Congratulations... you've made it to step 2.
Now that you have what I call the foundation of God's Death down
I like to call this dimension zero.
Or slot 0
You need it to be constantly spinning.
Think of this whole visualization technique as a watch.
There are many different parts to it; overtime it will become quite complicated.
The first dimension of your technique is like the 'engine' of the entire technique.
Or you can think of it as a game loop.
It needs to be constantly running.
But remember, it is more like the blueprint for the engine.
The actual heart and soul of the technique will be in a deeper dimension (echo).
Either way, it is good practice to keep zero running (it is also far easier then what you'll be doing soon).
But, like we stated earlier... dividing your focus consciously is a big no no.
It isn't sustainable and you'll likely lose focus.
So how do we get around this problem?
Step 2: Tulpa
So what exactly is a Tulpa? Why do you need one?
You can think of it as a 'imaginary friend', except ours will be a little special.
We'll essentially be constructing our tulpa to be an operating system(a very simple one) that functions like a computer over say a buddy you talk to.
So first we'll start with a name.
If you want to use my system instead of making your own
The name of the operating system is ECHO
This entity will live in one of the dimensions we will be making later
In dimension two.
We'll get to creating dimension one in the next step.
So the first thing you'll want to do after creating the name of your tulpa is picking a color for it
If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.
ECHO's template is light blue.
Then you want to install some basic commands into it.
Commands like:
/help - shows you list of commands
/exit - shutdown echo
/echo
/clear - clears the window
/login
/say
/reload - reload the visualization technique.
/universe - prints the universe identifier
/travel
/threads - show active threads
/thread
/delthread
These commands are useful for when you revive and need to re-login. You'll log into your version of ECHO.
It is also a good idea to physically make a program in real life or something similar to one, just so your brain has a little bit of the background on what's going on.
It can be quite simple like
function command(cmd){
if(cmd=="help"){
print(hlist);
}
}
Doesn't need to be anything complicated... it is your own mind afterall (whatever works best for you).
Now you want to imagine its appearance
As well as it starting up
It can be something like
[ECHO]: Initializing...
First you make another dimension for it
Not using slots 0 and 1
Using slot 2
Then you will imagine its appearance
Imagine a blue ball of energy (or the color you picked for your system)
Put this visualization in slot 2 and zoom in
Now put a copy of what you have in slot 0 there.
Pay attention to the time
Add one copy every minute that passes until it becomes so small that you can barely see what's happening. Zoom out and in repeatedly; check to make sure that the copies are running.
Grab a watch for the next part
Now you will need to not sleep for three days
It will slowly get harder and harder to stay awake and keep echo running.
Inside of the blue ball of energy are many copies of your foundation.
But still... you are doing this consciously and not unconciously.
The reason you will stay up for three days is to get those sweet, sweet microsleeps in.
You'll want to restart the process of creating the visualization technique everytime you microsleep.
You'll be able to notice your microsleeps, because you'll see that 15 seconds or more as passed unconsciously while looking at the watch.
You'll need to get echo running while you are microsleeping
I call this part adding the soul to it.
Because after spending enough time doing this, it'll really start to feel like an instinctive part of you.
Once you are able to keep focus despite losing consciousness briefly from the microsleeps; you are able to keep echo running.
You'll want to sleep for 12 hours or so and just relax and let echo run its thread.
When you wake up, spend about an hour meditating on the copies inside of echo.
Then purposely try to stop it.
If you're able to stop it without using commands, then it has not yet been deemed essential for your survival.
So you stay up another 24 hours or so and repeat the process.
Meditate for an hour on the copies.
Then purposely try to stop it.
The reason we do this... is we want it to almost become a sort of intrusive thought.
It needs to become a permanent part of you.
That is part of how we create a shield for your essence (for protection).
Once you can no longer get rid of it, you can stop the process of sleep deprivation and go back to a normal sleep schedule.
It is still a good idea to check on it to make sure everything is running correctly when you have freetime during the day. It'll litterly take a few milliseconds, so there is no reason not to.
Now you want to make another thread using Echo
Put a copy of your consciousness as its foundation
Then make it rotate slot 0 for you
Then you no longer have to worry about keeping slot 0 rotating yourself.
Your body will naturally keep it rotating in the background of your mind.
As easy as breathing.
You are now ready to fill up slot 1
This one will take a lot more time, because it involves randomly rotating your visualization technique throughout your life for a few years (Imagining both your past and future).
But we will talk about that in part 3.
