With the other ingredients that Joe Mo was able to buy when he was at town Logan was able to make 2 potions of shocking power! The first was like the single point potions that he had made earlier except it was a 5 point potion! By consuming this after 3 months Joe Mo would have more points than the Borton Brothers, and that is not even counting the points he would gain from regular cultivation.

The reason why he did not make a bunch of single point potions was because it was dangerous to consume more than one potion at a time. You have to wait for the body to fully absorb the contents of the potion before drinking another one.

But shockingly Joe Mo was on fire but it was dealing no damage not even his clothes were burning. Both brothers and everyone around was staring at him in shock! Since when was Joe Mo able to cultivate and to this level as well to not be affected by that fire he would need at least 4 points!

Right now Joe Mo looked like an evil demon standing in a pool of flames with an evil looking smile plastered across his face. “You are wrong Mr. Borton in fact you are the one who takes things to far!” and with that Joe Mo graped the arms of both Borton Brothers spun around and threw them into the side of a nearby building as he yelled “-4 points-”

Joe Mo decided to hide the true amount of points he had for the later competition. Having enjoyed his walk outside Joe Mo went back home, he had a lot of work to do. Joe Mo knew for a fact that Sven Mo had at least 13 points but that was 5 months ago by this point he would likely have 15 or 16 points by now. Joe Mo did not want his sister to have to marry him so he had to get at least that many.

With that Joe Mo started to cultivate harder than he ever had before, with his breakthrough he needed less sleep so he was able to cultivate 20 hours a day! This amount is utter ridiculousness it would drive a normal person insane! But Joe Mo pushed through with sheer determination.

After another month it was finally time for the coming of age ceremony of the Mo clan. Joe Mo was very excited for this event because he would be able to prove to the clan and his family that he was not worthless!

The event was seperated in two areas those who would watch the event in the stands and those who would take part in it in the arena down below. In the center was a giant magic rock that could read the point values of cultivators up to 8 points. If someone touched it with below 8 points the rock would glow red. If you had 8 or more it would glow green!

In the stands Grow Mo and Mia Mo were looking at the stage with a grim look in their eyes. On the other hand Zed Mo could not be more happy.

As time went on one by one the 18 year old members of the Mo clan started to touch the rock this part of the ceremony was normally not very exciting as most people knew whether or not they would fail before hand. Only about 5% of the people fail every year out of around 150 kids.

Zed Mo was coughing up blood “How could this happen even if that romor from a month ago was true he got 4 points in only a month that would be impossible there must be trickery behind this.”

Sven Mo’s face turned bright red “That rock must be broken there is no way that worthless cripple could possibly have 8 points. However, it doesn't really matter because there is no way he can beat me”

Mia Mo thought “Wow big brother is so cool, I love him”

Grow Mo had tears of joy in his eyes “He is the best kid a man could ask for.”

Even Joe Mo’s grandfather, the patriarch of the Mo clan reacted “If he really reached 8 points in only 3 months he may be the most valuable cultivator in the Mo clan! Maybe he can restore the former glory of the once great Mo clan!”

That’s right 1,000 years in the past the Mo clan was one of the most powerful clans in the world but when a powerful demon leaked out of an ancient tomb, the Mo clan was almost destroyed. Over time they were weakened to the point that they only had partial control over one town!

The rest of the crowd was so shocked that they couldn't shut their mouths because they were hanging open. It took over 10 minutes for them to return to normal.
