The void cracked like glass as Celestial lightning struck the point the Dimensional Prime had been occupying. It kept him fluttering from one point to another in an increasingly small area to avoid a barrage of techniques thrown at it. The lightning came from one of the numerous Primal Reversion Combatants surrounding the injured Dimensional Prime, blocking off all routes of escape he could take.
"Your resistance is fundamentally useless, Coeus. You won't be able to escape. We have locked down all spatial aspects over a gigantic region of space just to confine you. Do you seriously think you will survive? We will first tear you down and once we have that Seal, your Divine Titan Clan will follow!" A loud booming voice echoed out into the nothingness that surrounded them all, mocking Coeus's helpless situation. It periodically rang out to goad him into doing something rash. It would poke all his weak points in hopes to unbalance Coeus to land a decisive blow.
The dishevelled looking Coeus was indeed feeling helpless, his long blonde hair billowing around him as his aura radiated outward in a seemingly useless protective radius. His once fancy tunic cut into red ribbons falling off his giant frame. He didn't know just how he was meant to escape this lengthy encirclement. In every direction was a cultivator nearly as strong as himself. His pride as a Dimensional Prime Cultivator was being trampled on continuously by this group of flies. He was near breaking point and knew if he didn't do something soon, he would perish along with the royal seal of his clan. And if it didn't, his enemies would get their filthy hands on it.
"Rooooaarr!!" Enraged at the situation, Coeus angrily struck out at an incoming Primal Reversion Combatant. Sending a massive hand made from Divine Energy filled their vision as the palm made contact with the Combatant's face with a silent boom. Shockwaves spread from the violent impact that seemed to have disintegrated the opponent. Two more combatants used that moment to rush in with their spears raised in a red and blue flash. Celestial fire and Celestial ice rushed in from both directions, causing cracks in the void trailing the spearheads engulfed in their respective aspects. The two opposing elements looking to catch Coeus between them howled as the energies clashed.
A gigantic galaxy crushing explosion occurred with Coeus in the epicentre. Blinding the onlookers close enough to feel the shockwaves, sending shivers down the spines of the other Combatants present. This chase had been going on for over a couple of centuries with no end in sight. Coeus had been breaking through everything they had sent at him with brute force alone trying to conserve his energy to evade. It really showed the disparity between cultivators that had one large Tier separating them. If they could take one more step then maybe one of them would be able to advance to a Dimensional Prime like the monster before them.
Coeus stood within the blinding light with his clothes in tatters. He had withstood the explosion directly at point blank leaving black scorch marks covering the exposed flesh beneath. Using nearly all of divine energy he had left to reinforce his body against the Aspectual reaction of opposing elements. Especially from two Primal Reversion Perfected realm practitioners, even a Dimensional Prime at the Perfected Realm like himself had to be careful. With his energy reserves all but depleted, he would have to end them quickly. Faster than the two Combatants could react, Coeus lunged out grabbing the neck of the flame wielder after striking away the spear of the Ice wielder with his saber. He brought the saber down upon their head. His blade bisecting the flame wielder with one stroke, taking their life in an instant with the soul crushing weight of the strike. Divine energy trails leaving thin tears in the void that close as soon as they form.
Using the momentum to bring the saber around, Coeus spun faster than the Ice wielder could perceive. With a heavy swing, his blade drove through the head causing it to explode from the weight of the Divine energy laden weapon.
Suddenly while Coeus was occupied dealing with the two combatants, a silent sword appeared lunging at Coeus's back. It was being wielded by an old man in a white robe flowing like there was a gentle wind aiding it where none existed in the void. The sword was slow yet faster than the previous lightning, pierced at the undefended Coeus.
The instant Coeus felt the sword splitting his shirt, he began to twist. The manoeuvre was futile as he felt the blade hit his back, sliding through his body as if it were paper. The pain quickly flared from the new wound before his Divine flesh began to immediately mend itself, spending more of the little energy he had left.
"Hahahaha You're getting slower Coeus!!" The booming voice from before coming from the old man as he retreated just as suddenly as he came. Attacks like these were the real reason he couldn't leave. A handful of Dimensional Prime Advanced Realm Cultivators waited in the shadows, waiting to deal with him when he was distracted as he had been before.

Coeus clenched his jaw while taking stock of his body, in tatters from his long years of running with a new injury on top of it. Knowing he won't last much longer, Coeus went through all his options before settling on an absurd idea as no sane option could possibly work otherwise. He wouldn't be getting out alive, so he would work with that. He would however, ensure they wouldn't be able to get ahold of the Royal Seal. Both ensuring its survival and making them think it was destroyed.
Not a second had passed as Coeus set his plan in motion with a madness filling his golden eyes. Knowing this is it, he galvanised the last of his Divine Energy around his body in a bright golden aura before he charged at blinding speeds in the direction of the Old man using his blood drawn by the blade as a beacon. This time, instead of using it to run, he would use it to hunt!
Surprise filled the white robed Dimensional Prime Cultivator's face as Coeus gave chase. This was an unexpected development, he had been continually running for centuries up to this point, the sudden change had to mean he was on his last foot. The old man raised his sword to meet Coeus's coming saber, a smile clear to see adorning the man's face behind his white beard. It quickly fell when he saw the madness in those golden eyes and the sinister smile that matched.
"IF I GO DOWN AUGUSTINE, YOU AND YOUR ANGELS ARE COMING WITH ME!!" Coeus howled in madness when the blades of the two men met. Before Augustine could respond, Coeus revealed a small silver disc before inconceivably jamming it straight into his golden eye filled with complete madness. Surprise turned to shock and horror as the old man watched as he fiercely tried in vain to flee as Coeus started to detonate his Primal body.
"YOU'RE INSANE! YOU WON'T REINCARNATE, YOU FOOL! THAT SEAL ISN'T WORTH YOUR PRIMAL SEAT!" Augustine shrieked as he fled past a number of Primal Reversion Combatants as they were getting sucked into the existence shattering explosion racing towards them. He simply didn't have the luxury of helping anyone as the blastwave caught up to and obliterated him in an instant.
The crowded area within the void suddenly lit up like a thousand suns going supernova at once. The casualties were piling up as Coeus at the epicentre was breaking apart one Primal atom at a time. It was all happening at an instant but to him, it had slowed to the crawl of a man that was dying. Every second an eternity. It was peaceful as he floated in a sea of blinding white with the spatial chaos churning around him. Slowly he reached up grabbing his ruined eye with the royal seal embedded within and ripped it out.
Staring down at it with his one good eye, he didn't have long to accomplish what he needed to do. By releasing a wisp of Arcane Will, he directed it into the eye to fuse them together. His hope to give it the last bit of protection he could. Then, he hurled it with all his might at a nearby spatial tear with his Arcane Will guiding it to a distant unknown place they would never find. He hoped that if karmic ties allowed, that someone may return it to his clan. Satisfied, Coeus let himself be pulled into oblivion as his whole being unravelled knowing he had successfully smuggled his charge to safety and that he took down some of those bastard's powerhouses.
After a while darkness returned to the region of the void with the massive array of Primal Reversion Practitioners reduced to a few hundred. While most were in a sorry state, three stood out amongst the crowd unharmed.
"Well I'll be, he managed to take out Augustine as well as most of our fodder." The only woman, a middle aged beauty in green among the three sounded faintly impressed with the display, looking on at the remnant forces they had brought.
"We really pushed him to the limits over these years. And the state he was in, I didn't expect him to choose to break himself down just to take us out. He had more than enough to keep this up for a decade or more." The sinister looking red robed man mused as he scanned the area for any sign of the slippery bastard even still, with the Aspectual turbulence created by a Dimensional Prime self destructing, his senses couldn't pick up anything in the area. Like this it was impossible to tell if his opponent pulled something or not.
"Give it up. You saw the prick jamming that thing into his skull before he detonated. It's long gone." The bold blue robed one replied, turning away from the two before disappearing outside the radius of turbulence, reappearing as if standing there all along. The other two instantly followed his spatial trial to know where he went, reappearing next to their companion.
“There isn't anything left. We should report this to the Alliance in any case.” The bold one spoke again before slashing the void in front of him, opening a tunnel in the void. "Let's go. I suspect he would rather destroy it before we could get it. I’d have done the same, he probably knew we wouldn't let him live either."
After the three left, the Primal Reversion experts gathered themselves up, opening tunnels in the void of their own at safe distances. One by one they left, the void returning to emptiness once more. If not for the turbulence giving it away, it would be like nothing had happened moments ago.
