Lei Zhi suddenly jolted from his single bed in his humble rented house, his expression was a mix of confusion and surprise.

Taking the box, he placed it on his bed then slowly opened the lid, what appeared was two identical short dark blades, it wasn’t a dagger and it wasn’t also a sword, it was a beautiful black blade measuring approximatively forty centimetres in length and four cm wide, with a thin handle, what made the blades exude a mysterious aura was a fierce wolf that was engraved on them.

The streets were full of corpses and gore, zombies were aimlessly walking, wrecked cars and buildings were everywhere, it was like a battlefield.

Looking at the zombies these days Lei zhi observed them calmly, he deduced some things.

First, zombies are not like the movies, they do not walk slowly, on the contrary they are fully capable of running and even jumping.

Second, they can’t see but their sense of hearing and smelling is more developed than humans.
