Life is never kind, nor it is cruel. Uncaring and cold? Sure, but life goes on, it always does, with or without you. This is something that Both Iulia and Lu Huan must understand and accept. Coming from completely different worlds: a grieving sorceress who survived divine war and a dying member of the Blood Demon cult who turned renegade after declining an offer she wasn't supposed to refuse. They couldn't be more different, yet by a twist of fate they stumbled on one another in their greatest time of need. For the two need to heal their many wounds: to survive, grow and strive. And by this same stroke of luck, the entire world will be overturned: The heavens will be cast down and trampled, the gods and devils will kneel by will, or by force. Tyranny will forever cease, for it is the will of The Heavenly Demon and The Arch-Painter. This is my first big project, where I am learning as I go. See this as more of a first draft than anything else, it is and will be in no way, shape or form ready for any type publishing anytime soon. The first major arc/"book"/part will be focused on healing and moving on from trauma and bad life experiences.
