Fenrich added 15 points to his Agility and the remaining 10 to his Endurance, for what he was planning to do was kite the entire mob of zombies cutting off access to Barrhaven. The extra 10 in Endurance made it so his body was much more resilient and could take more damage. His Physique with his latest level up had even reached 30, so he could now push his body to exert self-created Movement Skill and also some weaker Combat Techniques. Combat Techniques were ways to amplify and make more use out of the total sum of his attribute points, while also being extremely Stamina draining. They were usually the aces a Cultivator had when their Mana ran out making their Skills become negligible.
Fenrich took in a deep breath through his nose, and slowly exhaled it from his mouth. Fenrich was now clearing away the "fog" inside of his mind. With every single breath he let go, the intensity of his gaze and surrounding presence around himself multiplied. This caused the hairs on the back of one's neck, or even arms to raise. Fenrich was currently entering the space where his instincts and unwavering spirit operated the car. He was like in a state of possession, but a far more feral, berserk and instinctual side of him tapped Fenrich out as he entered the 'back seat,' but still was able to communicate and operate with the new driver.
Fenrich's cold and emotionless voice aroused the group, when they all looked over in his direction, due to the increased attribute points they had. Some were able to notice that in the surrounding 3 meter radius around Fenrich, the air was slightly rippling like a mild autumn day with turbulent winds making calm water surfaces chaotic.
"The hunt… begins." Fenrichs body tensed as he gathered all the momentum from his body and relocated it to his feet, where Fenrich used the road like a springboard, there were two slight foot indentations left in his wake. Fenrich's body shot forward like an arrow being released from a bow of a seventy-five pound draw. Crossing twenty meters in a single instant, Fenrich ran full speed towards the mob of zombies.
When he arrived before the closest level 2 zombie, Fenrich used his left foot as a pivot snapping his waist as he thrust out with his right arm, piercing through the throat of the nearest zombie. Blood sprayed as droplets landed on his left cheek, Fenrich paused momentarily as a demonic smile slowly made itself noticeable on his face. Fenrich then in rapid succession, used downwards and upwards momentum with two chops of both his hands, severing both arms from the zombie, he then used the now truly dead zombie as a battering ram, holding it by its feet to smash away the others that approached.
The level 5 Elite zombie was the fastest to react, its sharp elongated claws tore through Fenrichs throat like a hot knife through butter, but it showed no reaction as that was merely an afterimage of Fenrich due to his explosive speed.
"Silver Movement Technique - Void Steps"
Fenrich manipulated his essence in a spiral replicating the motions of a beating heart. On top of his explosive movement speed, it showed a live afterimage of himself, tricking the yet to be matured intelligence budding within this Elite zombie.
"Silver Combat Technique - Formless Slash"
Fenrich's Steel Greatsword had a shadow copy that shrouded the weapon itself, Fenrich cleaved down with all his might attempting to split the Elite zombie from head to foot. The Elite quickly brought up its guard, relying on its passive body enhancement to tank the full brunt of the damage. But unlike what the Elite believed to happen, it felt no slashing or crushing momentum from the weight of the clearly bulky weapon, when it lowered its guard to look at the human, it was already too late.
The greatsword was like a specter as it pierced through its chest from the back, Fenrich then widened the now gaping hole as he rotated his wrists carving out a perfect 360 degree circle in its chest a red -650! floated above the Elites head showing it was a critical hit. But this was nowhere near enough to kill an Elite, the Elite's red aura exploded in intensity as it grew to be a shroud that elongated 15 meters into the air, and 6 meters wide in width. The aura condensed before being sucked into the Elite zombies body, its body growing in size, muscles popping like a fitness freak on steroids. It's already razor sharp claws now looked like sickles.
The Elite smiled as it looked at Fenrich who had backed up, and was now clearing the brainless undead mobbing him.
"Hu…man. you… be…come… food!" The Elite spoke slow and chopped up English, then dashed towards Fenrich, but unlike Fenrich, who used a Silver tier Movement Technique, this Elites speed had easily tripled and was creating after images based on its own monstrous speed.
In this time of "peril" Fenrich closed his eyes, cutting off his visual sense. With the Elite's rushing speed, Fenrich could feel the air currents brushing against his right shoulder. Fenrich side stepped to the left in a crunch like position, then exploded upwards with momentum as his right elbow smashed into the jaw of the Elite zombie, a -55 floating above its head. The Elite's eyes widened as if its eyes were about to be like a cartoon characters and nearly popped out of its sockets in shock.

"Bull…..shit!"
The Elite roared in fury and pure hatred. It began a rapid succession of slashes, which Fenrich all dodged by rotating his feet as his body swayed in and out of its rapid slashes, Fenrich didn't let the chance go to throw in counter attacks. But each counter attack was done with the touch of his index fingers finger tip. Blood began leaking from his mouth as what Fenrich was doing was now rousing a Mana Technique, but due to his injured Soul instead of using Mana, it was using his Health as the medium of delivery.
Twenty-five long seconds passed, Fenrich hit 35 spots on the Elite's body in total, while still delivering damage adding up to a total of 1,000. Fenrich squatted his body down to his feet almost curling his body up into an almost fetal position, dodging two sickels that would have dismembered both of his arms. Fenrich used his feet to launch upwards as his index and middle finger pierced through the enhanced flesh and bone structure of the Elite's skull.
"Gold… Mana Technique… Mana…. Body Annihilation!"
Fenrich's entire right arm blew up from his hand up to where his forearm ends as it connects with his elbow, blood, muscle, and gore splashed the ground around them, whereas where the Elite was once standing, now looked like it entered the vacuum of space. The blood running through its system evaporated from the inside out, leaving a charred and blackened husk that flopped down onto the pavement, then shattered as if turned into dust and was taken with the wind being scattered along the forested area and open land hugging both sides of the road.
Where the Elite's corpse was a pile of loot there were 2 chest pieces, 1 set of arm guards, 1 pair of boots, 1 necklace, and a silver cape. The cape was midnight black with a holy white fabric engraved pair of wings connected to an incredibly thin but long Longsword. There was also a 4 by 4 Iron Treasure Chest. Fenrich bit his tongue to remain conscious as he opened his eyes, the vision around him and only him was beating red, his vision was shaky and he could hardly hear the sounds of battle, let alone Alex who was now supporting his weakened body as he collapsed forward.

Fenrich, fueled by the human instinct for survival, roused his Will once more. Despite the soul-shattering headache he just willingly placed upon himself, his fingers blazed blue that had the slightest tints of an unlively gray colour, showing the further damage he was causing to his Soul by forcibly using Mana. Fenrich hit all the muscles and meridians remaining from his right side shoulder down to the decapitation, the muscles tightened as if experiencing period cramps and forcibly clotted the blood.

Fenrich let the encroaching blackness take him, knowing he had stopped his bleeding and believing in his higher attribute points, Divine Body and his own strength of Will, Fenrich faded into the blackness entirely. The sole single flicker of resolve and Will flickering like a flame that was surrounded by chaotic winds. Fenrich's Will wavered, and wavered, and wavered as the approaching chill of death pervaded his body and Soul.
"You…. are foolish, mortal!" A grating voice like that of a fence with heavy duty chains and locks being forcibly heaved upon sounded.
"Your valiant effort for survival is commendable, but you will die nonetheless. Unless…. that is… you're willing to accept an offer?"
Right before him was a gigantically tall Black wolf with crimson red eyes, staring into the wavering flame that was Fenrich's remaining Will and life force that was in a rapid state of abandon.
"Your arm is missing, but from our side we have an invasive species of Symbiote. Like a parasite… they suck on the life essence of their host. But your sleeping Bloodline… is of the Abyssal Void God King. Will you risk the Symbiote lowering its head to rebuild your self-imploded heart, organs and bodily functions? Just know the moment you merge, your race will divert from Human into something unknown within the Omniverse Alpha System."
"Sssssss…. Y….e…..s…."
The word escaped from Fenrich's soul, gurgled, hoarse and shivering. The invasive "frost" of death already caused his flame to be partially frozen as the ice crawled up the remains of the partially exposed flame.
"Magnificent!" The black wolf's smile was like that of a trickster having gotten what it wanted.
A solid form of purple-black smoke revealed a baby eldritch horror, that was oh so 'cute' in the eyes of the beholder which was the black wolf. "Survival, or death. It is all up to your force of Will now, mortal!" The life form invaded Fenrich's Soul, in the real world his right arm had poison-like purple veins spread across his body, his eyes opened up as unholy screams ripped itself out from his throat like a newly summoned fiend from the depths of Hell itself!
Fenrich's body convulsed and twitched rapidly, his nearly conscious body spasming and contorting into shapes straight out of the Exorcist movies. Where his elbow was, black rotten pustule filled flesh began growing out forming the missing limb. The flesh was cracked leaking a mix of yellow runny pus and black blood. The sight alone horrified the rest of the group as they watched on in horror. They watched as Fenrich's opened eyes were slowly turning, the white sclera was turning midnight black, and his originally blue eyes were turning crimson, and there was even a second eye forming out of both present eyes. Fenrich's hair turned a snow-white ashen colour, his flesh was turning from a healthy pinkish-white colour to that of a darkened char. Then the convulsions stopped, Fenrich's eyes remained open, lifeless like.
Alex watched on in horror, not knowing how to respond to the various is he dead, and has he turned questions being aimed in his direction.
"I don't know guys, honestly. He looks like he's dead, but due to my Skill I can still hear his heartbeat weakly beating. His blood on the other hand, sounds like what you'd expect the rapids to sound like when kayaking. For now, I can determine Fenrich is still alive, but whether that means as a zombie or human, that is currently unknown. Let's continue with the plan, we're not far from where we can get supplies and food. I'll stay and monitor Fenrich, while the rest of you acquire what you can." Alex said as he heaved Fenrich's burning hot body overtop his shoulders like a sack of potatoes.
With his back turned to the crowd, sadness flashed by his eyes. "You have to survive this, Fenrich. Your older sister will kill me if she knows I let you die on my watch. And…. the fate of mankind rests upon your shoulders, you who came from 100 years in the future."
Alex stopped his thoughts and shook his head, not knowing how to truly decipher what Fenrich drunkenly spoke of that night less than a month ago. "Move out people!" Alex ordered with a stricter and much heavier voice than his usual calm and kind demeanor.
