After the 24 hour lock out in real life he log back in, looking at his stat window and skill window he noticed that his level is now 42(he leveled 3 times killing the wolves and lose one at death) and that all of his skill proficiencies dropped by 4-6% also lost some of his supplies, but nothing important .
He was back in the village’s fountain squire, he sat down at the side of the road and distributed some of his unused stat points
(VIT+30, STR+20, AGI+10, WIS+10, and INT+10) leaving behind 30 unused stat points.
After buying some supplies to replenish the ones he lost, he used 1 gold, 53 silver, and 91 copper leaving him with 5 gold, 426 silver, and 461 copper.
After repairing his sword whose durability got reduced by 62 points, using his repair skill he managed to repair it but it’s max durability is now 117 and he gained back his proficiency in it gaining a bit more as well.
Making sure he is ready he left the village once again and now rather than fight the wolves straight on, he runs as fast as he could to the tower whenever he see some wolf leaving them to dust, he was a bit shocked to see that wolves weren’t able to keep up with him, thinking about it now he probably could have reached the tower by avoiding the monsters outside the village on the very first day he went outside the village with his inflated stats.
After running from the wolves for almost an hour he was finally able to reach the tower.
Once in front the door he –knock- …. -Knock- …. –knock-… after the third knock the door was opened by a young girl about 16-19 years old, beautiful and has a nice body.
“Yes.. what business do you have here?” the young lady asked
“Ummm…… I’m looking for Sir Lezard is he here?”
“What business do you have with Master?”
“Ummm…. I wish to learn the art of alchemy from Sir Lezard I heard he is the best alchemist in this part” answered Chrono
After a while of pondering the young lady let Chrono in the tower asking him to sit down and wait here, while she calls her master.

‘Wow she was really beautiful I wonder what’s her name?, is she a player or an NPC? Who am I kidding there is no way she is a player since I’m the first player allowed outside the village and is currently the only one in this parts’ Chrono thinking to himself while admiring the girl’s beauty in his imagination
After waiting for 20 minutes, a man wearing a robe came down the stairs.
After coming down he looked around finding someone sitting in his tower who he didn’t know he approached him asking “are you the one my apprentice speaks of?”
“Which one do you mean sir? Are you sir Lezard?”
“Yes I’m Lezard Valentine, how about you what’s your name it’s rude to ask someone their name and not giving yours”
“Ah!” coughing up “My name is Chrono, and I wish to study under you sir lezard”
“What makes you think I’m gonna accept you?”
“ummm…. I’m not sir but I won’t leave until you do”

“No sir accept me as your apprentice, even if it’s as an unofficial one”
“If I can’t change your mind then I might as well give you a test, if you succeed I will take you as my apprentice”

With sir lezard’s words he remembered that he died to a giant silver wolf 4 days ago (in-game time)
“Sir how strong is a silver wolf?”
“They are usually around level 60-85, but the one nearby is a leader of a big pack so probably around 80-100.”
“See ya later sir once I finish this test”
Leaving the tower and he head back to the village, where he spent all his money to buy 3 shovels, food for 7 days, and the rest for oil leaving his wallet virtually and physically empty, he spent a total of 5 gold 426 silver and 461 copper”
After eating his food for the day he left the village again, went inside the edge of the forest cutting down the few creatures nearby(some fox and wolves) he cut down the branches of the trees gathered them into a wall and dig deep holes in between trees gathering the fallen leaves afterwards once it’s near full of leaves he places the cut branches of the trees as finishing touches took him 6 hours in digging a meter deep hole in between trees in a 100 square meter area of the forest, he even gained a skill called shoveling after 3 hours of shoveling making his digging easier gaining a few stats in STR, gathering leaves took him about 5 hours it was lesser since the trees keep falling leaves on their own but since he needed to fill it near full he shake the trees or just cut the branches with his sword gaining a few stats in agility by jumping and cutting the trees’ branches, and lastly took him 10 hours moving cut branches as cover for the holes so that no one will fall inside gaining a few more STR stat since the branches were heavy.
After almost a full day of work he filled the hole with the oils he bought making the holes very flammable which should trace the shape of the holes as the fire spread even digging a circle surrounding the area of the forest except a single spot to escape so a wall of fire will either prevent or kill the silver wolf or his pack, which he sometimes see at a distance seems to have 200-400 pack members and since the normal creatures near the village are more powerful than other places the wolves average level is 65 but since they are in a pack it seems their average is higher by at least 10 levels which makes their average level 75.
After fixing his swords durability and disposing of the 2 broken beyond repair shovels, he begun to think back how he lured the silver wolf before(thou he never lured it just happened that he hot sighted attacking and decimating members of the silver wolf’s pack). ‘Hmmm…. Maybe it’s a wolf hero or something which is why it helped the wolves I attack and killed me. Well maybe I should try and attack as many wolves as I can and once the silver wolf notices maybe it will target me again.’
‘Okay that finalizes my plan for luring the silver wolf tonight, I should try it out tomorrow since fighting in the dark is a bit harder than in the light’

Once morning came he started out his plan killing all the wolves he sees in the surrounding after killing his hundredth wolf for the day their seems to be lesser than normal so he went a bit farther from his trap and went towards where he usually see the silver wolf’s pack, once there he noticed that wolves were fighting each other ‘wow I wasted too much money for my trap and I think I might not even need it anymore if the silver wolf’s pack win or lose I can probably take them on and get the silver wolf’s fur and fangs.’, once done contemplating he peeled his eyes open for the silver wolf after 2 hours of fighting many wolves are dead probably around 200 dead since they are killed by other NPC the body seems to last hours cause normally when he killed one their body vanishes after 1-3 minutes leaving behind the item drops, ‘ oh! Well at least I should make even the money I lost for the trap will all this loots that they are dropping.
After his pondering he noticed 2 big wolves fighting in a distance seems like the silver wolf has been fighting since the start just that they were covered with the dust clouds of all the fighting wolves in the area, seeing that both giant wolves were heavily injured he prepared his sword and got ready to take the winner on and kill all surviving wolves that attacks him, after 10 more minutes the silver wolf fell down unable to get up ‘I guess it’s time to finish’ thinking it he begun to stand up and run forward towards the remaining giant wolf 5 feet high howling in victory I stroke the wolf’s leg with my sword and then slashed the wolf’s head clean off its body ‘wow that was easy, now just to get the silver wolf’s fur and fang’ turning around he sees that the silver wolf was still alive and breathing ‘what a stupid wolf that one not killing his opponent yet howling in victory’(not knowing that battles like this are used by large packs to decide who gets the territory as well as the losers must join the winner’s pack as grunts and that the silver wolf is a female wolf and that the giant wolf wished to forcibly make the silver wolf his which started the wolves war).
‘hmm… should I bring it live to master? I don’t know how to get the fang and the fur sometimes drop but not always so if I kill it and it does not drop one I will have to travel south to try and get some….. Troublesome I guess I better take it live to master’
Using bandage which he bought last week for his travels he patched the silver wolf up, after patching it up he dragged the silver wolf towards the tower and because of its grievous wounds the silver wolf was not able to get enough strength to resist Chrono, killing all the wolves that target him and his baggage including the wolves blocking his path to the tower ‘wow when did the wolves get weaker?’(The wolves got afflicted with fear when they saw him killing the giant wolf(one of the strong pack leaders) with ease and killing the wolves near him in 2-3 strikes each, the fear weakened them -10% all stats)’and I guess beheading can kill creatures instantly even if they have a big health.’
After 3 hours of traveling to the tower no more wolves were following or attacking him which made his walking while dragging the silver wolf easier making him reach the tower in another hour.
Once he arrived he knocked to the door and the young lady apprentice of sir lezard opened the door.
“Why have you returned? Have you finished master’s test?”
“Ummm… no I need to leave something for master.”
“Leave what?”
“This one” pointing to the silver wolf he was dragging
“Why are you leaving that to master? Is that your pet or something?”
“No it’s not, it’s part of master’s test I don’t know how to extract the fur and fang, so can you call sir lezard here?”
“Wait awhile here and don’t enter!, I don’t want that mutt dirtying Master’s tower”
After 5 minutes the door opened again and now it’s sir lezard, “why did you bring it here alive?”
“Well I don’t want to take chances at drop items, I once read in the library that one can extract items on living creatures and I thought that sir lezard might know how”
“Well I do have my ways, I guess it’s fine I will consider this as if you have gathered the silver wolf’s fur and fangs, so hurry up and gather the rest you have 6 more days”

“Yes! Sir” afterward he head back to the village and asked around for places which has herbs growing
It took him 1 day to gather all information where herbs grew and plot it in the map he bought, after gathering information he went back to the place the wolves were fighting at yesterday and gathered all japtems(loot etc.) he gained 2134 copper and 16 silver from the drop money of the wolves, filling 7 bags of holding to the brim with the wolf japtems, he separated the fangs and furs of the wolves to different bags, 1 bag of fangs, 2 bags of furs, and 5 bags of random drops(wolf tongue, tail, heart, meat, and etc.) after gathering all the dropped ones he headed back to the village rented a cheap inn with good
security for 30 days costing 900 coppers, leaving inside the room 7 bagful of japtems.
He rented another room for the night.
Once it’s morning again he headed straight to the places the herbs grew and begun extracting it from the ground just as the Botany skill’s instructions do took him 20 minutes to extract his first herb, well not used to it took him extra time minding the herb so that it won’t get damaged.
Since he read a book about herbs in the library before he looked for different herbs and begun extracting them took him 8 hours to look and extract the herbs now that he has 20 different herbs he planned to go back, but since he is here now and there are still 4 days and 10 hours till the quests deadline he continued extracting the herbs he found leaving only a single herb of their kind to grow back, he got faster at herb extraction as he got used to it leveling his botany to beginner lvl 4(12%) and gaining 32 different herbs and at least 6-10 each after 4 days he headed back to lezard’s tower to finish the quest.
