So i managed to enroll in the school and learnt some lessons, right now i am class getting lessons, so here's what i have learnt so far.
Humans basically start from mortal martial layer 0 and the key to reach the layer 1 is by refining qi and how to do that?
I just have to open my dantian and spiritual roots to absorb qi, dantian is also known as sea of qi.
Now how to open my dantian? It's written on my textbook.
Steps to open your dantian for beginners.
1. Place your hands on the lower dantian
2. With every inhale , draw the breath into the lower dantian.
3. Continue this to cultivate qi
....uhh this looks simple enough , let's try it
I started to breath after placing my hands on lower dantian, i started to feel some energy gathering inside me.
