In the middle of all of this darkness is Akira, he is there, still, and alone, Akira then suddenly woke up and he looked around but to his surprise there was nothing but darkness, he then thought to himself, "Where am I?". Akira was shocked by this sudden change in his environment, and he didn't know what was going on. He tried walking, running, and even shouting, but nothing happened.
Akira thought that the longer he stayed here the thinner the air was becoming, and he felt as if the darkness was slowly creeping towards him. As time passed more and more questions started to fill Akira’s mind, there was nothing for miles, all that could be seen was darkness. Until suddenly a bright light appeared in front of Akira. At first, he looked away because of the sudden flash of light, but when he glanced back, he thought he saw a silhouette of a girl reaching out to him from within the light, "Who are you?" he said, whilst almost blinded by the light.
Although the light so was bright, it wasn’t able to completely eradicate the darkness, it only managed to illuminate a small area around him, the mysterious girl within the light didn’t seem to reply but he still felt as if he could trust them. At first Akira was reluctant to reach out to them. However, after a short while of thinking, Akira started to feel a sort of warmth and he felt like he had experienced this kind warmth before, it was almost as if he knew who this person was, although he couldn’t remember them, and he ended up reaching out to grasp the girl’s hand.
As soon as he grabbed her hand, she pulled him towards her, and they both started falling into the light. Akira was scared, but because this girl was with him, he felt as if he would be alright. The girl then suddenly let go of Akira and he desperately tried to reach back but it was too late, he then woke up. When he awoke, he had a cold sweat on his face, and he was panting as if he had just run a marathon. Breathing heavily, he placed his hand on his face and said to himself "What just happened?".
(5 hours later)
Akira got ready and he set out on his way to school, his long hair covered his face, his eyes looked almost blank, and he looked very skinny, almost as if he hadn’t eaten for weeks. In Akira's eyes everything around him was slowly turning black and white. People were walking past him as if he weren’t even a part of this world and the ones that knew who he was or even acknowledge his existence said things that they didn't even know were true.
"It doesn’t even look like he’s alive"
"I hear he killed his mother."
"Doesn't he have anger issues?"
“Don’t stand too close to him.”
Akira's mother died when he was 10 years old and for some odd reason a rumour started to spread around that he was the one that killed her, he doesn’t know how the rumour originated or who started it, but they made Akira’s life even worse than it already was. However, these accusations weren't completely false.

When Akira finally made it to school he decided to go to his locker, and on the front of his locker was the word "murderer" written in red paint, this was a usual occurrence for Akira, so he continued as if nothing was even there. He then made his way to his classroom to be met with a class already in session and an angry teacher that told him to wait outside. This also wasn't new for Akira as he was always late to his first class, sometimes he missed his first class completely or didn't even come to school at all.
After class was over and break had begun, Akira went to his usual spot on the roof where he would sit and enjoy the view, he never had any friends, so he would always go up here to sit in solitude and appreciate the view. Although the view here was nothing special this was the only place that Akira enjoyed sitting. However, if this day were going the same as every other day usually goes for Akira, then sooner or later 'they' would come up to the roof as well.
A short while after Akira had sat down, the door to the roof flung open and made a loud sound when it hit the wall. Three people then walked out through the door and stood there talking to each other for a while. After they had finished talking, they looked over at Akira and they then started to walk towards him. Akira already knew what was going to happen as it happened to him every day without fail.
They confronted Akira with smug looks on their faces, as if they know what they are going to do to him, although Akira had gone through this hundreds of times before so he knew what they were going to do, however he was unaware of the extent to which things will escalate and this would be the final time this ever happened to him.
As the bullies encircled him almost like how a snake encircles its prey, the air started to turn cold, and an ominous presence surrounded them. Dark clouds suddenly started to fill the skies, *BANG* lightning struck the ground and rain started to pour as if God was crying.
The bullies slowly started to force Akira into a corner, Akira didn't know what to do, he stumbled back onto a railing, he was soaking because of the rain, and he could hardly hear what they were saying to him. He felt the cold embrace of the railing on his back, and he could feel it slowly starting to give way. He tried to tell them, but they couldn’t hear.
Then, one of the bullies stepped forward, with his fist clenched tightly,
He pulled his fist backwards and dove it into Akira's stomach,
After all of the tension, the railing gave way.
Akira stumbled at first, then he slipped through the hole in the fence, and he was falling from the roof of the school, it felt as if time was slowed down and instead of being sad, he smiled, he smiled because he knew that with this, he would finally be free from his boring, miserable, and unhappy life. But deep within himself he was sad because he didn't want to die, nobody in this world wants to die.
Right before he was close to hitting the ground a bright light engulfed him and for some reason, he didn’t hit the ground, instead he started to feel warm, like all of the tension, anxiety and stress of his life was melting away. The last thing that Akira saw was a figure of a young girl reaching out to him and she said, "You've been hurt, haven't you?". Akira then slowly closed his eyes and with that Akira was pushed to the Point of no Return.
