When his tense muscles relaxed, it was as if a burden had been lifted from his shoulder, allowing his entire body to enjoy a feeling of weightlessness.

He took a moment to properly check everything.

As the water came in contact with his skin there was a small, tingling sensation, however, instead of being uncomfortable, it was faintly pleasurable.

It was truly like a paradise and after all the battles and training, Yueshi genuinely appreciated it.

However, he was not here to play, so after resting for a while he focused on his meridians and the qi inside of him.

The blue qi was as thick as an arm, while the red one was merely a strand. Since he had intercourse with Xuehua it had never changed, and by now he already knew its origin. However, there was no way he could ask her to have sex with him again just to test it out.

Cycling the energy inside of him, he felt his pores opening and absorbing the qi in the water, devouring it greedily.

The blue strand of qi then started to grown, becoming bulkier and bulkier, expanding his meridians to the limit.

At the same time, the spiritual water healed any wounds left behind from other battles, bringing his body to the best condition.

Yet, those were just minor effects.

The great amount of qi in the water made more and more qi flow inside of him, speeding the circulation and refinement process.

When Yueshi focused on the blue strand of qi, he could feel as if it was alive. It turned and changed, slowly becoming stronger and denser.

Moreover, as it circled through his body, his skin, his flesh, his bones, and his organs were nourished, becoming stronger as time passed by.

Suddenly, Yueshi felt something odd. Just like that night, all those days before, when he and Xuehua had crossed the line. The blue-colored river of qi washed over his body and seemed like an intoxicating drug, making his mind hazy and confused.

However, feeling that stopping would be a waste, Yueshi pushed forward with it. The qi inside of him circled faster and faster, and that feeling became stronger and stronger… the water seemed to stimulate him, its tickling feeling only fanning the flames burning inside of him!

Meanwhile, while Yueshi was cultivating, Yuan Yue was sitting by the side of the big bison, playing with it and caressing its head.

Although she was not sure why it had surrendered to her, she decided to just accept things as they came, since it had already happened anyway.

One had to praise her patience as even after two hours had gone by, she was still sitting there quietly.

No one could say for sure where her mind wandered in this not short but also not long moment. Suddenly, though, she came back to reality, her eyes brightening as she stared at Yueshi.

Seeing him fully clothed, she grumbled a bit. "Is he afraid I will eat him?" At times she did not look the part, but she was also a lady, alright? There was no way she would just jump at him.

However, gazing at his calm and relaxed face, she smiled. It had not been long since their meeting; however, she had long started to trust this boy younger than her.

Yueshi just had something in him that made him look strangely reliable, though shameless at times. That was how she thought, at least. It was just that she was not sure of what she felt toward him.

She thought of him as a friend, for sure. But it was not exactly just friendship. And if she said she loved him, she'd be putting the ox before the carts, as that type of love was something foreign to her.

At the same time, saying she was not attracted to him was also a lie, as there was, undoubtedly, affection.

Beautiful maidens are pursued wherever they go. After all, a beautiful appearance is a good way to lit the first spark of interest.

Handsome men are always pleasing to the eyes, too. And when they are reliable they can score quite a few more points.

This world was a world where the strong ruled, and where the strong could do anything. As any creature felt lust and desire, most would have a partner, of a few of them.

And just like men pursued the woman they liked, women also wanted to find a good partner.

Yet, her heart strangely ached at the thought.

Though her heart seemed to beat faster, her mind seemed to become strangely calm, her worries about their relationship slipping away.

She smelled and smelled again, her nose twitching. The sweet scent was like a drug, making her crave for it. It was pleasurable and enjoyable, making her unconsciously relax and her thoughts wander.

“Ah… it is so good.” She muttered, smiling.

Because she was intoxicated in the delicious and bewitching scent, Yuan Yue did not even notice the big bison eyes opening wide.

The beast's body trembled as a few whimpers escaped his throat, and then, it closed its eyes in extreme fear.

Suddenly, Yuan Yue was brought back from her reverie by a plop, her mind still a bit clouded and her thoughts hazy.

Looking in the direction of the sound, she saw that Yueshi had submerged in the pond, bubbles forming in the water. A few seconds passed by before she slowly reacted, jumping toward it.

Seeing him sinking deeper, she immediately jumped inside, holding him.

As a cultivator, carrying him was not hard – after all, she could carry stones that weighed hundreds of pounds easily, to not talk of someone as slender as Yueshi.

After pushing him out of the water, she laid him on the stone floor, looking at him worriedly.

Suddenly, her expression took a big change.

Her smooth white skin became a deep shade of red, as she covered her eyes with her hands.

Even her little fingers seemed to be tinged in the red color of embarrassment as smoke seemed to rise from her body. Yet, she still cracked her smooth fingers open, just slightly, and peeked at Yueshi.

His robe was drenched and glued to his body, but that was nothing. It was just that… just that… She coughed, clearing her throat and trying to calm her mind.

His upper body was okay, though his robe delineated his muscles – what, by itself, was already a bit charming – it was just that, on his lower half, there was a bulge.

A bulge… well, it was hard to call something that big a simple bulge.

Yuan Yue audibly gulped before taking her hands away, looking to the side. Despite that, her eyes wandered here and there, taking a fool view of his body and stubbornly landing on that spot.

‘Bah, I am a young woman already, why I am so embarrassed?’ She asked herself.

Such words seemed to bring her a bit of courage, enough for her to approach Yueshi to check on his condition.

Checking his pulse and breath, she sighed in relief seeing he was okay, however, she was also curious as to why he suddenly collapsed.

‘Was there something in the water?’ She wondered. Yet, seeing that tent on his robe, she could only shake her head.

‘Stupid bison, stupid bison!’ Without another choice, she could only curse at the innocent Thundersky Bison.

Taking her eyes always from that region she looked at his face, Yueshi was flushed red from the neck to the top of his head. He also seemed to be having a hard time breathing at the same time that his muscles spasmed – all in all, he seemed to be in a lot of pain.

“What can I do to help?” She muttered to herself, her eyes unconsciously gazing at that bulge on his robe. That was the only other strange thing.

However, she had to calm herself first before doing anything.

Breathing in and out Yuan Yue made her best to calm her mind – the worry and the strange smell in the air did not help, however.

After finally being successful, she held onto Yueshi’s wrist and sent a sliver of qi inside it.

She was going to control it and check his meridians and body for any abnormality, however, before she could do anything, she felt her own qi being pulled away.

It immediately flowed through Yueshi's meridians, entering channel after channel and moved toward…

Yuan Yue sighed. Was the problem really ‘that’?

Though she was not sure of what was happening and why it was happening, she could not stay idle and watch Yueshi writhe in pain.

Moreover, his body was heating so much that soon the water inside of his body would evaporate; maybe even his blood would dry under the intense heat.

'I have no choice!' She told herself so, yet, she did not notice that there was little to no reluctance in her actions.

Her mind was still hazy, and she was not thinking properly right now. But chances were that, in a corner of her heart, a corner she did not know about, she was willing to do it for him.

And, it was not just because he needed her to do it, but because she did not really feel against it.

With trembling hands, Yuan Yue slowly disrobed Yueshi.

First, it was the upper body, and she watched as his well-toned muscles became visible. They were compact and not obvious, giving Yueshi a slender but manly appearance.

She had already noted before, but seeing him bare-chested, Yuan Yue was even surer of his handsomeness.

“Bah! As if a brat like this could entrance me!” Spiting to the side in disgust, she promptly continued to disrobe him – her hands lingering for a moment on his belly.
