It was December 21, 2056. The day the earth supposedly came to an end. The day humanity finally met their awaited doom. It was a day when many fears, weird dreams and terrors came to light.  No one was sure of what caused it, no one would be for a long while. The only knowledge people had was simple though. The end marked a new beginning for humans. Like steel in flame, the destruction reforged everything.  The only question remained, who would be renewed or who would fall with the old world?  While some were given a chance to forge a new path for their dying world others were left to stay back and grow strong enough to survive whatever came.
