After he arrived, In the town he went to a shop and sold the things he found at the cave and leave

“Mh?”(Maki/Sen)

with a carefree-like sound a boy around the same age as Maki, walks toward his direction

“Oh, Tsukasa”(Maki)

“I told you to call me {Bard} when we’re in the game!”(Tsukasa/Bard)

“Ah, I forgot”(Maki)

“Haaa…Nevermind that, Please help me with something”(Tsukasa)

The boy signing in front of Maki, Nagasaki Tsukasa, is a childhood friend of Maki in reality, but now they are in a little distance away from each other because Maki had to move before

“Sure, as long as its within my capabilities”(Maki)

He then stand up from his bed and went straight to take bath and leave his apartment room, then he headed straight to the meeting place.

As he walked out he noticed that the sky that is now colored in many colors from red, green, yellow, purple, but at the center of the aurora is a color most common to be seen, grey

Maki felt a bad premonition as he stared at the aurora. He distracted himself while he headed straight to their meeting place which is a cafe near the school that he and Tsukasa goes to

“Tsukasa should be at the cafe now, better hur-“(Maki)

A window suddenly appeared in front of Maki. He was shocked and rubbed his eyes to confirm if he is just seeing things. But anxious as he realized that it was not an illusion

Though the boy can’t express his emotions due to unknown reasons, he clearly thought of his friend’s safety making him worried due to his own confusion about the window that appeared out of nowhere

Maki, while gasping, looked at the cafe’s door which is made from a century old oak wood that gives a scent of antiquity and calmness

Maki walked inside the door and saw the shop’s interior giving a calming and soothing atmosphere. An old man, dressed in a suit made to look both like a butler and a bartender, called Maki

“Oh welcome Maki-kun, its been a while”(old man)

“Hello Kamui-san, um is Tsukasa already at the usual spot?”(Maki)

“His already there would youuu take the usual?”(Kamui)

“Yes please”(Maki)

The spot where the old man, Kamui pointed at was the table at corner of the room where there is a window showing a huge tree outside

“Maki, over here~”

There he saw a boy same age as him , wearing a black sweater with brown lines at its shoulders, calling him while giving a cheerful face

“Tsukasa don’t just suddenly jump at me”(Maki)

There Maki talked with his friend, Nagasaki Tsukasa about what he was anxious about which is the window

“Did you also see a window?”(Maki)

“We have to prepare ourselves if that something will come… Did you bring your shinai?

Pointing at the wrapped bamboo stick near their table. As Maki said, both of them prepared themselves, Tsukasa picking his shinai while Maki took out a pair of black gloves which he modified as a self-defense weapon just in case of him being caught up with deliquents near his part-time job

“You really liked that huh, your … From what I remember that was the first

successful handicraft you made when we we’re in middle school”(Tsukasa)

Maki nodded as he wear his gloves though it wasn’t actually a weapon since it was actually just that he really liked to wear it whenever he would get into fights during his working shift

“You ready now?”(Maki)

“Yes, why don’t we go to the convenience store to buy some drinks and snack while we wait for this countdown?”(Tsukasa)

Dumbfounded by the suggestion given by Tsukasa. Maki signed for the airheaded friend of his while he agreed

“Maki isn’t that fidgeting girl Tsukishima Mana?”(Tsukasa)

Pointing at the silver-haired girl fidgeting near the convenience store, the two youth close in on the maiden while Tsukasa called over her

“Tsukishima-san, is something wrong?”(Tsukasa)

The girl, Tsukishima Mana was known in their class as the “Rabbit Maiden” due to her behavior when she is conversing with people and her silver hair. Everytime she talked she would always show her honest feelings giving out a cheerful smile when happy and when she feels sad or depressed she would droop all day like lonely rabbit, though she is still a little bit airheaded when it comes to the subject of her own Romance

“Oh, Hinatsuki-kun, Nagasaki-kun hello”(Mana)

“Hello Tsukishima-san, please just call me Maki instead of my last name”(Maki)

“Call me also by my first name then, okay Maki-kun?~”(Mana)

“Sure, Mana-san”(Maki)

“Then call me by my first name to Mana-chan~~”(Tsukasa)

“*giggle* okay Tsukasa-kun”(Mana)

The two laugh until Maki repeated the question he gave to Mana earlier,

“Mana-san, what we’re you fidgeting for earlier?”(Maki)

“Umm…Its just that I’m anxious of what is happening… everyone is so enchanted by the aurora that they didn’t even notice this things appearing out of nowhere”(Mana)

“You too, i see we’re headed to the convenience store, to buy some things while we wait for this countdown to finish”(Maki)

“I’m glad, that you guys also noticed it… the others that saw this windows appearing thought it was only an illusion, still it gave me a bad feeling like a disaster was about to be unfold”(Mana)

“Lets go inside then we’ll try to prepare ourselves if it would really be something bad”(Maki)

Suggested by Maki as the three went inside the convenience store buying some snacks and other items…
