As I went down the hill, I could not help but admire the beauty that was seen from above, apart from the village, I could see, in this valley surrounded by mountains, the huge expanse of the area, and I could see a crack between two mountains, to another part of this world.
Who knows if among these mountains were hiding other caves with inside treasures and with other monsters to defeat besides those damn slime.
As I admired the beauty and pitfalls of the place, my thought was cut short by a cry.
What sounded like a man’s cry.
Without thinking twice I rushed towards the direction of the cry to understand what happened, but unfortunately I arrived late...
There was a group of three goblins celebrating for killing that person I heard screaming earlier.
So I created a mana blade and silently killed all three of them, and I picked up my first three magic stones, since cave slimes don’t release them, even though they didn’t have elemental affinities of any kind were worth anything.
After collecting the magic stones, I turned to the man killed by the goblins and I noticed only now that he was a very young player, a little bigger than me.
I started plundering his corpse, feeling guilty, and I found a very useful purse and a green badge that I don’t know what it’s for, but he had a very nice design of a little house, so I decided to take his clothes too, because he didn’t need them anymore.
I washed them in a pool nearby and put them on, they were slightly big...
Once the final preparations were complete, I opened Status to see if I was at my best.

Seeing that I had recovered all my life I resumed the march towards the village that I had just seen out of the forest.
I finally arrived at the gates of the village and waiting for me in front of these were two guards armed with spears. They had a helmet and a chain mail.
Without even having time to take a step they told me:
"If you want to enter the village you have to have a badge. If you have it show us if not, you can leave".
Realizing that the badge he was referring to was the one with the body, I showed it to the two sentries who opened the village gate. Was it pure luck?
First I asked him what the name of the village was, one of them said:
"This is the village of Forum, strange that you don’t know, should have shown you the map of the world known until now the captain of the ship outside the Gate, well maybe you forgot".
Unfortunately it’s true, I tried to focus on the maps I’d seen in the lessons, but nothing.
"Yes, I forgot almost everything".
"Why is that?"
"I wish I knew".
Thanking him kindly for the information I entered the village.
As soon as I entered I was surrounded by an atmosphere of happiness and lightheartedness, this village was very populated and there were many shops, I saw a forge, what looked like a study with many books that interested me a lot, a bank and then I saw the most interesting structure: The Guild.
But before I went there, I looked for a shop where I could sell the gems left by the goblins, to try to earn my first coins.
I finally found a shop selling monster gems. Upon entering I saw many gems, some large and some small.
I walked over to the box and I said,
"What are these 3 goblin gems worth?"
The clerk told me they were worth four copper coins each.
Once I sold the gems and had 12 copper coins in my purse I heard a rumbling... It was my hungry stomach because I hadn’t eaten in a couple of hours.
I immediately walked to a stall and took some fresh sandwiches and water and realized that this was the first food I ate that wasn’t slime. I tasted it slowly and spent 5 copper coins.
Once the meal was over, without further ado, I went to The Guild.
