A war that has been ravaging the world for generations on end for the past few decades has been not but a smolder. Now, it is starting to flare up again, and is seemingly about to become deadly on a scale that hasn't been seen in a very, very long time. Brothers Kaspar and Seth and twins Josef and Sina now have to survive in the nation of Viridia, the focal point of this surge in conflict, both within and without the capital. And at the center of it all is a pink rose, something that turns their attempt at survival into a journey for discovery and truth. ------------------------- This is a fiction that is different from a lot of the stuff here on RR, and if it's not to your tastes, then that's perfectly fine. It's much more grounded, and is going to be lacking in powerful characters and riveting action scenes. Kaspar and Seth are just two rather smart guys roaming the country, and Josef and Sina, while they are skilled street-rats and thieves, are not skilled in killing or fighting, although that isn't to say they never will have to do anything of the sort. If that's something that doesn't bother you, then give it a try. I think you'll enjoy it :) First 3 chapters are relevant to the story I swear. Read past chapter 3, they're pretty short and it'll come back around. It might take a while, but it will.
