Chapter 1: The Beginning

Chapter 1: The Beginning

Meet Elizabeth Fondlebottom, she is a woman in her mid 20's, miserable and has a dead end job. She was always considered the brightest amongst her peers throughout her education but her lack of motivation never allowed her to flourish in any field. This eventually caused severe depression and suicidal thoughts in Elizabeth, her life was spiraling out of control and she felt like she could do nothing to stop it. One day she felt like it was all too much for one person to bear and decided to end it all. She mixed up some DMT, Ketamine and Heroin in the largest quantities she could get her hands on and she ingested them all. She let off a sigh of nervous relief, thought about her father and how much she dissapointed him, how she never got a chance to say goodbye to him and that if she could change her life and start over she would have done many things better. She will die full of regret. A few seconds later the lethal concoction of chemicals started working on poor Elizabeth, she was falling deep into her subconsciousness and started panicking as the effect became more potent. She was starting to feel panic, her heart was pumping too fast, her thoughts racing so fast it's like they're racing by and she catches mere glimpses, never able to keep a single one still, its like her sanity is going away after her very eyes... and then suddenly it all cleared up. She saw the birth and the death of the universe in a perpetual endless cycle, she lived hundreds of thousands of lives on earth where she explored her every possibility, she became a force of nature and ruled over as god, omnicient and all powerful.

"I understand now, I'm more capable than I thought. I am going to rule this earth with divine grace and an iron fist." She thought to herself.

The visions became more powerful and the confident god complex turned into something far more sinister, she began to understand the cruelties of existance and how nothing has any inherent meaning, realizing this is all in her head and will never come to pass...everything was pointless after all.Screaming inside of her head, she was begging for release any way possible, emotions overflowing through her body all at once, as if she wasnt even real at this point and only a vessel for some higher being, she felt like she would burst from the inside out and then suddenly a huge fleshy eldritch horror appeared before her.Her eyes and brain couldn't comprehend what she was seeing, all she could pick up from the creature is that is roughly shaped ovally. Elizabeth stared in awe for a moment, It was just her, the entire universe was around her, she could see how everything is perfectly beautiful and in the midst of it was this huge meter wide thing. She noticed a "thing" roughly of the middle of it and the moment she laid her eyes upon it, the Orifice unclenched and a piercing eye appeared. She could feel the insane pressure emanating from it, it felt like like she woke up the thing that's destined to destroy the universe. Its booming voice echoed throughout the universe.

"COME FIND ME WHEN YOU WAKE UP"

Elizabeth looked at it in confusion and just responded

"Wait who are you? What's that supposed to mean?"

The Orifice collapsed into inself and the whole universe followed it except Elizabeth. She was all alone for a moment, and then she too went black.

Elizabeth wakes up in a room with two peruvian coal miners and a dead chicken on floor next to a pool of blood.

Dazed, confused, her brain pounding against her skull, she rose up and looked around the room. "What the fuck was that?" she muttered, holding her head and suspiciously eyeing the dead chicken. "I don't remember this being here last night." Using the dildo as a stick, she poked the dead chicken until it kinda broke apart, feathers sticking out of random places. She shrugged, heading towards a door that was neatly decorated with pink ribbons and a dissected frog.

"What the fuck happened, oh god is pounding, am I still alive?"

Suddenly the familiar terrifying presence fills the air again, she completely forgot about it upon waking up. She immediately fell into a panic and went into fight or flight mode, she started frantically looking around, considering her escape options.

"BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BUTTHOLDER!"

"Don't you mean beholder?"

"NO." the booming voice dissipated, leaving her alone once more.

She woke up again, this time she was in her bed and everything was normal.  "Jesus fucking Christ what a ride". She checked the time, it was roughly 5:30 am, two days after she took the drugs. "An hour before I should start getting ready for work" she said to herself and let out a deep, unsatisfied sigh out. She was wondering if she should even bother to go to work and pondering it out in her head as if the previous experience didn't happen at all. After a while, she finally came to the conclusion that she could not change, not even ludicrous amounts of drugs could change her inevitable fate of being just another cog in the engine of humanity. She looked at the clock, it was 6:43 am.Elizabeth got up. She took a deep breath, tied her hair, and then stopped for a second. Went to the bathroom, brushed her teeth and looked at herself in the mirror. Her gaze was blank, it was as if nothing is behind the eyes, it's like her body was long dead, waiting for the rest to catch up. Her face was sunken in and hollow, her features appeared unsettling. Ironically enough with just a bit of nutrition and nurture, she would be rather gorgeous. She spat out the toothpaste, looked down and saw some blood mixed up in it. She did not care. She started washing her face with cold water, simply because she can not be bothered with trying to find the right temperature by adding the hot water. The cold sting of the water on her face didn't affect her in the slightest, she felt it but at the same time was totally unaware of it. She went back to her room and put some water over the stove so she can have some coffee. As she waited, she went over to the wardrobe to pick out an outfit for today. She picked up the first shirt and first pair of relatively clean pants and put them on. She has a monochrome black wardrobe so pretty much anything pairs well and since she can't be bothered spending time on it, its a perfect time saver. The kettle has started to boil. She poured the coffee and turned on the news on the TV. They were discussing politics, international affairs, tragedies that have struck and the similar. Elizabeth though didn't seem to actually care, it was just an excuse not to feel as miserable and alone as she actually is. As she was finishing her coffee, something weird started happening in her stomach. She took a second to analyze it and then she realized that she has roughly 5-6 seconds before she shits herself. She rushes over to the toilet, takes a second to pray and then...nothing. The agony of a violent turd wanting to escape didn't go away though. She was quite stunned by this situation and tried to rationalize what was going on and on further inspection she came to a painful realization.

The next day at the psychiatrist's office

"So you're saying a giant weird fleshy eye god-thing is haunting you?"

"Yes! You wouldn't understand. Ever since that night... Ever since that night, I keep seeing it everywhere, it kinda looks like an asshole." She lifted her donut and shoved her fingers through the hole. "Do you see this?"

"I see a deranged woman in dire need of help."

The woman got up and left, never looking back. Elizabeth sat there, her lower lip quivering at the predicament. Surely she was going insane and she needed time to process this? As she prepared to leave, she heard a familiar tune, one she was sure she heard in her dream... Ring of Fire by Johnny Cash. "For fuck's sake!" she exclaimed, grabbed her bag and ran out, the feeling of being watched chasing her. You'll never get me.

She made her way back home where she knew she'd be safe from the condescending looks of strangers and got on her laptop to write her daily post on her blog, 'everything you need to know about toe fungus and how to handle day-to-day life with it.' She cracked her fingers and went to work. Surprisingly, the blog had gotten seven views and one dislike which only fueled her will to write more on toe fungus. Maybe this is my calling in life? she thought as she leaned back in her bed, taking a sip of her coffee.

'And that's why you should never fear maggots.'

There. It was done. She clicked her mouse in satisfaction and clapped excitedly at her new disgusting content. As she closed her laptop, she felt the familiar grumble in her stomach indicating a new storm brewing inside that she'd have to unleash in the poor toilet bowl that had seen too much of her unpleasantries.

It was that time again.

She quickly pulled down her underwear, feeling the contents of her innards gush out of her, grunting once it started coming out in little spurts. Sweat dripping off her forehead, tears building up in her eyes and an anus that burned was too much for her to cope with. "God, why me?" she screamed out in agony, holding onto the washing machine that was placed comfortably next to her. "Why meee?"

She started standing up slowly, feeling something touch her thigh. "Blood?"

"Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck", She quickly turned around to check and to her surprise it wasn't blood. The toxic pile of fecal matter was located at the edge of the seat, elongating towards her buttock. Suddenly, it spoke.

"Please, do not be alarmed, my name is Falorkadork, last of the Glaporkadork race, we are celestial beings that inhabit the souls of biological creatures and we incubate in them and then get birthed as the amalgamation of ther inner thoughts and desires"

"HOLY FUCK MY SHIT IS TALKING" Liz shouted in shock.

"Please calm yourself, it is not yet time for me, I am on an important quest to liberate the universe from a terrible evil but in order to do that I must return to the close confines of your greasy asshole until my birth is complete, you must understand...what are you doing" said Falorkadork as he saw Elizabeth unscrewing the mop from the wooden rod.

"As I was saying, this is of the utmost importance, countless lives are at sta....OH GOD PLEASE NO"

Elizabeth beat the crap to death.

The next day, at the psychiatrist, again

"Okay Elizabeth, you have nothing to panic about, it was just a figment of your imagination, you have been under a lot of stress lately"

"OKAY HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT AFTER I'VE MURDERED MY OWN SHIT, DO YOU WANT ME TO PROVE IT, I'VE GOT PICTURES"

"Fine, if its going to make you feel at ease"

Elizabeth showed the woman pictures of shit scattered across the bathroom.

She ended up getting some heavy duty medication persriptions that day. After she came home, she just hit the bed, popped the pills and almost instantly fell asleep.

Upon falling asleep, Elizabeth found herself in a rather peculiar landscape [https://em.wattpad.com/5fae9a524848e204804e64a6ac667e5d8a768bad/68747470733a2f2f73332e616d617a6f6e6177732e636f6d2f776174747061642d6d656469612d736572766963652f53746f7279496d6167652f376f6b77364758417a59717a72673d3d2d3637393634383331392e313538626565303732646534363930343135343838363831373333332e706e67?s=fit&w=1280&h=1280]

Upon falling asleep, Elizabeth found herself in a rather peculiar landscape. She was on an open field, which was surrounded by a wood. She was resting, laying down but her back leaning against a tree, relaxing in the shade. She was a lot of goats in the field and had a strong sensation that she should watch over them, she was the herder after all. After spending a while like this, Elizabeth started coming to her senses, realizing this is dream...but it was a good one, finally time to unwind. Somehow she was tossed into this unknown environment, but it all seemed familiar, she knew the names of the goats, their respective personalities and how to move around this place. She was interrupted by a goat coming near her, because she wanted to eat grass in the shade, besides, she enjoyed liz's company. Elizabeth realized this is Suzy, and that she is quite fond of her because she carries herself so gracefully. She tore some grass from the earth and fed it to Suzy. While this was happening, Liz thought about the moment that just happened, it felt a bit too real. She could feel the individual grass strains rip apart from the ground, the freshly cut grass aroma was enveloping her, and she could feel the warm touch of Suzy. "This is nice", she thought to herself. After feeding Suzy, she looked back at the field, there were around a dozen goats. She could count them all out. There was Timothy next to Jackson, Timothy is really shy but Jackson is the only one he trusts. Behind them were Carol, Eustice and George minding their own business. Jessica, Aaron, Eduardo and Igor were also around, just eating grass and enjoying the day. Liz however noticed that Dante was separated from the pack, eating alone. She gazed at him in hopes of getting more detail about the situation but the whole area he was located in just seemed off. She got up and started walking towards Dante, but with every step the field lengthened, keeping them separated. Liz started to panic and started quickening her pace, but the effect adjusted accordingly. Liz started running and holding her hand out towards Dante, a single tear started rolling down her face and she yelled in desperation, "DANTE!". Then she woke up to the sound of her cellphone ringing.

"Hello?" she muttered, barely coherently.

"Yes, Ms.Elizabeth, I'm calling to inform you that you don't need to show up at work today since you will be replaced, thank you for the time that you have spent here, but this is goodbye."

The man hung up, she checked the number and saw it was her boss.

"Well shit, time to go job hunting again" she thought to herself.

She got up, did her usual routine and then sat down with her laptop to see which jobs are available. She was pretty familiar with this procedure, since she never keeps a job for longer than 2-3 months, she always gets a different excuse for getting fired but she already know whats the real reason most of the time. She filtered by location on her favorite website and started scrolling.

"Cat sitting, no, I'm allergic to cats, dog sitting? No, dogs are allergic to me."

She scrolled past several jobs, some of them were actually decent but she kept making dumb excuses for herself not to do them.

"Wait, what the hell is this?" she muttered.
