"Eevee use Baby-Doll Eyes!" Following my command Eevee infused her eyes with pink Fairy-Type energy, which resulted in the enemy Buneary moving more sluggishly. The little bunny is clearly not used to being inflicted with negative conditions. More experienced Pokemon would know how to move even when their attack is down.
"use Sand Attack!" Eevee infused the Grass with Ground-Type energy and swiftly swiped her paws at our enemy, which tried to doge, but wasn't fast enough. The Bunny instinctively closed it's eyes.
"Quick Attack while he can't see! Aim for center mass!" My starter cloaked herself in Normal energy and shot forwards, headbutting the poor guy. Well... she was supposed to strike with her paws...We gotta train that move more, I hope she didn't hurt herself. But it did it's job and Buneary fainted.
"Sleep tight lil dude, tis was a honorable battle."
We where on our farm, on a small meadow to be specific, training Eevee's moves. She recently learned Swift the unavoidable star attack thingy, it's still unusable in battle but we're getting there. When a group of Bunearys and Lopunnys appeared.
The small bunny's were observing us, wondering what we were doing. The Lopunnys were trying to explain to them what training was. I think. It looked like that with all the miming the older ones where doing. After a while the challenges were coming in. The newly hatched Pokemon where trying to prove themselves by fighting us. Tough luck kiddo, your a few months to young to hold water to my Eevee, and we won't hold back, not even on children. Get curb-stomped, you never had a chance.
The Lopunnys where thanking us! hey no problem! If you ever have children that need a good beating just call us!
We probably helped them by showing them how effective status type moves can be. The strategy of the Bunearys, if I could call it that, consists of: Run at enemy, Kick at enemy, repeat till success. Which was effective against other Bunearys, but it fell flat on basically every Pokemon that had even a smidg of experience.

"Hey Eevee. You look quite tired. Wanna take a little nap?" her answer was incredibly graceful and refined as she basically tackled her Pokeball, which coated her in red energy and she was promptly recalled.
"Thanks for the battle you lot! We learned a lot! Have some berries as a little thank you!" ah yes, the best way to a Pokemon's heart is through the stomach, Even better if the food you give always taste like the best fruit in existence!
Since getting Little Eevee we were going around the farm, challenging other young Pokemon to fights. At first she was constantly losing, not really listening to me, but then, after a devastating loss to a Delcatty, which she very foolishly challenged. she started to follow my commands and we started winning! A lot! We were like bullys on a playground! With our Daily training she held the edge over similarly aged Pokemon.
The fighting had multiple purpose:
1. Eevee Likes battling.
2. It's good experience for both party's
3. I get to meet lots of new Pokemon and make a positive image!
but now its time to feed the Nidoking/queen line. Food in this world is weird. There are no animals here besides fish and insects, mammals only exist in preservation, that means there is no meat industries. Which raises the question: Do people eat Pokemon? Nopes! Them fuckers would taste awful, I mean, they have incredibly dense muscles. I don't think people would enjoy eating meat with the texture of rubber. That hurts my jaw even thinking about it. Nope! Everyone here is vegetarian! Grains grow incredibly quick with the help of Grass-type Pokemon, and berries have a lot of nutrition besides their magic healing capability, so having a good nutritional balance is easy. I think the body of Pokemon would be indigestible anyways. They are made out of both flesh and Type-energy, I mean, they can be stored as energy in Pokeballs, That can't be healthy to consume
We do eat products made by Pokemon doe, Miltank milk or Alcremie cream for example are incredibly popular. How they'r fine for consumption I have not the slightest clue.
Pokemon could technically eat each other but they gain no nutrition from it. It's also frowned upon by other Pokemon, a lot like cannibals in human society actually. No, Pokemon eat Berries, grains and stuff like that. As far as I can tell there are no carnivorous Pokemon.
And with those musings I started giving them the Pokefeed.
