“Shit!”
Su Yan felt his scalp tingle. The dormant Dragon Totem broke out at this critical time. Was it a good sign or ill-timed? Was it more powerful than the owner of the tripod or not?
In the extremely tense moment, what popped into Su Yan’s sight almost made him explode with anger, his face turning terrifyingly livid.
There was no goddamned treasure!
The countless treasures were nothing but illusion!
When the real dragon went out, the illusion fell apart, crashing completely.
It was all fake, a fabricated illusion that tricked the mind!
What about the dragon blood?
The real dragon rushed into the jar and then it roared frantically and deafeningly with unspeakable rage, which almost smashed the sky.
“Boom!”
The jar exploded in the air with nothing coming out at all. There was not even a drop of dragon blood in it!
“Ang!”
With its body glowing dazzling golden light, the real dragon howled, as if it were to quake the ground and turn the world upside down.
The real dragon was throwing a tantrum! How dare the crap fool it!
Su Yan was surprised to be dumb: none of the treasures were real!
And this vague and giant human face trembled under the rage of the real dragon!
“Oh my god!”
A shriek broke out like a pig getting slaughtered. It was tossed down like a gigantic meat ball with head in its arms begging for mercy cowardly, “Your highness, please forgive me! Please! Please just forgive me! I won’t do that again! I won’t no more! Forgive me! Please! Please your highness!”
“Ang!”
The real dragon roared at it exasperatedly and swum back vanishing in Su Yan’s arm to dormancy again.
Su Yan was stupefied completely!
He tried to laugh it off, yet he couldn’t!
He stared dully at that ridiculous fat animal with exactly the same body of a panda!
Its raven hair on its entire body glowed brightly and its fur glittered like fine silk, sheening and beautiful.
It crouched on the ground like a bear, cowering and trembling with its head withdrawn as if it would escape into a crack on the ground.
“How dare you, you monster! How dare you fool me like this!”
Su Yan was utterly discomfited for he was almost tricked by it. However, it was all disguised by this panda.
As the aura of the real dragon faded away since it got back into Su Yan’s arm, the gingerly panda got up quickly and agilely, showing no clumsiness or slackness that a panda should have.
It looked so affable and simple-minded with its round eyes wide open and its furry ears on end, trying to find the tracks of the real dragon.
Eventually it laid its eyes on Su Yan whose anger was resided by the last remain of the real dragon’s aura which drove the panda recoil fearfully.
Su Yan raised his fist to hit it but he was held back by the goofy and cute looking of this creature—it was too adorable!
“Hey brat, who are you exactly?” the panda squinted at Su Yan, venturing.
The way it looked at Su Yan made him furious. It was belittling and demeaning.
“What? You dare to despise me!” Su Yan went mad and rushed at it. The moment when his body awoke, a giant dragon pillar soared up from his back instantly.
The panda was petrified and shivered all over with its hair standing on its end like a hedgehog, believing the real dragon showed up again.
The panda was paralyzed to the ground like a coward. Su Yan pushed it on the ground with a slap and asked growlingly, “Where is my fucking tripod? You’d better be honest!”
“No, please! Please! Your highness, please forgive my rudeness, I won’t do that again. I beg you, please!” The panda shivered uncontrollably as if getting struck by a bolt of lightning.

“Tell me the truth!” fumed Su Yan. “You think I won’t beat the shit out of you because you look like a panda? How did you get in here? Answer me!”
“What?” The panda was stunned for a minute. But then it broke free and stood up promptly, with the strength as powerful as a savage dragon.
Su Yan was surprised in his heart. Doubtlessly, he was tremendously powerful. But the panda just freed itself easily.
The panda widened its rounded eyes as big as bells and scrutinized Su Yan.
Su Yan was evaluating the panda as well. He sensed danger—this creature did not seem like a usual beast king nor a demon king. But its power might have been close to the Implement Constructing Realm.
“Don’t move!”
The panda growled and bent down as if encountering some extremely dangerous calamity. It looked serious with its black ears up, its round eyes glaring.
Su Yan was dumbstruck and he glanced around with suspicion until he noticed the panda ran off like a horse with its claws moving crazily. Su Yan’s face turned blue instantly.
“You bastard! I’m going to shove your head into your ass!”
Su Yan followed hurriedly. Suddenly like a starving wolf, the panda rushed forward and grabbed an archaic bronze tripod in its claw!
However, this bronze tripod seemed a little different from the almighty tripod he saw several minutes ago. What he saw now was so broken and vulnerable that it might shatter in pieces any time.
“Give it to me!” Su Yan knew it was nothing ordinary.
He pulled out his Iron Rod and hit directly at the panda who was still giggling at the damaged tripod as if it got some priceless treasure.
When the Iron Rod came, a shimmering golden bamboo appeared out of nowhere and resisted the rod.
“Boom!”
Two great forces collided, generating unfathomable power that nearly minced the sky.
Su Yan exerted all his strength to suppress the bamboo and he hit the panda on its shoulder with his other hand.
“Buzz!”
The panda’s hair all straightened up like spikes.
“Ah, fuck you!”
Su Yan nearly jumped up out of pain. His hand was pierced to bleed and he screamed painfully.
“Haha, you shouldn’t mess with me, kiddo! I’m a fucking beast god!”
Holding the bronze tripod with its two paws, the panda giggled scornfully, and its two ears were waving in delight.
Brewing for the next blow, Su Yan unexpectedly perceived a hint of connection with the bronze tripod.
Excitement flashed by his eyes. Through the slight connection he got, Su Yan activated it all of a sudden.
The tripod quivered heavily and the panda shouted painfully, falling down on the ground.
The tripod came across the air and stopped in front of Su Yan!
“Hahaha!” Su Yan laughed arrogantly towards the sky. He did not understand why the tripod looked so shabby. However, judging from its latest performance, Su Yan considered it as the greatest treasure on earth. He knew that it was something extraordinary since it was hidden the peerless killing situation!
“Brat, that’s my treasure. Give it back to me!”
The panda rushed over with discomfiture and tried to bite Su Yan.
“Behave, you creepy panda! Or I’ll skin you!”
Su Yan wielded the bronze tripod and smashed it at the panda’s head!
The panda retreated immediately out of fright for it felt that it could be beaten black and blue once got smashed.
This scene made smile blossom on Su Yan’s face. He carried the shabby tripod and looked it thoroughly through as his divine energy flowed from his Destiny Spring and ran through the tripod.
However, the ragged tripod instantly rejuvenated from dormancy while emitting divine essence pervading the sky.
Some old and vague images started to emerge one after another from the original broken walls of the tripod, producing an intimidating vibe which nearly quaked the air in the universe.
Su Yan could not kept his composure anymore. This treasure had a terrifying energy.
Then he found that it seemed to require some specific measures to operate the tripod otherwise the fearful power in it wouldn’t be fully activated only by his divine energy.
“This bastard tricked me to get my blood. I figured he wants my blood to control the bronze tripod!”
Su Yan was thinking in his heart and his face became sullen as he realized that the panda was a total scoundrel!
Step by step, he pushed towards the panda.
“Panda, answer my question honestly. Or I’ll make you, the last panda on the earth as my personal mount!”
Su Yan looked menacing but inside of his heart, he was scrupulous. The panda had even fooled the real dragon. Su Yan couldn’t be reckless anymore. He needed to figure out its background.
“Kiddo!” The panda looked unhappy and threatened, “Panda? Don’t confuse me with bear or cat! My name is Tie Baocai (铁/tiě/宝/bǎo/财/cái/). Watch your goddamn language!”
“Gold treasure (金/jīn/财/cái/宝/bǎo/)?”
[T/N: Tie Baocai, 铁/tiě/宝/bǎo/财/cái/, literally means iron, treasure and wealth. This is a wordplay of the author. By changing the order of the two characters, Bao and Cai, it becomes a Chinese phrase 财宝 (cái bǎo), which means treasure. While 金/jīn/ literally means gold.]
Su Yan was stunned—what a lousy name!
“What Gold treasure?” The panda glared and corrected, “It’s Tie Baocai! Can you remember it or not? If not, just call me Beast God!”
“I don’t give a fuck about what you want to be called!” Su Yan snorted coldly, “If you don’t tell me where you come from, I’ll beat the crap out of you!”
“Excuse me?” Tie Baocai leered and shook its claws carelessly, “No offense, but you suck!”
Su Yan was so mad that he literally gritted his teeth. What a douchebag!
He held the tripod at it again.
The panda laughed and sneered, “I got it. You don’t know how to use the tripod. Just give it back to me and I will reward you two Essence Stones.”
“Beast God?” Su Yan sneered back, “Who was begging for mercy just now!”
Tie Baocai was offended by his words. Its hair straightened up again and its eyes spurted fire. Its body emitted faintly strong and forceful aura which was powerful as a savage dragon!
Su Yan also became serious, staring at the fat panda walking toward him. It was very agile with an imposing manner like a savage dragon!
Su Yan clutched his Iron Rod tightly to protect himself from this dangerous creature.
The man versus the beast. The strong momentums collided together here.
“Hey bro, I apologize for being intrusive. You know what they say, no discord no concord. Don’t take it seriously. We’re brothers from now on! What do you say? Cigarette?”
The panda made a clownish smile, took out a cigarette from a cigarette case and handed it to Su Yan, who was now stupefied with jaw dropping.
Su Yan’s mouth was twitching. He suddenly had an impulse of bursting out crying as he saw the bearcat handing over the cigarette. What a fucking clown that fooled him around this whole time?
“Don’t you want it?”
The panda paused for a second, it was standing on the ground like a man with its claws clasping in front, then he probed for information, “I, Tie Baocai, have the strongest talent in the whole universe. If you let me see Lord Real Dragon, I would never turn down its request of making me its disciple!”
“What the fuck!”
Su Yan widened his eyes trying to quench the urge to beat the shit out of it. How shameless!
