their current mood, even mixing elements other gods used in their world to have it easier.
The result of such laziness was obvious, how could a world that was created in a month or even more laughable, in 7 short days survive the test of time and get older than 100000 years?
He had spend about a million years creating only the laws before he moved on with the actual universe.
And so, his world never changed while other gods created their worlds anew every few million years.
He also could just start anew, but whenever he saw his world he couldn't bring himself to do it.
After a long time of thinking he decided to add just a single random being.
He wanted this being to be as random and unpredictable as by any means possible.
Without hesitating anymore, he reached into the world of some stupid god who once influenced his world actively, giving the humans laws and rules that went against how they were created to watch them struggle with themselves.
That silly god send an avatar with a bit of godly soul down into his world to live the life of a human.
That action brought the mockery of many other gods with it, as he was killed by the humans after telling them he was the son of god (himself).
The result of the death of the avatar was his soulforce being raptured, so he had to rest for a few thousand years before he would wake up again, most likely only to see a completely lifeless world.

Anyway, the thing Saisei needed the most was found in that world. An extremely profound law some god who didn’t think of living beings as interesting, and only saw joy in watching endless chaos created.
Saisei couldn't possibly integrate the law into his own world as it would be akin to directly destroying his world.
Even the sleeping god of this world wasn't crazy enough to use it in a large scale, only using it as deciding factor concerning the splitting of atoms.
Saisei quickly arrived and created an array made from the abundant magic power in the world in order to decide the skills and traits of his created being.
This world had its entire magic power completely untouched until now as the god shifted it to lay behind the matter.
After watching the magicless humans for a bit, he chuckled, very amused with what he saw.
The science in the world had recently made vast discovery’s, even calculating the magical force naming it “dark matter”.
Anyway, the changes in that world didn´t concern him at all, only glancing at it while setting the foundations of the extremely small array.
After he was done he checked it twice to make sure everything was right before removing the space restriction on the array putting it into function.
The array had about a million radioactive atoms the humans in this world called Radon-229 connected with fast rotating magical circles.
When the atoms reached the end of their short life the circles would stop, fixing their current state.
Depending on the position when stopping, the result would be different, forming a helix structure closely resembling the human DNA.
After an hour of waiting he removed the remaining atoms completing the array as everything was set.
It was like an object of supreme perfect art, made of light shining in all possible colours, with infinite vitality and the power of a newly formed star.
As he watched the colourful show in his palm for a few seconds the array flashed with divine light seemingly absorbing something from the not too far planet nearby.
After the light receded something had happened with the structure within his hands, inside the helix, something new sparkled, different from the surrounding structure.
It was like a cloud of pictures, mesmerizing as they flashed every second, changing from pictures of landscapes, mountains and cities to art and scenes someone may see in life.
If someone other than a god was to watch it, he would feel like many years were passing within seconds, witnessing sorrow and joy, laughter and tears.
This flawless brilliant yet incorporeal existence was what humans would call the soul.
The array in his palm picked a fitting soul before it could disperse within the “dark matter” after its body died on the planet below.
He sighed after he saw the concentration of magical force that was remaining within the soul even after almost dispersing.
Would he pick any random human in this world and transfer him directly into his world, a single thought from the “world traveller” would rapture his world eventually leading to its destruction, as the never used force wasn’t regulated by laws and simply too strong after so many years of accumulating.
The remaining soul was about ten times stronger than the average in his world, but he didn’t care as he just let it be as another wonderfully random feature.
The soul within the helix slowly moved, small strings of soulforce fusing with the structure of godly magic slowly completing it and filling the countless magic circles.
After making sure everything went right he let go of the helix.
He watched closely as it began to revolve around itself faster and faster until it flashed in a ray of light that seemed to form its own universe before disappearing into nothingness within a split second.
He looked nostalgic as he watched the last sliver of creational light dispersing, it had been too long and even as a God of creation he had almost forgotten the joy that came with the existence of something entirely new.
He sighed as he took a last look at the other world and tried to make a prophecy about the future of it.
It was useless, the world was just too young to see anything clear and with the hidden law he was even unable to see the future more than a second ahead.
That chaos loving god spend the same time developing this single law, as he did creating the most perfect of all worlds, no wonder it took him that long.
With a thought, he went back into his own world watching the light as it consolidated in one of his old temples forming a human figure, completing it with rough black leather armour and a backpack with a few necessary’s.
The equipment was something he created to make sure the human wouldn’t die after a few short days from cold or hunger.
All humanoid beings and most of the other higher existences in his world would be infused with a law the second they surpassed a certain level of intelligence and gain the universal language of his world.
As the newly created human was above it from the start he wouldn’t have any problems with it.
Assured everything was alright Saisei concentrated on the world he snatched the soul away from and concealed all changes as good as possible.
Although the sleeping god couldn’t notice him right now he may still find traces of trespassing when concentrating on it.
It was rude to change things in other worlds and he didn’t want to explain himself and just watch the big show that was about to occur within his world.
Watching the human slowly awaken he casually checked the stats and couldn’t stop himself from bursting out in laughter.
