Pasig City, Metro Manila

The skies of the country went from golden dusk to dark, clouds covered the light of the moon, the civilians took shelter to nearby malls and public facilities, some readied their umbrellas for possible rain. President Dela Cruz declared a state of emergency, all citizens are ordered to evacuate near sea shores, rivers, landslide and flood prone areas. It is said that a massive storm which is three times larger than super typhoon Yolanda(Haiyan) is about to enter the PAR and eventually landfall and cover the whole country completely.

After some minutes, the sky is completely dark, if not for the street lights it would be very difficult to see.

After sometimes, the rain started to fall, the rain was unexpectedly light, therefore the civilians with umbrellas took the opportunity to ride buses and jeepneys to go home, then suddenly a light shake occured, inside a mall the people stared at each other with curiosity.

Civilian 1: Did you feel that?

Civilian 2: Yeah, definitely an earthquake.

Civilian 3: Thank god that the earthquake isn't stro—

Before the civilian could finish his word, an earthquake occured once again, this time it's much stronger, probably around magnitude 4.5.

The civilians inside the mall somewhat panicked, however they remember the drills that was taught to them at school during their school days, they immediately seek for cover, glasses started to crack and eventually broken.

Security Guard 1: Please duck under the desk or any kind of cover! Put your bags on your head for protection!

After some seconds, another quake occured and much stronger, this time the infrastructure started to crack, small pebbles fall onto the ground, the quake became much more intense, this time the civilians panicked but still hiding from their perspectives cover places.

The earthquake lasted for at least five minutes, the civilians started to cry for their lives peeked and observe the mall area, the inside of the mall was ruined, but not completely, the groups of security guards then guided the civilians towards the emergency exit.

Security Guard 2: Sir! Bad news, five people are stuck at the elevator, two of them are unconscious already!

Security Guard 1: Quickly gather the available guards and employees, call the emergency hotline!

Malacañang Palace

The president got up from his position under his office desk, an earthquake suddenly occured when he was doing some paperwork, he immediately hid under the table.

Colonel Andy Santiago, head of the Presidential Security Group barged inside the office to verify if the president is unhurt.

Colonel Santiago: Mr.President are you okay?

President Dela Cruz: Yes. I'm perfectly fine, how about the staffs?

Colonel Santiago: I'm not sure, however it will most likely that everyone is safe because almost everyone are resting.

President Dela Cruz: Good.

Both them then stood and observe the president's office is now messy due to the intense earthquake.

President Dela Cruz called his secretary who quickly came.

President Dela Cruz: Call the cabinet for an emergency meeting and prepare the meeting room, and also clean my room as well.

Secretary: nodds Understood, Mr.President.

----------------------------------------

President Dela Cruz, having a meeting with heads of various departments, on the screen of his laptop, everyone has a serious expression on their faces.

President Dela Cruz: Let's start the meeting now, first I want to know the location of the storm and the others follows.

Everyone in the web conference nodded. The secretary of DOST, Aseha De Carpio

Sec.Aseha: First, the typhoon that already entered PAR is officially named as typhoon "Enteng". It's course is 340°NNW, it is expected to landfall in bicol province first and then the northern Luzon, specifically the Rizal province. The storm is three times larger than the Yolanda, based on our own satellite images with the help of the japanese and NASA of the United States. Next is regarding the earthquake, the first quake was 4.5 magnitude strong, the followed earthquake was much more stronger with a magnitude of 6.8 and 7.0, the earthquakes's center was in the Philippines plate in north east, that conclude my department's report for now because other reports are still not submitted.

Everyone became silent for a couple seconds until the head of DND, Antonio Lina, spoken.

Sec.Antonio: coughs The NDRRMC, PNP and the AFP with the help of DOH and volunteers are doing a joint civilian evacuation and rescue operation across the country, we have successfully evacuated the civilians near the flood prone areas and landslide areas as ordered. We have rescued a total of 330 persons who are mostly trapped in certain infrastructure across the metro manila, unfortunately there are 15 deaths already, some prisons were damaged by the earthquake and some inmates managed to get out of their cells and eventually the prison, PNP quickly catched those who escaped, we somehow manage to calm the populace, rescuers, specifically the Red Cross, BFP and the NDRRMC are now fully prepared and ready to conduct any operation.

President Dela Cruz: Excellent, I want to minimize the casualties this storm will brought upon us later, how about the infrastructures and the agri sector?

John Dominicano of the Department of Public Works and Highways spoken.

Sec.John: Public infrastructures, especially roads, schools, hospitals and many other infrastructures are fairly damaged, thanks to the law that requires every public and private buildings to stand a strong earthquake, most of government to private infrastructures are not badly damaged, though there are some cracks and destroyed items, appliances etc...overall buildings all over the metro is still intact.

Secretary Emilia Bustos of the Department of Agriculture then spoken after sec.John finished.

Sec.Emilia: Miraculously, most of our farmers and farmlands are not affected by the earthquake, however we're not so sure, especially that a new and powerful storm is coming, if the storm starts to enter and wreck havoc across the country, I expect that we might lose 30% or might be even 45% of our farmland crops, looking on how massive the storm is, I assume that we will lose a massive amount of crops this year and might be the biggest in the history of the Philippines. But of course we have countermeasures for this type of calamity, we have a great amount of food reserves, so even if we suffer from great loss, we will eventually have another good yield, we will give the farmers cash assistance and such to help them in their farmlands.

President Dela Cruz was delighted by the reports, although there are some bad news, at least it was not that bad to the point that the country needs to get some loan from the world bank once again, since the country has a good and rising economy, the country can now rely on itself for natural disasters like this.

President Dela Cruz: Good. I will ask the department of finance to fund the various departments to be used for this calamity, everything is going smooth so far, we need to on high alert until this massive storm exits our country, that concludes our meeting, thanks everyone for hardwork.

----------------------------------------

In his office

After saying goodbyes, President Dela Cruz sighed heavily. Although be was expecting a storm to enter and landfall somewhere in the Philippines this month of January, he was not expecting for a super or rather an omega typhoon to show up, now he has a lot more work to do, if it wasn't for the laws that requires any kind of buildings to be earthquake proof and must be away from beaches, the metro if not, the whole Luzon must have a devastating casualties right now, thank god a certain senator proposed that law, if not, then they are going to start again from scratch.

He then turned on the TV to watch some entertainment.

After a minute of watching, suddenly the TV became blurry until the program stopped, the TV has no signal.

What hell? Even the signal...

He then grabbed his smartphone from his chest pocket, he tried to call someone but there were no signal, the phone's display on the top also imply that there's no signal.

----------------------------------------

In a certain house in Manila

Mark is watching a certain TV show when the signal suddenly lost.

He tried to use his smartphone but it was futile, their neighbor has the same problem as well, however it's not just in his place, across the country, the signal lost making everyone unable to contact anyone using their gadgets.

----------------------------------------

Timeskip

3 Hours after the typhoon landed on Bicol Province.

More than 3 hours has passed since the said storm landed on the Bicol Province, however there's no rain, except for strong wind and thunders was felt, the streets are almost empty due to the evacuation and emergency notice, more time has passed, except for the disappearance of signal and the gloomy weather, everything's seems good so far, then a large pillar of light struck the whole Philippines, the populace panicked and prayed from their homes to the god.

The light then suddenly vanished, after a few more hours the clouds started to separate, and then everyone gasps, as they saw the moon, however not one, but two moons.

Disclaimer: Photo not mine, it is only used for reference [https://www.google.com/search?q=two%20moons%20fantasy&tbm=isch&client=ms-android-oppo-rvo2&prmd=invx&hl=en-GB&sa=X&ved=0CBcQtI8BKAFqFwoTCNik4oKDifQCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAT&biw=360&bih=668#imgrc=hlN8EPXS_TrzqM]

Everyone was in a mixed feeling of amazement and fear, whoever saw a sight like this will only say a similar word. "Is this...Earth?" That's what a civilian said, however, the answer is obvious, after all there are two fucking moon in the sky.

Civilian 1: Is this... A prank?

Civilian 2: This has gone to an insane level of impossibility.

Civilian 3: Damn, feels like I'm in a isekai or some shit.

----------------------------------------

In the Malacañang palace, President Christian Alberto Estella Dela Cruz guarded by the PSG, is on palace's garden, they are now staring in sky, to only see two moons and different star constellations.

President Dela Cruz: Since when...we have two moons?

PSG: I don't know...

President Dela Cruz: Ah, Jesus. I don't have a good feeling about this.

The president is already stressed, and now another problem occured, he thought that he was just hallucinating, but the fact that everyone see it too, then there's actually two freaking moon.

----------------------------------------

Outerspace, in a certain spaceship of the USA's NASA.

Charles Wood is enjoying his garlic toast as he watched the earth, specifically the Philippines as a massive storm starts to somewhat 'eat' it. After a couple of hours the storm started to dissappear in a very strange way, then after the storm was gone, his eyes opened so wide that it might opo out.

Charles: Holy Jesus. Jane...Jane! Guys! You need to fucking see this shit!

Jane: Charles can you please...HOLY SHIT! WHERE THE FUCKING HELL IS THE PHILIPPINES!!!?

Charles: I Don't fucking know! Contact the NASA HQ ASAP, they need to know this quickly!

Both Charles and Jane was bewildered from the sight, or rather the Philippines has gone...gone outside the world's sight.
