Father Of Cain

Father Of Cain

Cain strode briskly through the Venrea's mansion, his soft footsteps smacking against the dark walnut-colored floors.

Cain passed many maids and butlers; not a single one had a familiar face, as the people working for his father liked to steal items here and there. And were often let go after only a couple of months working for the family.

Cain knew the twist and turns of his home like the back of his hand; he even knew of the unique tiny tunnels that ran throughout the walls, shortcuts that his Great-Great-Grandfather put into place in fear of being left with only one option to escape in case of a dire situation.

Arriving in front of a large painting depicting the image of an angel standing on top of a giant dragon's head. Cain pressed specific points on the canvas, and without any clicks or signs that he did anything, the painting opened up, revealing a large tunnel behind it.

Flicking on a light switch, the tunnel turned bright, and cain progressed forward. Looking at the wooden walls to his left and right.

Cain saw countless pictures of his family hanging on them. Some of the pictures turned into paintings over 600 years old.

years old the further down he went into the tunnel.

The Venrea family moved to the America's way before most of their brethren did and built the house while the natives of the were still the main peoples.

Many people didn't know it, but the City of New York was actually built around the Venreas estate.

{Knock, Knock, Knock} The soft thuds of Cain's fist hit the inverse painting on the other side of the tunnel. The illustration shows a dragon blowing fire on an angel and defeating it in battle.

"Come in son." A deep and even voice echoed from the other side of the tunnel door.

Pulling a lever to his right, cain walked into the room with a smile. "How are you, dad? How was your trip?"

Cain's father was, by all means, a big man. Massive corded muscles ran along his frame, and paired with his absurd height, Baleyon Venrea was indeed a monster in every sense of the word.

Not only did he love watching people perform acts of strength and fight, but he also loved to fight.

He had been training in every martial art since he was a young boy.

"It was wonderful, this trip netted the family around a billion in U.S. dollars. The next fight I set up should make the family even more money." Pausing to look at his son, Baleyon shuffled through a notebook at his side.

"So you spent a total of 5 million dollars while I was gone? What in the world would you need that much money for?" Baleyon looked at his son with expectant eyes.

"I should have known that 5 million is just a little bit too much!" Screaming inside his head, cain started to sweat a little.

"Well, I um... spent it on medical stuff? And some other high-priced things like Aero-Gel for some of my projects." Cain scratched his head while looking at his dad.

Baleyon squinted at his son and furrowed his eyebrows. "What project are you working on that needs rocket ship level insulation?"

"Plasma Swords," Cain spoke with the straightest face he could muster.

Slamming his hands down on his desk and standing up, baleyon glared at his son. "That... IS SO BADASS!"

"Ahh right, my father is a nerd when it comes to Sci-fi stuff." Cain sighed in relief and sank into the chair.

The conversation lasted for about 2 hours, and after that, cain was free to do as he wished, and what he wanted was to relieve some stress in the best way he knew how. Which was brutally murdering things and people.

A couple of hours later, cain found himself in a brightly lit room. There was a table in the middle of the room, and on this table, there was a squirming beast.

"Ah what should I do first? Should I take x-rays to see its bone structure or maybe just go straight in and cut it open? Wait, can the best talk or anything?"

Walking up to the table, he saw that a belt was attached across the mouth; the creature's punctured eyes kept darting around not in a panic but in a calculated way.

Wasting no time, he took the belt of its mouth. "Can you speak?"

"Of course, I can speak you, idiot do you not know who my master is? When he finds you he will kill and tortur-" The beast instantly started to make threats.

Pulling his fist back quickly, he slammed it into the creature's face. Blood splurted out of the enormous lips of the beast, not stopping; Cain continued to drive his fist into the beast over and over until blood spilled over and off the table.

Reaching over to a silver table located to his right, he took a very short razor and slammed it in the creature's already damaged eye.

Then throwing the razor on the ground, he gripped the eyeball completely and tore it out. "Gideon takes this creature's eye and put the eye in one of the best gel preserves that we have; I will want to study it later."

Gideon, standing with a straight back and a solemn look on his face, stepped forward and took the eye in a gloved hand. "I will be on my way then, sir."

Gideon left, walking out the door, leaving only Cain and the creature in the room.

"I don't care who your master is, I don't care what he is 'Going to do to me if I don't let you go. I have you here for no other reason to study you like an animal because to me, that's all that you are, a rabid beast with no fundamental morals or thought.

And after I get what I want from studying you, I will put you down like an animal as well. Although... if you give me some answers, I might make your death less painful." Cain smiled his teeth at the creature bearing his small human fangs.

"Goo toooo helshp-" Trying to talk, the creature ended up choking on its own blood and puking some of what was left in its stomach out onto the floor.

"Glad to hear it." Gritting his teeth as he got an endorphin rush, Cain's facelifted into an unnatural smile.
