Tiyi

Dec 3, clody.

I can feel it is a clody day even with my curtains closed. The damp air permeated the room, the bed, and my bones.

I had only two choices: either make myself a cup of coffee or close my eyes and expect to open them again on December 4.

Anyway, I finally got up.

Today, as usual, I sat in the store, praying that people wouldn't come to my place.

A cloudy afternoon is like a few minutes waiting in line for a child's injection, or a few seconds before a ghost appears in a horror movie.

You know something bad is ganna happen, but you can never tell when the first drops of rain will fall.

Thanks to the weather, a few hours passed quickly, and by four o 'clock in the afternoon there was no customer.

For me, it was an intoxicating time to sit quietly behind my desk, reading a book and drinking coffee, undisturbed by anyone.

At half past four, a man opened the door and came in. Well, I hate him.

But he did give me a little surprise, because he didn't come to get books, he came to rob.

When this guy walks up to me with his gun out, I really want to complain to him. It's getting harder and harder to deal with these bodies cleaning stuff these days. Life is not easy as there are people force me do this all the time.

It would take me about half an hour to pull out the teeth, shave the hair, and saw the body into six pieces. It would take me another hour to drive thoes to Bob's pig farm. When I got back, I had to clean up the blood and trash. It would be too late to prepare dinner.

If you encounter this narrative on Amazon, note that it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

So hands up ,  frightened look, and told him in a trembling voice that the money was all in the drawer. Please mercy.

I thought I had done it really well, with the eyes, the tone, the body movements, and he would have taken the money and walked away so I could continue to enjoy my time alone.

But as he reached for the drawer, it occurred to me that I had no money of any kind...

So, he opened the drawer and saw half the pizza that I had left, and half the mouse that had been left by an unknown creature. Then he got angry, put a gun to my head and stared at me, asking if I thought this joke was funny.

I ended up this by shoving his gun into his gullet otherwise he might let the gun off accidentally.

As this guy flopped on the floor, I figured out -- the security in Philadelphia is bad, and I'm moving.

I seriously doubt the IQ of the kind of guy who walks around with a broken gun trying to get "quick money" these days. Commonly, if u are plan to rob small or medium-sized store, the best  targets must be the catering and commodity store undoubtedly; Then is the ticket office, clothing shops, household shops; The worst choice should be a store selling furniture, antiques and books.

Don't people even have time to estimate the daily turnover and risk factors? So why the stores ?A random armed break-in will be fine, there is always some cash in the house.

Oh, of course, this doesn't make any sense  right now. Better to rob a homeless man on the subway than come here to me.

Few seconds later,  it seemed that he was going into shock, but he was still struggling to reach to the door.

I came and closed the door. flipped OPEN to CLOSE one and lowered the shutters in the side window. He was climbing up to my feet when I turned around, just in case I broke the bones in his elbows.

Finally, I can go back to my comfortable couch, have a cup of coffee, pick up my book and continue the comfortable time.

I think that  it would be very difficult for him to get up in such a body condition. Even if he managed to get up, he would not be able to open the door with his mouth. He should be dead in half an hour or so, and the body will just block the door. Perfect.

Whatever, today is still, generally speaking , a nasty day. In the end there were things I didn't understand, like the relationship between me, the rat, the pizza and the unknown creature and their place in the food chain.

HMM...Well, it doesn't matter either.
