Even though the end of the Last Chapter May have indicated some to think, that we would start with the Ugol or the Azugni, we will start with the Dwarves, though the others should quickly follow.
Let us start with some of the design goals, before getting to the Text written about them. I wanted my Dwarves to be fairly "generic", they should be stout, hold grudges, have old laws and Customs, and are overall be fairly Traditional, but also have cool Technologies and Good at manufacturing.
So let us read what was written.

To my dear Friend, Bugnir Borgan:
These short people are really astounding, even if the Tavern Keep isn´t always the nicest. You see at my second night a mishap happened, where I broke one of his mugs, and he still won´t let up about it, charges me a silver more a night.
But then I also see him interacting with the local mason, greeting him in the warmest regards, when he entered the tavern. How such a small man can be so full of malice and gratitude is beyond me.
But I don´t want to linger on that tavern keep, less he robs me of even my last gold piece. I often find myself in the trading quarters and these traders won´t change their prices for even a copper if you begged them. But they always pay fair, so I can make at least a small plus on this journey. Thank you for suggesting this route to Hammerhome.
You said that you stayed here for, what was it? 4 Years? How much could you explore of the city, cause even in my 5 days here I have seen more beautiful constructions, than in the last 10 years. These Dwarven Cities are just ginormous. I never knew you could build Cities so far underground.
What I really didn’t expect to find, was the reach of the guilds, the only dwarves that weren't members were the mercenaries in the city. Each shroomgrower and each Craftsman is part of their respective guild, each Mason and Merchant, and the list just goes on and on. On every Street, I see one of their signs, noting that a Shop belongs to a guild member.
. . .
----------------------------------------
So this little Letter should provide a quick overview of a dwarven City as, well as how life usually is or goes, though I must say, that it may not have translated well into English, but maybe I am just not the best writer. Though I at least feel, that it sounded better in its original form.
Anyway, I hope that at least parts of the sentiment I shared before seeping through the text and can be felt or rather inferred from it. There are some other things I might need to touch on, that were developed at the time the dwarves were, too. It or rather he is a character idea I had floating around in my head, a dwarven Crusader Mercenary.

let us start with what had been written so far.

Dalamoth Steelborn
They took everything when Dalamoth was still a youngling. They killed his mother and desecrated his home and he was Powerless to do anything. He tried to struggle against his Uncles arms that dragged him away, but what could a child do against a warrior's strength?
And so a spark was lit deep inside the Heart of Dalamoth, the first spark of what would become a raging fire consuming him and all the Creatures, who killed his family.
He would, under the auspices of the same Uncle, join the Order first to train, then to kill. It would take 25 Years of his life, but he successfully became a Templar of the Order, always being fueled by the same flame.
But every night he would return to the day he lost his mother, always only being able to watch them, never acting and it slowly consumed him. Even after his training, he would not stop rising, coming to be first a sergeant, then a Captain.
But as time went on, the Order shrank in size, for some shared the growing sentiment of Determination that is spread by Dalamoth. Few would have thought, that this same determination would lead to nearly the complete destruction of the order.
With Dalamoth and a few others surviving the siege of Blazenthrone.

So as I now read it, I feel as if it could use a bit of an improvement, but I also don´t quite know where I should start so I consulted Chatgpt.
Could you try to enhance this?
Dalamoth Steelborn
In the early days of Dalamoth's youth, everything was stripped away from him. His mother was mercilessly taken from him, his home violated and defiled, leaving him utterly powerless. Despite his feeble attempts to resist the vice-like grip of his uncles' arms that forcefully dragged him away, how could a mere child stand against the strength of seasoned warriors?
Within the depths of Dalamoth's heart, a flicker ignited—an embryonic spark that would ultimately transform into an all-consuming inferno. This fire was fueled by vengeance, aimed at the very beings who had slaughtered his kin.
Guided by the same uncle who had orchestrated his departure, he embarked on a journey within the Order—a journey that would encompass rigorous training and the pursuit of lethal skills. This path devoured 25 years of his life, yet it culminated in Dalamoth emerging as a fully-fledged Templar, a living vessel of that very flame that had driven him from the beginning.
However, each night would find him revisiting the day he witnessed his mother's demise—a haunting and agonizing replay. Stricken with a maddening inability to intervene, he could only bear witness, the memories gnawing at him until he was hollow. Even after his training, his ascent did not cease; he progressed from a sergeant to ultimately donning the mantle of a captain.
As time flowed forward, the Order began to wither in size, dwindling as more members caught the contagion of determination that Dalamoth exuded. Little did they foresee that this same determination would sow the seeds of the Order's near-total annihilation.
Amid the siege of Blazenthrone, Dalamoth, and a scant few others emerged as the improbable survivors, their resilience was the same thread that kept their existence intact.
It is ok, better than whatever I can write at least, of course, the language model can do so much. I do hope that the Dwarves have at least been made more apparent in some of your minds.
Hopefully, I will be able to deliver the next chapter earlier tomorrow.
