It all started in April 23 1958 Iceland Incident when US and NATO radars picked up an unidentified flying object flying near the US Airspace.

Initially it thought that it was a Nuclear Missile, however the fact that it was a single contact and sudden change of trajectory quickly eliminated the theory.

Soon every fighter in the Atlantic coast were launched to intercept the UFO, the Soviets also launched their own fighrers in Europe thinking that a NATO invasion was occurring, however talks soon now began between the USSR and NATO.

A squadron of F-8 Fighters intercepted the UFO, they quickly attempted to communicate with the unknown craft, however as they approached the craft the fighters were fired upon. Of the six fighters in the squadron, only one heavily damaged fighter returned to base.



Soon NATO responded by firing 8 Nuclear

Missiles at the UFO in a spreading pattern, so that when the missiles detonated it would envelop and destroy the UFO like a shotgun. it was somewhat successful as the craft crash lands into Southern Iceland.

NATO and Soviet troops started to land near the crash site, with a command post being set up. The plan was for the combined forces to encircle the UFO and to slowly close in on it. The attacking force consisted mostly of infantry and some armored formations.

Eventually the order came to advance on the wreckage. When the troops closed to about one kilometer they came under heavy fire from the surviving alien crew, the human forces suffered heavy casualties as even tanks are sliced apart and melted with ease.

However the human forces pressed forward, and soon the Aliens were evidently losing the battle, several hours after the battle started and as the human forces were about half a kilometer from the crash the Aliens detonated their power source, the resulting explosion completely wiped out the entire advance human forces and the UFO, with the only survivors being the Officers at the command post and wounded pulled back from the fighting.

The event was covered up as a attempted Soviet invasion of Iceland, a joint Soviet-NATO force was stationed at the crash area and scientists began studying what had survived the explosion, which was basically nothing.

However. this incident caused NATO and the USSR to form the Xenonauts, an international organization designed to combat any future Alien threats, armed with the best humanity had to offer.

The war officially started when a base located near Tripoli launched it's F-17 Condors and F-14 Tomcats to intercept a small unidentified contact presumably on a scouting mission based on its movement and trajectory. As the squadron closed onto the small UFO, it suddenly maneuvered making a U-turn to engage the squadrons. The F-17 Condors which was constructed with an alloy made out of titanium/magnesium was able to absorb the UFOs attack and unfortunately for the F-14s they were almost wiped out. The Condors then retaliated by firing 5 Sidewinders, 2 missiles were evaded by the UFO, 1 malfunctioned falling to the sea and the remaining two scored a direct hit. The small UFO then crashlands into a small town and it was further strafed by the Condors and Tomcats.

A few hours has passed and the Libyan Government has evacuated the local population and permitted the Xenonauts to assualt the craft. The assault team which was designated as Team Charlie landed approximately 200 meters from the craft on a modified Chinook Helicopter.

They then engage with this lizardmen which later called the 'Sebillian" . This creature can see through smoke because it has thermal vision and it is pretty fast for such a hulking beast. Also the most terrifying and intriguing detail about the Sebillian is that it can regenerate extremely fast. The Xenonaut Team had to dump their whole mags to kill a single one of this monstrosities.

Team Charlie was able to get close to the downed UFO but they were ambushed by the Sebillians when they quickly opened the door and immediately killed half of the team. The team then threw flashbangs to supress them and one of the Xenonauts ran inside the UFO and shot the two remaining aliens in the head with a 12 gauge Remington Shotgun.

This person who assaulted the alien craft was Corporal Dietrich Schumacher. He was awarded with the Military Cross and the Order of Gallantry for killing 5 out of the 8 aliens from the operation.

Many things were recovered from the small UFO which was then designated as Small Scout.

The recovery and research teams recovered an amount of alien technology like weapons, electronics, alien alloys and this mysterious amber like crystal which will later on be called Alenium.

The United Nations and Xenonaut Council praised the team and the COMMANDER for their performance.

The dead members of the team received full military honour and respect on their funerals.

New armors were designed to protect the Xenonaut Troops from the plasma bolts called the Jackal Armor being made out of high heat resistant ceramics and metals.

The Jackal Armor's purpose was to mitigate damage and not to stop plasma bolts as it was not capable of doing it so.

A long time has passed....

After a long bloody war that lasted for a couple of years, Humanity prevailed and killed the High Praetor and wiped out the xeno threat from Earth.

Peace and Stability was restored

Alien technology integrated into the human civilization boosting as a further 1000 years of technological advancement.

The whole world began to rebuild from the war and a Post Scarcity Society is created.

The global economy skyrocketed

But the Cold War still carried onunfortunately because of greed and desire for power.

After a few years, on 1989 the Cold War began to escalate again caused by the collapsing Soviet Union, the spreading influence of the German Reich which has won World War Two by creating a stalemate on all frontlines and the annexation of Canada and Mexico by the United States of America.

This spreaded tension and fear all around the world because every superpower and country possess alien weapons and technology.

Many have thought that this will be the end of Mankind.

But this is all about to change and a new global war fought by Humanity is about to start.

Because war.....war never changes
