Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have superpowers and save people?
Well, I sure haven't, my name is Riku Saito.
Being a Hero would suck, always having to be good, Nice, Calm, and Respectful to people weaker than you?
No thanks! Here in Silver City, we have heroes and villains everywhere.
In the world 40% of the population has superpowers, in Silver City 90% have superpowers.
So as you can imagine not having powers would suck, you're probably thinking "oh I get it he doesn't have powers." WRONG I do have powers and I hate it.
Some people develop their powers to get stronger. I, on the other hand, try to make my powers weaker.
I've always been way too strong for my own good I beat a level, 76 Villain!
That might not seem that high considering that it goes up to level 100 but I was five years old.
That would make me a level 70 hero which is way too high for a five-year-old so I decided to pretend I don't have powers.
But all the good schools here have an entrance exam that basically required me to have powers, so I changed my strategy I will be just strong enough to pass.
Turns out the school my parents signed me up for is a Hero school, just passing the entrance exam qualifies you as a level 15 Hero.
After graduation, you are given a hero license. The lowest rank you can get is 45! I tried to get out of this school but my parents blackmailed me, they have a video of me beating a Villain last year.

So my only hope is to get low grades right? Wrong my parents said I have to at least get rank 75!
Once you pass the hero exams you have to basically do a ride-along with a Hero. So today they are going to be pairing us up with Heroes, I passed the exam already.
Everyone else is still in the room I don't know why all you have to do is best a level, 15 Villain.
I guess I'll go to the classroom where the heroes are.
Hero "I don't want to train today."
Hero "get over it behemoth, we are supposed to be an inspiration."
Behemoth "yeah right, those kids don't care about us they just want to be the next famous Hero. How about you train them yourself flash."
Flash "That's impossible last year there were 23 who passed."
Hero "How about we do a test if they can break through my barrier and open the door with behemoth holding it we will train them."
Behemoth "That's a great idea Glass!"
Glass "Thank you, are you onboard Flash?"
Flash "I guess. I sure hope those kids can work together they will be against, Behemoth level 89 and Glass level 92."
Glass "Huh, my barrier broke." Behemoth "I'm being pushed back."
Flash "they have never finished this early it must be the principal."
Riku pushes the door open and walks in.
Riku "Oh I guess you guys are already here, I finished early so I figured I'd go ahead and find a good seat."
Glass "H...How did you get past me and Behemoth?"
Suddenly the bell rings.
Principal "The exams are over, Everyone who passed please head to classroom B."
The students all come in and took a seat.
Principal "Hello new students today you will be accompanying a Hero to get a better understanding of what it's like fighting Villains, You will each chose a hero and take there test if you pass you can train with them if you fail you can try a different hero test. If you fail all the tests you will receive an F, Please come up and choose a hero."
The students came up and took the tests and they all failed.
Principal "Don't worry none of you were supposed..."
Riku "Excuse me sir I haven't taken a test yet."
Principal "Sorry please take your test."
Riku goes over to Flash.
Flash "My test is to see if you can catch my blade."
Flash swings his blade near Riku and he catches it.
Principal "I guess we have some natural talent here, you guys weren't supposed to pass this test I guess Riku will be training with Flash. The rest of you follow me."
Riku thinks to himself "Crap I wasn't supposed to pass I'm totally standing out right now!"
