Kize sat on a park bench facing the sea, with the cherry blossoms blowing on his hair. He was feeling extremely grumpy, ever since his parents delivered the news. Not that he particularly liked it, but it was the person. He'd never met her before, and yet his parents expected him to go along with it.
Goddamn this shit. I'm not going to marry a girl I've never met just because her parents are a family friend and dad technically promised me since the day she and I were born. What's the point? And here I was, thinking I'd get a happy and everlasting childhood, at least till I'm 18. Guess not. Kize sighed unhappily. No point in arguing. Somehow, they'd managed to make him sign the marriage contract, and he still didn't remember when.
"Kize! She's here! Come back!" Kize's elder brother, Rio, called for him.
There's no turning back now. Kize stood up and casually walked to his brother as if nothing was wrong, when everything was. "Let's get this over with." Kize said curtly, ignoring his brother completely and jogging to the apartment. He sped up, and ran faster, attempting to leave his brother behind, but to no avail, as even though Kize was an athlete, his brother was a coach, leading his team to victory every time.

"Nice try. I can easily catch up and overtake you, but I have to make sure you get home within half an hour." Rio laughed at him breathlessly, as he casually jogged, keeping pace with his brother who had been running 70%.
Kize ignored him, and went to meet his fiancée.

At the apartment...
"Kize, meet Riyoku Mizumori, your fiancée." His mother glared at him, although she continued to smile. "Riyoku will be living with us from now on." She pushed forward a pretty girl of seventeen, with brown curls and greyish-almond eyes. She was slim and tiny, around 5 feet tall, not at all like the tall 6 feet 2 Kize, with soft wavy black hair and icy brown eyes that made him look fierce and cold. She gazed at him with uncertainty, as if she wanted to say something, but couldn't find the words.
"Hi, the name's Kize. Kize Ureshino."
