'Dead?'
Well, the world was dark, but, William couldn't shake the feeling that he was not dead. He could not yet say for certain, he hasn't died before after all, but, he did not feel dead.
During the split second that it took William to question if he was dead or alive, a voice could be heard, not a normal voice of say, a beachgoer who found his bloated and rotten corpse floating onto the shore, but a gentle and calm, almost robotic voice which started to speak.
Refugee located. System allocation beginning.
Although this voice shocked the still shaking William, he was still far too scared to voice himself out loud. Strange, on the ocean a while ago, he was calm, but now due to the hope of life? Perhaps? He is afraid again, quaking in his non-existent boots. It was at this point he realised that the voice was, in fact, not speaking but projecting its voice into Williams mind, as if he was reading. In fact, the voice only spoke when William looked at the mystic words that were slowly fading into existence.
Allocated, welcome refugee: William! You have been chosen -
That's right. William looked away from the words to test it, the voice could not talk if he did not look at the words, for a moment a smile formed on Williams' face as he gloated at the "bug" he had found. At least, until the situation dawned on him once again and he realised how serious this was. This was not a game, it was not a dream and it most certainly was not one of his many daydreams. The fear crept back and William began to read? Listen? Ahh, well, he read/listened to the words that were appearing.
- to be one of the refugees our system will house. You are from the deceased planet, Earth, which was located in system sector 0 - 7 - 9 - 5 - 3- a.

Once again, William found himself lost in darkness devoid of any and all text, though, with all that information being shoved down his throat at once he barely took notice, that is, until he realised that he just needed to open his eyes.
A wave of relief washed over William as he lay on what seemed like sand as he opened his eyes and saw the ocean ahead of him. He was alive. He could feel the cool ocean breeze and smell the fresh air. For a moment, he felt truly peaceful, the truth had yet to hit this young man and he just lay in his place breathing, his mind devoid of thought seconds went by as he lay there doing nothing, those seconds turned to minutes and before the minutes could turn into hours, something knocked young William out of his trance.

*Shwsh, swsh.* The sounds of the waves were probably the only thing that kept William from entering another trance.
He lay in that sandy spot for a while, his stomach moving in harmony with his breath until he could no longer avoid thinking. His thoughts flooded him and destroyed his dam in seconds, his emotions began to overflow inside and seep out.
William let loose. "Sniffle sniffle... Haaaa.... huuuur..... uh uh eah ahhhh."
As if his pitiful weeping didn't convey his emotions enough, he began to bawl. Alone, besides the forever uncaring ocean.
He cried, and cried, and cried. He could no longer calm himself down. If he could stop crying for just a second he would probably call for his mother. In less than half an hour, William had lost everything. He had lost his loving home and parents, his computer, his profile, his games... He had even lost his life.
His thoughts were an unintelligible mess, he wept for his losses and clearly felt that everything was unfair. He was truly acting like a spoiled child.
Eventually, amidst his tear-filled eyes, a figure came sprinting into his sight. They were getting larger and larger as he or she approached. William rubbed his tired eyes to get a better look but...
*THWAK*
And that was it, William had been knocked out. Had he not been crying this would not have happened, had he just wiped his eyes a little sooner he would have noticed a tired yet, extremely angry young man sprinting up to him before jumping and dropkicking the weeping poor and pitiful William right in his blushed red and tearstained face. Had he not been instantly knocked out by the impact, he would have heard what the young man spat.
"Bastard! How dare you cry for hours like a little whore! If you don't stop crying and interrupting mine and my friends drink ill make you dance for us and become our toy for the night! Did you hear me you bastard? ... Bastard? Shit, what a pussy." *Ptue*
The young man's speech was more vulgar than even the most poetic trolls on Williams blogs, perhaps its lucky for him that he passed out, perhaps it wasn't, let us just hope that he doesn't continue his crying when he wakes up.
