Prologue (Edited as of 6/25/16)

Everything started out with microorganisms. And what would a human body be on the size of a micro-organism, it would be a mini universe.

Now, you’re a virus, or some type of bacteria, and you’re strolling along in the human's bloodstream, what do you see? Protectors!

Well, they’re actually white blood cells, but the name Protector just sounds cooler.

Anyways, I’ll explain my naming sense later, for now, I’ve gotta run before that squad catches up!

Ah… I’ve just found an itsy bitsy bloodstream… I don’t think the Protectors are big enough to fit in here, so all should be fine and dandy.

Now, to explain myself further, Protectors maintain “order” within the human body, they do so by sending out squads to patrol throughout the bloodstream.

Each squad usually consists of 2 Macrophages, 2-3 T-cells and one lonely B-cell. Macrophages are generally the ones who do all the grunt work, being on the front lines and all that fun stuff.

(Think of Tanks)

The T-cells are covered in spikes which are released as antibodies to weaken whatever enemy it is that they’ve discovered. The only downside to this is that they have to know what type of enemy it is that they’re fighting in order to counter attack,

(Think of these guys as the CC member in a party)

And this is where the B-cells come in. These guys have the ability to scan enemies in order to identify them (duh) and find their weak points. By scanning their target, they are able to find out if the target is beneficial to their host, or detrimental.

After collecting the data, they then relay the information back to the T-cell, of course, it is possible to interrupt the B-cell while it’s scanning causing them to be unable to discover the stats and identity of the target.

You ask why I’m running away? I mean, I don’t think I’m detrimental to the host, but then you should ask the T-cells who jump over every single little thing that pops up. I mean, the worst I could ever do is take over this human, however long that would take. And that’s not even detrimental to the host! Every single parasite out there makes it their life's goal to take over their host. It’s not detrimental at all okay! But then again, this host hasn’t been taken over by other parasites… Yet...

You might wonder how I’ve survived for so long if the human body is so hostile with all these squads running around, well, I’m a parasite, so the only thing I have to do is leech this body for nutrients, and I can get away scott free!

And by leeching, I mean snatching an unsuspecting red blood cell and draining it of whatever nutrients it might be carrying.

(Think of a vampire)

Man, I remember the time when taking a red blood cell was easy.

It all started when…

*Flashback start* (or is it?)

I along with many of my other brethren burst through a dying cell, like a virus, yet not a virus at the same time. After that, I noticed that I was somehow different from my brethren, actually, all of my brethren started out different, which didn’t make much sense because… Because we all came from the cell… It didn’t matter, as I was moving through whatever I was in I noticed that all the cells around me looked extremely similar, as if they came from one base cell. And all of these cells were the offspring of this one Mother Cell. Unable to travel against the tide, my brethren and I were pushed along a strange dilating tunnel until it seemed as if we entered a new being, a being much much weaker. By the time we entered this new being, we were all hungry and we began to fight over what prey was in front of us. Doing the smart thing, I snatched a few red blood cells and escaped the scene.

*Flashback end*

Well wasn’t that a pleasant flashback?

Upon further inspection, it looks like this little bloodstream leads deeper… Well, we all know what people say about unknown places. You have to go in! And make it a known place instead. Pulling myself further ahead with my only appendage, I slowly but surely make my way up the long winding bloodstream before I end up… In front of a large entrance. And it isn’t even guarded, surprise! And what’s better than exploring a place that hasn’t been explored yet? I dunno, getting eaten by some over eager protector?

Entering the entrance I’m greeted by a sea of Neurons…

Man, they sure are focused on their job…

They haven’t even spotted me yet, unless one of them decides to slack off or something.

==================================================================

I’ve been here for approximately 3 hours and there hasn’t been a single sign of Protectors. You know what? I’ll make this my base!

Spontaneous decisions are the key to ruling the world!

Well, nothing I can do to change my mind now.

Now that I think about it, are Neurons edible? Who knows… Well, we’re about to find out!

Hey! Here’s an unsuspecting lazy as crap sitting in a pile of manure Neuron definitely doing their job! No one'll miss this one, probably.

Now, please cue the epic music as I silently stealthily sneak up on the neuron, it actually seems brain dead, seems listless to me.

“Yo! Anyone there?” I ask the wonderful, pretty much brain dead neuron while nudging the damn stupid neuron.

“I’m gonna eat you if you don’t respond!”

“…”  *Crickets chirp*

There isn’t a reply… And also, where in the world did those cricket chirps come from?! I demand a refund, did the world glitch or something?!

“Well it’s your fault for not replying, isn’t it impolite to not reply?!”

Then, hyping myself up, I absorb the sad neuron. And begin to deconstruct the neuron’s basic functions. Hm… Maybe eating the Neuron was a bad idea? Haha… What… could… possibly go… wrong...

==================================================================

And I’m back! Bask in my holy radiance! The wonderful weird looking .6 millimeter or less Parasite! Don’t I look fantastic? What with my four new appendages allowing me to nab more cells to eat!

And look! I’ve even got a tail! Wait, isn’t that five appendages? Whatever, math was never my strong point anyways...

Anyways, this fabulous tail is at the least .1 millimeters covered in spikes with a white color with black dots all over.

I look like a panda or a zebra right now...

I wonder how I control this-

“Ouch!”

I just smacked myself with this tail, please wait a moment until I get used to this damn thing.

“Arg!”

And my tail accidentally smack a Neuron, and I can feel a click.

Connecting to Host: Alan Walker.

Is… is this what my Host is seeing? Woah… Is the Host a hostage or something? It seems like the Host trapped in this cage, with white bars all around except for near the feet which the Host is looking at, which is just a massive wall but strangely, the top is open?

Isn’t that a bad idea for prisoners to escape through the top, but then, it doesn’t seem like the Host has the strength to lift themselves up, other than- HOLY SH*T! There are two weird round strange things looking down at the Host, and the the Host makes… Giggling sounds?

Whatever for? Nooooo Host! Don’t giggle! You should demand that they release you from this horrible prison! Tell them to lift you out or something!

After mentally screaming at my stupid Host, I disconnect and feel a wave of exhaustion hit me.
