What greeted their fully armed unit were surprised nurses and doctors. No one with a mana core nor any demonic scent.

They were about to call security when the Chairman of the hospital realize who I was and greeted me. He offered to give a tour of my hospital and dismissed the panic nurses and doctors.

We did just that, we ‘tour’ the hospital with the guide of the Forsaken Pearl. Each of the men, all prepare to slaughter any enemies that hinder their path. Yet, our advances remained uninterrupted. Rather, the aura of my men scarred off some of the nurse as they hide in some of the room and pretend to be busy.

Using my mana sense, I checked the whole town and the nearby mountains and true to the report, there was no mana signature. No one here seems to be able to use mana except the men that I brought.

I wanted to use mana sense earlier but we don’t want to alert any Sensors that they might have.

When we reached our destination, our expectation crumbled.

There were no enemies, just a mother sleeping after a tiring battle and a dad holding his newborn son in a private room.
