Tri-national conference, New Delhi
24th of February 2031, present day
The tri-national conference was an extremely important conference for India. The members of the conference were India, Israel and the United States of America. This alliance was also commonly called IAI or less commonly called INAMIS. The three nations also had leaders who genuinely interested in making their nations and thus themselves powerful.
The first leader was President Douglas Taxa of the USA. He had been trying to pull more and more nations into American influence for his entire term. However, president Taxa was also a pacifist, he wanted other nations charge against Russia and China for the American cause while keeping America on the side-lines. He was at the conference to reach arms deals with both nations and hope they use those arms against America’s enemies.
Then we had Prime Minister Avi Cohen of Israel. Avi had been a war hero fighting in almost all of Israel’s wars after 2000. Unfortunately, he had to retire in 2022 after a bomb blast in Jerusalem blowing off one of his eyes and one of his legs. This disability made Avi unfit for further military service. However, he decided to go into politics after a notable politician offered him a job. Then finally in 2025 Avi became Prime minister of Israel after the previous prime minister died of the stroke. Any doubts about Avi’s leadership were cleared during the war with Iran next year. This war was crucial in maintaining his power as he gained the support and respect of the military and intelligence communities. PM Cohen had performed several controversial acts in his first years. He had annexed Palestine while stripping away voting rights of Muslims in Israel as well as their land rights. This led to a large exodus of Muslims from Israel. Avi had grown a hatred of Palestinians and Muslims due to him losing a limb and an eye at their hands. PM Cohen was at the meeting to discuss the nuclear issue and make sure an aggressive course of action Is taken.
Then finally we had Prime Minister Rajya Narayan of India. He had emerged to power in the 2029 elections. Despite only being in power for 2 years PM Narayan had revolutionized India. His internal policies proved a huge success. PM Narayan is the first Indian leader to have an aggressive foreign policy. In 2030 India intervened in Bangladesh and hanged the government which built ports for China. He had also turned Bhutan into a protectorate. He had also reclaimed 2/3rd of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. He was at the conference to gain access to defence technology from both nations as well as replicate those technologies with the help of the DRDO.
“So that is what’s written in the newspaper about the three leaders.” The head of RAW Hasvaran Singh thought to himself.
The prime minister had requested Hasvaran’s presence at the conference. Hasvaran had over the past few months become a sort of advisor to the PM. The two had a strong friendship probably because they both had a lot in common. Both Hasvaran and Rajya had been in the military, both had been disgusted by the religious politics and both were aggressive and hawkish. The two had first met during the prime minister’s inauguration and since then the two had grown mutual respect of one another. This friendship would be mutually advantageous to both.
The PM and director of RAW quickly made their way to the conference hall. A team of engineers quickly turned on the screen. The leaders of the two countries as well as their leaders appeared on the screen in VR (virtual reality) mode.
The conference began
* “Greetings to everyone at this classiconference.” The Indian PM extended his welcome to everyone
* “We thank the Indian PM for hosting this virtual summit.” the American president thanked the Indian PM
* “I would like to explain how this conference hall works. These meeting rooms can only have access with one another. They are the most secure and the recording of the meeting will be on the physical device itself. The meeting can only be heard by people in the room thanks to soundproofing technology. You have the option to mute or unmute. Thank you and the credits for this system go to DRDO.” Hasvaran explained
* “We thank you for the helpful explanation, now when do we get to business?” prime minister Avi asked
* “Right now.” the Indian Prime minister told.
* “As you all know the number of nuclear weapons is skyrocketing at an alarming rate. Countries like Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia and several others are building more efficient nuclear arsenals every day. Not only is this resulting in increased aggression around the world, however, most non-nuclear states cannot risk being at odds with a nuclear state. As a result, regimes are being emboldened and we fear that as a result a third world war could soon break out. Luckily most nations such as Egypt, Ethiopia, etc do not have ICBM’s (intercontinental ballistic missiles) meaning they cannot het targets far away like the USA, Australia, South America and the UK. Only two rouge states have ICBM technology, Iran and Pakistan. However, that number will increase. Thus, we must do something about this situation.” The Indian PM concluded his speech
* “Well, we have an out-of-the-box solution.” The American president said
* “What is your solution?” the Indian PM asked
* “The USA and Israel have been cooperating on this project ever since the nuclear test in Syria last year. The plan is for us to covertly get rid of rouge states nuclear arsenals. PM Narayan you have a lot at stake, we have been mulling, and your nation is one which stands to benefit from this operation. Your nation has intelligence operatives and networks in many of these nations, especially Pakistan. On another note, we will destroy nuclear weapons from the following countries: -
* Pakistan – 150 nuclear weapons
* Iran – 25 nuclear weapons
* Egypt - 20 nuclear weapons
* Ethiopia – 15 nuclear weapons
* Turkey – 10 nuclear weapons
* Saudi Arabia – 10 nuclear weapons
* Syria – 5 nuclear weapons
* Oman – 5 nuclear weapons
A total of 240 nuclear weapons. Many nations on this list are hostile to your country India and you will stand to gain immense benefit from this. Not only that, but we will give you access to top secret weapons programs which will allow you to combat China and Pakistan.” The Israeli prime minister concluded his words.

* “What will India’s role be in this operation?” The Indian prime minister asked
* “Resources, intel, silent backing.”
* PM Narayan mulled over the offer, then he immediately said
* “I have certain demands; we will may aid the operation in exchange for the following demands
1)classified weapons blueprints
2)lesser tariffs on Indian goods.” The Indian prime minister said
* “Those demands will be met.” the American president reassured
* “What about Russia and China?” the Indian PM asked
* “Russia and China have agreed to aid the operation indirectly or at least stay neutral.”
* “Very well then I think we can declare this meeting to be adjourned.” the Indian prime minister declared
* the meeting is hereby concluded by all three member states.
With the end of the meeting Hasvaran and the prime minister began speaking: -
* “Prime minister, this mission is risky.”
* “I know; however, this mission is one that could change India’s fortunes. We both know what an asset a denuclearized Pakistan is for us.”
* “Sir, I understand However you and I both know that if we send soldiers although covertly to foreign soil it is nothing short of an act of war.”
* “I know this fact; however, it is a risk India and RAW must take.” Rajya replied
* “Sir, while I admit a weaker Pakistan is an asset, what about all these other nations?” hasvaran asked
* “They are a threat to global security, and you know it.” Rajya told
* “Sir, this operation is unlike anything the intelligence world has ever seen. We have a lot to lose.”
* “Hasvaran, at least hear their plan. If it falls short, then we can exit the plan.”
* “Very well, Sir.”
* “Alright, so attend their meeting. Keep everyone on a need-to-know basis.”
* Hasvaran exits
Hasvaran receives a text from an unknown number, the message red:
“Please arrive at our progeny’s Brain and bring 9 clocks.”
Hasvaran immediately understood where the meeting would be. Under the cover of darkness at 2100 hours he arrived at a government park in Delhi. The park known as Raj Park had a dark secret which only the heads of MOSSAD and RAW knew.
The park had been a decryption facility where Chinese, Pakistani and several other military messages from even more nations where decrypted.
Hasvaran had worked in Raj Park for about a decade before being promoted to its manager for 5 years, after which he received the offer to become the head of RAW.
Suddenly, the screen activated, Clive Taxa and Daniel Aviv where visible. They greeted director singh.
* “Greetings, to all of you. Let us get down to business” Daniel Aviv started the conference
* “Everyone our agenda is clear we must annihilate nuclear weapons of rogue nations as mentioned in the meeting with your prime minister.” Director Taxa said
* “Alright so what is the purpose of this meeting?” director Singh asked
* “Director, this meeting is simply to inform you that a proper meeting will be held between us three at camp David this Sunday.” Director taxa informed
* “That being said, over and out.”
