Prologue
.........................................
Growing up in a noble household, Elizabeth SentJohn, the eldest child of Duke SentJohn, have received everything she wanted. Whether it was a diamond ring or a really expensive dress that she'd only wear once, she'd get it the next day or within a few hours depending on her mood.
And as usual, a smug grin grew on her face; if not, a whiny scowl when she didn't have her way.
Elizabeth loved to wear dresses with frills and dangling earrings. She seemed to be in decent shape, too, for not being too fat nor too skinny. Her dark brown hair fell down to her chest with matching, almond eyes. Straight nose with a well defined jawline, which seemed to radiate innocence but mystery thanks to her wide oval shape, the girl was a pretty thing (although very plain), if not for her arrogant attitude and broad shoulders.
But out of the entire humans in the world - what made this little girl so important - so unique for her to have a biography...?
Was it because of her engagement with the second prince of the country, Linet Crane?
Or probably because of a trigger, a keyword that helped her obtained her past life's memories?
The previous Elizabeth SentJohn would have been conversing with her fiancé right now, batting her eyelashes for some affection from the oh-so-handsome Prince Charming. But everyone guessed that couldn't be true. The current Elizabeth SentJohn was bedridden from a fainting spell when she met her future husband, Ellie stared at her reflection with a frown on her face. Her eyebrows creased.
"Impossible..." Elizabeth swiveled her head slightly to the right and then left. Her dark eyes hardened into a glare before it blinked wide. Shocked. And amazed. "....Impossible. How can this be possible?"
"I'm an otome character...."
Ellie lowered her hand mirror, only to look back just as quickly. She angled her head side to side, up and down before she sighed, again. Her complexion was abnormally perfect. Too perfect to be true. The girl tugged a tuft of her hair. It felt silkier and well maintained unlike her old college life, which felt strange. Nineteen but now a seven year old girl, there was no way she could deny this fact. This fact that Elizabeth personally grew up too slowly to be called a coma.

After all, from her spiritual & philosophical studies, obtaining memories of your past life was achievable, so what else should she make up now? A plan? Was she supposed to panic or something, or panic or something, or has she mentioned the option: panic or something, yet?
Her Fiancee would be the cause of her death, alongside with the other three captured targets: Nicklaus, Thomasine, and Geoffrey. Elizabeth didn't remember their last names, not like they were important in her past. She sighed, the edge of her perfect manicured nail scratched another.
And Alyson was the Heroine. Just Alyson without a surname.
The pretty, red head protagonist was born as an orphan who would be bullied or even murdered by the all so great villain...her, Elizabeth, not a villainess.
Someone knocked on the door gently, and a feminine voice muffled through the thick wood, "Lady Elizabeth, are you awake?"
The child quickly hid the mirror before flopping under her duvet. Her hair messier than usual with growing bags under her eyes. Ellie made sure to pseudo sleep as she listened tentatively for the voices of her maid...but a boyish pitch replaced Samantha. "Lady Elizabeth?" The girl froze, hearing her heart beat faster than her running speed. Which it sucked and was slow. "Are you awake, Lady Elizabeth...?"
'Yes...now leave alone!' Ellie gulped. The hot, carbonated breathes made her hair clung onto her skin, and feeling drained from her memories seemed to make Elizabeth feel even more cranky.
The footsteps echoed away, followed by murmurs. She sighed in relief.
Ellie really didn't want to see that prince right now.

And I, Elizabeth SentJohn, a previous commoner from a different world, was reincarnated into an otome game as a heroine's rival.
And unfortunately,
as a first-class yandere.
